Every time i've come here i'm always waiting insanely long to order, this morning i sat at the order screen for 10+ minutes while a line piled behind me. Orange juice was warm.. disgusting. Egg on sandwich was cold.. disgusting. Hasbrown was chewy like rubber... disgusting. Im tired of giving this McDonalds a shot in the mornings. Ordered a filet o fish sandwich and 20 nuggets, asked and paid for which was supposed to be 2 medium cups of tartar sauce which i use for the nuggets, they ended up giving me 2 small 4 piece chicken nugget boxes with the tartar sauce in them which barely covered 6 nuggets (3 ounces worth) and my filet o fish top bun was barely on the fish and hardly any tartar sauce on it also, this place should just close if the owner's (The Patel Family) can't train their workers any better, their manager's obviously should not be managers, This McDonald's ALWAYS has had this crappy service for the past 10 years. read more

This is the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. The staff was doing more playing than working. The food was a mess. They didn't even know how many cups I needed and then while I waited for for help to rectify my order, everyone who looked at me pretty much ignored me until finally someone asked me what I needed. This isn't the first time either but it is the last. I would say 8 out of 10 times, this place will get your order wrong. !!!BEWARE!!! if you want a decent meal, go somewhere else. read more

In the current year of 2022, McDonald's is actually really good especially the Big Mac, The fries, nuggets, and some other new good things. It's just sometimes you get super unlucky and you get crunchy,CRUNCHY McNuggets, and cold fries, even mess up your burger which is so annoying . Other then that, there's gonna be a new What-a-burger and I'm pretty sure first day all restaurants wont have any customers and be like that for maybe a week I guess. The only restaurant that maybe could compete is Asia buffet and Popeyes, maybe McDonald's bit sometimes people get tired of it. Quick stop for breakfast just driving through. We all had the senior coffee for 50 cents. The breakfast burrito was a good size for the price. Others had the eggs & cheese biscuits-they enjoyed them . The bathroom was being cleaned as we went to use it-the toilet seats were damp. Nice staff clean place! read more

Food was normal for McDonald's. I went inside to eat, 4 people waiting at register and 4 at self order. Waited 9 minutes for someone to come to front register to take orders. I counted 5 people in back glance and see us all standing there, even the manager. They were moving like snails and none of them have a personality. Forget the fact that McDonalds prices have become outrageous. I found the presentation of my lunch was a total mess. My Quarter-Pounder came in an environmentally friendly carton with the cheese hanging out one side. Only of the cheese made it on the burger. Some of the pickles didn't make it. This was one of the craziest McDonald's experiences I've EVER had haha! I am 33 so have obviously been to tons of different McDonalds locations. First off, when I was waiting in line to order, people were just pulling out of line and leaving. When I was behind the guy that was ordering, he was trying to tell them about additional items that he needed but the woman was just talking away on her headset and he actually put his hands up in the air in frustration at the situation. Finally, she let him FINISH placing his order. When I went next to order, she tried to rush me through my order. She didn't get it right so I tried to correct her, she said ok yeah and repeated that I wanted pickles and said drive ahead for your total so I assume she had added it (she didn't). I get to the first window and she takes my payment then leans wayyy out of the window, looking ahead, and starts shouting "roll 'em or park 'em"!!! I tried to be nice and laugh but then she looked at me, said the same thing. I moved up because they did park the guy and in the 2nd waiting spot (the 1st was occupied along with a car waiting curbside pulled up ahead of the 2nd window). I get to the second window and look back and the lady at the first window is still leaning out looking at my vehicle and there are no vehicles behind me. I was told to park in the 3rd waiting parking spot and did. Next, a guy comes out with a cold coffee and literally walked up to the curb car, then 1, then 2, then me, then the 4th waiting spot and it didn't belong to any of us! A minute or so later, a different guy comes out and brings a small bag to the parked car which refuses it then to spot 1 who takes it and leaves. That poor guy came back out and brought 2 happy meals to the parked car and they took them, waited a minute then left. Next was an order that spot #2 said wasn't his then I said wasn't mine, it had all sorts of different items and wasn't even close to what I ordered, turned out to be #4s.... then out comes another order, he brings it to me at#3 and I tell him "well, they almost got it right" then I looked up at him and said "you know what, close enough" I take it, roll up my window and he walks off... the guy in #2 got his order next and left, didn't seem happy. While me and #4 are still there, guy walks out and knocks on my window. I said everything was good and he left. While I'm writing this, #4 finally got their single bag of food and left. 1) what is the deal with the whole get them parked instead of just waiting in line like normal?? 2) insane that can't get ANY orders correct 3) there are now 1&2 spaces both filled as I write this, still parked in 3! 4) now someone is parked in 4!! What a JOKE! 5) McDonald's and its employees are so much better than this shenanigans show that's literally going on while I watch... maybe I'll film it next time. I called the main office in Jennings and left my name and number, I hope they call me back and it isn't to bash anyone, it is just to let them know what is going on so that they can address it cause this is certainly not the way this is supposed to work... 6) there is someone parked in what isn't even labeled as the 5th waiting spot and not a car in line or anything... guess I should leave *sigh... just have the woman that was making everyone act insane kindly leave the property! 7) wow, was leaving and a guy is walking in within a bag of food, walks up to the counter, looks exasperated and is clearly waiting for them to give the correct food instead while all 4 parking waiting spots are full... unbelievable read more

This place is awful. Lived here 3 months and of all the times I have gotten food here, maybe one or two times it was good. Today I got a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger had mayonnaise on it. Today November 19 2022 about 5:00 p.m. I went to the drive through no one is in line. I wait a few seconds no one says anything next I say hello no one answers . Finally this young lady comes on and says wait a minute give me 10 seconds to get back here. Then i give my code at the checkout she says give me the code i cannot scan it than she starts to lecture me about the way i go through the drive through . i bit my tongue and did not say anything . I came to get a drink and some cookies i was polite but this lady seemed to think i need to be lectured first of all she should be on her station and if she is not than just say i am sorry for the delay how can i help you. I have spent over 20 years in food service in the military this person gets an F and because of her attitude i am giving one star to mcdonald's.First impression means everything if this young lady can't figure it out have her replaced if the first person that a customer meets has a crappy attitude chances are the customer will have a negative feeling about the rest of the experience. To the lady who was taking orders take done lessons on how to speak to your customers because that was pathetic. I did not come with an attitude nor did i ever question her i took my lecture and i felt angry because i should have asked her to go get her manager . Waiting in line INSIDE at McD for my Big Mac Attack remedy, and I can hardly focus for all the beeping and buzzing of alarms going off. This place is in absolute shambles. It's 7:35 SATURDAY night, it's not busy- and we have 3 counter staff, several cooking, a few gentlemen singing over -and appearing to be along with -the background beeping and buzzing-and lest I forget to mention a loud mouth manager that while busy, is doing nothing but adding to the frenzy. I couldn't catch her name, as no one here is wearing name tags, but she is loud, obnoxious, limping, and just mad at the world it appears- I am appalled at the way she is speaking to these employees- and can't believe she still has a staff to scream at. The young girl who took my order however, was very nice and polite- albeit as one can be with the deer-in-the-headlights expression and demeanor she has attained while working in this atmosphere, under this tyrant. After taking orders, she was busy cleaning up and wiping the dining room down, while the others seemed to be making late night plans of mayhem I would assume. The food was fresh (I order something extra to insure that- not my first rodeo at the Golden Arches of DeRidder), and tasted as good as I had anticipated. Food is McDonalds but drive thru service is terrible. It's very slow and they allow the double lanes to get backed up causing people who wait in line for their turn to be passed up by people who drive in from the back of the line. They need to speed up their service or set up their double lanes in a way that people cannot jump ahead of other customers who have been waiting. read more
