i wont even give it one star!! i was missing bread from my big mac i called once we got back home and notice. the man that picked up the phone was rude when i was trying to inform him that i was missing a bread she keep cutting me off and say thats how it comes. i was so confused i ask u mean the big mac come with out the extra bread is this new ? he keep saying on go online go online i was confused still asking him go online why i ask is this due to ur limited menu or is this new keep saying go online i asked again he said Yes i ask why didn't they inform me of this when i bough two big mac he said he said it every where i keep asking what was everywhere? he said the limited menu i ask i understand u don't have a full menu but i order what is on ur menu does it say it has one less bread? he keep getting mad at me when i was try to figure out how no one tell me hey our big mac are one bread short due to our limited menu. he keep said the line recored i answered back ok he keep saying there signs everywhere i ask what does the sign say? he than told me he was going to hang up i ask sir i just want to know what the sign says does it say the big mac different now? he than told me he was going to call the cops? made me so upset to think i'm call after i spent 22$ on 2 big macs and u cant even answer me he hanged up i called back it was the same man so i ask for manager be told me he doesn't have to tell me anything and i was rude i ask how am i rude i want to speak to a manager he keep say about calling the cops i really hope the call are recored cause u can see how rude he was when all i ask was about a bread missing and if he can explain to me what the sign said! i really cant believe how i was treated even for fast food restaurant. i will make sure i never go to this location again and to be honest i really rather never go to a mcdonald's again if this is how they will let a employee treat a customer. all he had to do is explain the sign say sorry for the changes and i would of understood instead of he hanged up threaten the cops on me called me rude for asking about a meal i ordered. read more

Slow slow slow slow slow drive thru experience. Inside was slow last time I went in. Food is what you would expect from a McDonald's..

Very disappointed. This store has a 2 for $4 breakfast sandwich promo. I always order 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits, sub muffin, to qualify for the promo. The drive thru lady is the one who told me to order it this way, as bacon muffins aren't "part of the promo," and this is how I can get the promo price. Today, I was told they can't do that, the sandwiches would be 3.89 each. When I told them I would cancel my entire order (also ordering a large ice coffee with 2 espresso shots, like a $4 coffee), shift manager Kelly got on the headset in her singsongy voice, and told me they couldn't do the promo, and to have a nice day. I then drove up to the 2nd window, and asked for the corporate phone number to call and complain. The young man was flustered, and tried to partner in Kelly, who would not come to the window. After 2 minutes, I was handed a bag, with the phone number on it. I asked to speak to the manager, so I could get her name. When Kelly finally came to the window, I tried to tell her my displeasure, which she was not too concerned with. I then drive literally 1 mile up the road to the Champions Gate McD's, where they gave me what I ordered, with the promo, no problem. Didn't even need to ask for it. If Kelly is their morning shift manager, then avoid the Lake Wilson store, at all costs. They have lost a customer who would frequent this restaurant at least 3 or 4 times a week, between breakfasts, and happy meals for my kids for the occasional treat dinner. read more

Food is okay when they get your order correct. Check your order before you leave as we have had our order incorrect numerous times. Who orders a plain cheeseburger and expects 2 buns and meat and no cheese? Owner doesn't listen or care as I've sent him emails several times and even asked to speak with him when I've seen him inside. Thank god Wendy's just opened up down the road. Also 9/10 if there is a promotion being offered by McDonalds this location will not honor it. read more

Extremely rude. Always have to ask multiple times for things I ordered. Obviously they don't concern themselves with customer satisfaction. I don't mind waiting when they're busy but when I get the wrong stuff almost every time there's a problem. If i ask for a drink carrier it's always anxiety for them. Always very poor service in the drive through. We sat in the far lane for 10 minuets waiting to take our order as 5 cars in the other lane passed us.. this is the only fast food place on the way to I-4 for us and I feel like our order is constantly being confused or we are shorted. I really hope this issue gets resolved! read more

The service at this restaurant is pretty lousy in my opinion. I've been here a few times and I've never been impressed. On one occasion, the drive through attendant actually had the temerity to laugh at my order. After that, I realize there is a systematic problem with the restaurant and the problem is usually higher up the chain of command. I finally e-mailed corporate customer service on their website. I hate to go that route but unfortunately nothing gets done until you notify corporate. If you have a bad experience, I recommend you go to their website and let corporate know how well one of their restaurants is doing. I'm pretty sure when the owner or regional manager finds out about your experience, they won't let that slide. read more

The absolute worst McDonalds ever have been there a few times and every time the screwed my order up. I now drive 13 miles outta my way if I want McDonalds. I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's location. They almost always get the order wrong...missing items that I ordered and/or giving me something I didn't order. On more than one occasion, the shake machine was out of order. They also are extremely slow and can't seem to handle the volume of customers during peak hours, and good customer service is severely lacking. If you are in a hurry, don't bother going hear whether you are driving through or dining inside. The only reason I have gone there on more than one occasion is strickly for convenience sake during my child's school events (there are very limited options near his school). Tonight was the last time I will go to this McDonald's. In the future I will either pack sandwiches when there is a school event, or I will drive the extra 2 miles to the Champion's Gate location (8279 Champion's Gate Blvd.). read more

If I could give this a zero I would! The manager was extremely rude to me and my wife! He could barely speak English. His name was Edwin and extremely disrespectful! He said they were unable to do credit/debit which wasn't a problem but my wife didn't bring our cash and all I had was my card and I politely asked if I could go to the Wells Fargo (which is literally a block away) to get cash and he was extremely rude about it! Saying "they don't have cash, don't make that order!" Like I was asking for free food or something. I have worked in food service and that is not the proper way to handle that kind of situation. I went back to tell him that the way he handled the situation was wrong and that he should apologize to me and my wife! He refused threatened to call the cops on me for literally just talking to him, and the other workers told to me too "Get the f**k out before they beat my a**!" If McDonald's does not fire these people I will NEVER eat at another McDonald's. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain ridiculous! read more

My friends and I went in this morning around 2 am to this location and we went inside, waited 3 minutes while the workers were having a conversation right in front of us, I acknowledged them but they did not return the favor, Instead they kept mocking me and watched me and my friends walk out. They should not be working there and making money that other people who actually WANT to work could be doing. There's too many people looking for opportunities of work and then you have these assholes who just want to talk on the clock and not acknowledge anyone. Very nice employees they work very hard. BUT there is one problem with this McDonalds they over charge you sales tax . We in Polk county Florida have a 7 percent sales tax not a 8 percent customer beware of this over charge. On a $1 soda they will charge you $1.08. read more

Usually love this mcdonalds and I hate to give it a bad review, however, my experience today was not good. My friend ordered a chocolate chip frappucino and when we got up to the register to pay, the cashier warned us that the people at the second window may tell us there aren't any chocolate chips. He also informed us that there were chocolate chips and that the people were being too lazy to go to the back to get them (thank you to this employee, the next part is not your fault). When we get up to the second window, like he told us, they said that they didn't have any chocolate chips. My friend and I aren't pushy, and would feel bad telling these employees that we knew they were lying, and that's our fault. Regardless, the employees lied to us because they were too lazy to walk to the back to get a bag of chocolate chips. read more

It took us 18 minutes this morning to get one mcgriddle meal with no apology no update and when asked why it was taking so long they would say let me check but never came back. Ask to speak to manager after we got food and was told "he's never available" we along with four other customers whom we heard say they will never come to this one again. read more
