It was my first time here and I knew it would be good when I saw the smoker going outside. The food was hands down amazing !!! Finger licking good !! I ordered the three meat combo with smoked brisket, smoked turkey and cheddar jalapeño sausage. My sides were the Mac & cheese and French fries. The service was great and the food came out perfect. Cute relaxing place to sit and have lunch and you won't regret it.

Our favorite barbecue is TSGBBQ. It's close to home and conveniently located along route 16 in the little town of Springbrook. I always love that the pitmaster gives us a hearty greeting as we stroll past his smokers to enter the building. The brisket here is to die for. There are other wonderful meats on the menu, such as chicken, pork, ribs and burgers. But I love the brisket. The sides are very delicious, including the cornbread, the baked beans, and the coleslaw. These folks do a great business on Mother's Day and Father's Day, so you'll wanna get your reservations in for those. The decor really accentuates the barbecue culture, and added bonus

Went to East Aurora and on our way home seen all the smoke and the aroma and took a quick left turn in their parking lot. With it being our first time the employee gave us a quick tutorial of how to order. Wasn't sure if that was my cup of tea but so glad we stopped. Food was awesome. It came out really quick. We had Cuban and a smoked turkey sandwich. Meat was so tender. Employees were friendly and always there when you need them Will be back to try some ribs and wings.

3 tacos you choose what meat on each. 2-brisket, 1-pulled pork, so good.

We love it here. The food is so good. We live over an hour away and make it a point to drive out here for a date night dinner.

I love this place a little too much but it's just that GOOD. Food comes out quick, servers are very friendly and attentive & the place is always clean and busy. I've tried all the meats they have to offer and I absolutely love all of them. My favorites are the brisket & the ribs. Nonetheless this place takes the cake for the best BBQ in all of Western NY.

The best barbecue! Stopped in yesterday for an early Mother's Day lunch. It was delicious! I had the two meat combo with brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage. Food was served quickly. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always friendly.

If I could rate this place 20 stars I would! By far one of my top 3 places to eat in WNY. This was my second time here, it was a packed Saturday night, our fear was that it was so small we wouldn't find a table, but suprisingly for a little place they have pretty good size seating area upstairs. I got the two meat platter, I chose smoked turkey and their famous brisket. The smoked turkey was the star of the show for me, delicious, tender, smokey and served with a side of honey mustard. Brisket was also phenomenal, and served with their traditional bbq sauce on the side. Corn bread was good, and as a side I got Mac and cheese and it was delicious ! A little hint of garlic, so gooooood! Husband got their ribs, roast beef, and smoked turkey. Their roast beef is amazing, rivals Charlie the butchers! And their ribs are fall off the bone. Top tier bbq place. No one else compares.

First time visit. Nothing but positives. Cool vibe. Incredibly friendly staff! They advised they were big on samples and while we were trying to figure out what few samples to ask for the manager brought us a large platter with smoked roast beef, smoked turkey, pulled pork and brisket!! Not just small pieces. Full slices etc! Ohh.... And did I say the smoked meats and sides were great! I had the ribs and brisket and was amazing. Table of 8 and all loved the place! Friendly and fabulous!! We will definitely be back!!

Hankering some BBQ....been wanting to try this place out. Very comfortable atmosphere and dining areas. Staff was friendly and explained the menu to us newbies. Went with a sampler to get a wider variety of meats to try. Also grabbed a half rack of ribs. Meat was delicious and very flavorful. Ribs definitely were the highlight! Mac and cheese and onion rings were great but Cole slaw was missing something ... 16oz bottled soda only, prefer fountain at restaurants. Patios in summer look like they'd offer an amazing view while dining outside. We will get back here again to check that out.

Kids smoked burger with nacho cheese - get choice of side. My son really enjoys the smokey flavor of the burger.

Ordered takeout at the restaurant on a Sunday, four meals, and it was ready in 5 minutes! My kids love their smoked burgers. Note, they are pink on the inside, but that's because of the smoking process. So glad I was able to try the smoked bologna, it was one of the specials of the day. Thick cut with a great char. We opted for no seasoning on their fries and tots, because it's a bit too sweet for our tastes. For not being a big mac and cheese fan, I found theirs to be quite tasty. It has a secret ingredient that I can't quite pinpoint. The baked beans are also good, definitely on the sweeter side. And I said this before, but their smoked meats are top-notch. The turkey blows my mind - I almost don't want to eat it any other way. Overall, I will continue to recommend this place as a "fast food" option for locally cooked and very delicious barbeque.

Mini Sammie meal - brisket, pork, beans and cheesy potatoes

Fair warning about this food: it has a VERY strong smoke flavor. I understand this is a bbq joint and that I ordered smoked wings but I was expecting them to be edible. They literally tasted like an ashtray and were not enjoyable. The wings were also very fatty. I would not recommend those. As far as the other food, it was tasty. The cheesy potatoes and the Mac and cheese were good sides. Corn bread was just average. For the meats, I enjoyed both the pulled pork and the brisket and I felt that they're bbq sauce was great. The "mini" sandwiches were actually huge to me! You will definitely be full from that meal. The brisket Mac and cheese did have good flavor but I feel like it was missing extra bbq sauce and the green onion or whatever garnish was supposed to be on it. Service was good. Lots of young kids working but they were all very kind and helpful. For ambiance, the seating area inside looked small. There seemed to only be a few tables but there might have been more in the back. They do have an awesome looking deck with a nice view which would be nice in the summer or fall months. Overall, I'm not sure if I would come back here. It just wasn't my favorite bbq/smoke flavor.

I love the outdoor deck and casual seating. BBQ is delicious and enjoy having plenty of options for sides

Smoked turkey, pulled pork and smoked jalapeño sausage. Sides of baked beans and tots. That sausage, juicy, smokey and tasty

First off, we went on a Tuesday and the place was pretty empty (that should have been clue #1). Hopefully, this place must get more of a bar crowd on the weekends. There were only 3 other occupied tables. The menu looked decent, but when we sat down (at around 7 pm) we were told that they were out of ribs...so, my husband and I ordered "The Whiskey Joe"....it's their take on a sloppy joe. My mom ordered the Beef Tips and my dad got the shepherd's pie. He enjoyed his meal, and my mom's was good too, until she noticed the ungodly amount of butter it was cooked in. Our sloppy joes were mediocre at best. There was not much meat, and I was really disappointed. I make a better sloppy joe in my own kitchen using Manwich! The pop they served us was nearly flat and had that awful metallic taste when you need to change the canister. Blech! My dad said his beer was good though! They did have a special on Tuesdays for $0.35 wings, so if you're in the mood for bar food, that might be up your alley. Our waitress and the owner who sat at the bar were both very nice and that's why I'm giving this place two stars instead of one.

I thought the band was one of the best bands I have heard in a very long time. I had made some phone calls to some friends to come out and see this band about 10-15 people where one there way. Six of my friends had arrived and said the same about the band. The first set finished and the owner Joe was having a discussion with one of the band members. I over heard the discussion and the owner Joe was not very nice to the band he stopped them after one set and got very nasty to the band. The band offered to play one more set to see if the crowd from Page's bar right next door would start to come over to his place(Page's was packed). The owner Joe told the band to get out and told them he was an asshole and he wasn't going to pay them. I can now understand why this place is up for sale and why Whiskey Joe's has no business and his competition right next door has it all. I was happy to see one of the band members tell him he was right about being an asshole and spit on his floor as they left. I will go out to see The Fly Roosters again when i see they are playing but I Will never set foot in Whiskey Joe's again after seeing what I saw that night..........

Food: 0/10 Alright this is the third time I've come to this location. I'm trying to be fair but the bad food is consistent. For instance tonight I got the "campfire" plate which was fries, Mac and cheese, chicken, and brisket. Fries? Too hot to eat first. Mac and cheese? Literally colder than room temp and DRY! No cheese...like cold dry noodles? The brisket was slimy and small portion sized, the chicken was fine I guess. Everything else was so gross though by the time I got to the chicken I didn't care. I've come every time with my family of 4, and all 3 experiences were the same. I wish the food was anything but what it is because I'd love to come back here. I'll never recommend it and I'm actually just going to give away my $100 gift card to anyone who wants to dare to eat here.

Great pizza, good wings, fun atmosphere--you know the kind of place I'm talking about, and if you don't and you're near the Rusty Buffalo, go on in and you'll see what I mean. Anyway, I was traveling with my family through the Buffalo area and we figured since we're here, we really ought to have wings for dinner, right? After reading a ton of Yelp reviews, we settled on the Rusty Buffalo. I reached out on Facebook (they were closed at that time) to ask how much lead time they needed for an order of wings, and they got right back to me. 30 minutes, so plan ahead! I phoned in the order so that it would be ready for us to pick up as soon as we got into town--they were really nice on the phone and even called me back when we got disconnected. I ordered four chicken finger dinners and 40 wings--I was about to order extra fries, but the lady on the phone stopped me and told me the dinners each came with easily enough fries for two people. Not many places will undersell a customer like that, and I really appreciated it, since traveling long distance with leftovers can be a pain. I walked in to pick up the order, and it was like I was back home again. Great atmosphere, friendly people, good music, and the food smelled amazing. We got it back to our hotel, checked in, unloaded, and sat down to eat. Everything was still piping hot. I strongly recommend the Honey Sriracha--it's addictive. It was my first time trying Chiavetta's sauce, too, and it was also excellent. Their house Buffalo sauce was some of the best I've had anywhere. However, the Cajun dry rub was everyone's favorite, hands down. Their wings were all crispy and delicious, even the ones that had been sauced heavily. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again anytime I'm passing through.
