I ordered 2 hot&spicy mchickens with no lettuce and extra mayo but instead i was handed 2 hot&spicy mchickens with no mayo and extra lettuce. But on the little stickers they place on the rapping of the food said what i ordered in the drive through. read more

We stopped here on a drive up NW Iowa and had a great experience. There were no dine-in options available due to COVID-19, but everything else was available. We were able to use the self-service kiosks to order our food and while we were doing so were asked by staff members if we had any questions and they ensured that everything was going well. Once ordered, our food came out quickly and was delivered with a smile. The staff here was exceptional and the food, as always, tasted just as we expected. Bathrooms were also very clean and even had a hook on the bottom of the door allowing you to open in from the inside without touching the handle. Overall, we had a great experience here and have no complaints. This is about as good as we could expect from McDonald's amidst a pandemic. read more

I ordered a quarter pounder the meat was so dry you couldn't choke it down. I'm not sure what's happened to McDonald's but it's a sad place to eat now, I do not recommend it at all. Go back to what it used to be with decent people working there. I won't be back. read more

Food is good just that it feels like you're biting into plastic & it tack them 20 or more minutes just to get a burger done. It also takes them so long just for you to order, there where 2 people there and they would not hurry up so they could take there order. The lady in front of me left because they where taking so long and so I yelled the at the back to get the workers and nobody came. I then i looked into the back and noticed a whole group of teens huddled together in the back. I'm pretty sure they were smoking something because I heard them keep giggling thru the counter. Then someone came and started being rude when I just wanted to order. This is why I don't come often. The costumer service is worst then others McDonald's I've been to. Hope this place gets a new manager that actually cares about what their employees do. Not to mention after I got my order the food was raw and had a bug in it. read more

The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was nasty it wasn't spicy they only added buffalo sauce which is not spicy. The chicken was straight out of the freezer for how nasty and a lack of flavor it had. Disappointed McDonald's. read more

Most disgusting foods in this area. Went to the drive Thur there on Sunday and with a bunch of kids working at this location. After almost finish my sandwich I found a bug on the mayo. God was good and he help me see what they put in there. Even their fries were half empty, or should I says it was half full. SMH...... And to you (the cook), hopefully the bug accidentally when into my sandwich. But if this was done intentionally then just to let you know God have seen your color tonight. If you like getting ignored, waiting 15-30 minutes in the lobby for "fast" food that is ice cold, and having to have your food remade this is the place for you. I didn't even get an an apology. FYI, if you ever try to go to the website listed on your receipt for the survey, they list the WRONG WEBSITE in the receipt. They list mcvoice.com to rate their service, but that is a non-functional website. The real address is mcdvoice.com. I'm assuming this error is intentional as they do not want their repeated, piss-poor service to get reported to corporate. read more

This is my first time ever writing a review on any business. I get there this morning at 10:09 and put my order in on the self ordering thing. I grab my cup for my drink and there is no lids. I ask for a lid and the kid shuffles over and brings back one way to small then shuffles back with the right one then he goes back to standing at the register with another worker talking. Doesn't bother to fill the lids. Then a lady comes in and orders a medium latte and he hands her a small. She's like I ordered a medium and he just says "oh they don't have any mediums". Then gives her a stupid grin. She clearly left mad. Then i stand there for ever. Nobody offers to see why I have been there so long. Then I start noticing people getting burgers when I'm still waiting on breakfast. I look and it's 10:38. I tell them I want a refund. She gives me my money and I leave and realize when I'm on the road that my refund was supposed to be 28.48 and she only gave me 25.37 ‍. Not to mention the countless screwups I witnessed while I was standing there. read more

Rarely are we able to have a positive experience at this McDonalds. Tonight we drove-through and they forgot to add one of our sandwiches to our bag! We were a few miles out of town before we were ready to eat our food. This isn't convenient when you have many miles to cover and have small children in tow. Most of the time the food tastes old and they rarely include napkins in the bag. I would not recommend stopping here. read more

They gave my sister 2 cheese burgers with everything on it when she specifically said plain. Me, my mom, and my sister all got meals. Although, me and mom didn't get our fries. So we had to reorder them on the machines, because they wouldn't come to us. Then, I ordered ranch with my chicken nuggets, and my mom had to go back up and get them. I went in on a slow Tuesday evening at 7:30. No staff would wait on me at the counter so I resorted to the kiosk for self-ordering. All there were were 4 cars on the driver-thru at this this time. I see my food being made, then it sits in the corner. I hear "we need more nuggets" and I know I'm in for a wait. 20 minutes later they give me hot nuggets, and two cold fries and two cold sandwiches, forgetting to give me a drink glass. The hamburger was incorrectly made. When I finally was able to flag someone down they told me it takes 15 minutes to cook nuggets (It's actually more like 4, I was a manager here once). read more

I ordered a Mc double with no cheese and no salt through the drive-through and I got a plain double hamburger then I went to the front door and they said they were closed go through the drive-through then I went to the drive to the girl came and got my sandwich stood there for a little bit and put the same hamburger back in the bank that I went around and I banged on the window there was no help to be seen so I called finally they came to the window and said we will get you a fresh one.
