Not sure what the bad reviews are for. Every visit is enjoyable and the food is hot and fresh. Came in today during peak dinner rush and the order was correct, the fries were piping hot, nuggets super crispy, and the cheese burger was tasty. Drive thru was fast, workers were friendly, and overall I had a good experience. Lobby has been clean in past experiences, but after a few excellent visits, I couldn't skip writing this review. There is no service here because there's no one to serve you. The place is clean. You have to place your order with a computer. They have the kitchen blocked from view so when you get your order you can't even ask for condiments. The soda machine was out of ice. I guess the drive through window would be better. read more

Very slow service, will mark your order done and then tell you it will be 5-10 minutes. Must be to lower there times on the computer. I just waited for ice cream for 25 minutes, and didn't even receive it. Went through the drive thru to get ice cream sundaes, was told immediately to pull into spot 3. Waited 25 minutes and still no one came. Saw other people getting food, and ice cream while we sat. Not sure if they forgot us. My dad went in to get a refund. While he asked what was going on, one of the employees made 4 sundaes and gave to the people in the drive through after us. Have been trying to give this McDonald's a chance, being that it's close to my house. Have ate there probably 5 times and the food is always cold, or not right. I had missed breakfast by about 5 minutes due to being stuck at a nearby intersection and was met with a little magical moment this morning! All day breakfast hasn't come back in a few years and I love the bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle! When I went in the drive thru I asked if there was any possible way they'd have left over breakfast items. I could overhear the cashier possibly talking to a manager saying they don't normally do this since they already switched to lunch but they'd accommodate. I'm very pleased with the service at this location I don't see why they don't have the best reviews and every time I come here they make the guest interaction personable and kind. If I wanted to cook my own nuggets/food, I wouldn't have paid any $ for take out. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that my order has been wrong. I will not be going back. So I got these coupons in the mail which I never use but I wanted to try their new crispy chicken deluxe. So I was a little hesitant because I haven't had a great experience coming to this particular location. I thought welp they just revamped this location so let's just see. I actually went inside instead of drive through because I knew they would give me some sort of grief with using coupons. So I walk in and not 1 person greeted me. I saw the self ordering machines so I thought oh ok I see why I wasn't greeted ok. But then I realize that the machine wouldn't take the course coupon. So I go back to the front and even though this manager "Tim" straight up saw me waiting for assistance just totally ignored me. That's when I knew the customer service was going to be crap. He walks over to me so angry, no hello nothing. Ok. I start to order and let me tell you he was soooooooooooooo rude that I even said "having a bad day?" And his dry reply was "some what yes". And that was it! He ask me what drink I wanted and I said Sprite he then rudely tells me in the most nastiest way. WE DON'T HAVE SPRITE OR MOUNTAIN DEW!" I was like ok coke. I paid he was gone. I got to the window and they did not have what I asked for, and could not replace it because 'they could not charge the extra fee' in that window. After waiting over 10minutes they had NO fries, so I was asked to park along with 5 other vehicles to wait, when I got my fries they were cold and soggy, so not entirely sure why it took so long. Worst McDonald's in central florida. Dispute being labeled as 24 hour, more often than not you pull up, wait several minutes, only to be told they are closed. And then there is nights like tonight when you pull up and they decide they are only taking orders or answering people at one of the drive through speakers. Common sense would suggest if you don't want to answer one of your drive thru lanes you block it off. I just sat and watch 8 cars get served in the lane I wasn't in while I couldn't get anyone to respond. I have never seen a location so mismanaged, with such a piss pore staff that the gas station a block away serves better food quicker than a full fledged restaurant ( and I use that term very loosely) could ever hope to do. Save your money folks this location isn't worth the trouble and should be closed down to make room for a business that want to actually wants to do business in the area. i work until 2am and when i come home i usually want to grab some food. there is not much open at the time but this place says drive thru and lobby are open 24 hrs so i have gone here 3 times now and have either been left sitting in the drive thru for a long time with no answer or i get attitude saying that theyre closed and i need to leave. Last time i went inside the lobby because the drive thru line was kind of long and there were about 10 other people sitting inside. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes a very rude employee came out yelling at all of us saying "i dont know why all of you are in here right now but the lobby is closed and you need to get out" when i responded and said your sign and website says open 24hrs she rolled her eyes and pointed at the door to shoo me out.
