This would be a good time to be able to put zero stars for an establishment. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza on the app. Went to pick it up and should have checked it. Drove all the way home to find out 1- it was half raw and 2- it had a bunch of extra stuff on it I didn't order. I called the restaurant back and they absolutely did not care. Told me they couldn't give me my money back but could put a credit on my PH account. I said no so they said they would remake it. So... I drove all the way back there to get no apologies or anything. Had to wait for pizza number 2 which they assured me would be fine. Upon first glance it looked ok. Brought it home and it too was undercooked and had no buffalo sauce on it all. I tossed it in the trash and had a sandwich at home. Never again will I eat anything from this place. Not only is the pizza disgusting, they just don't even care that it is. read more

We arrived at around 6:30 pm on Sunday, 26 May, and a teenage girl told us to wait to be seated while she was standing there in front of us. We waited until the girl left and nobody dared to acknowledge our presence, so we left; I don't think they even cared about us leaving; my wife has an accent, and that girl mentioned out loud, "I think they don't speak English"; so, maybe they don't want people with an accent in Pizza Hut!!!!! Terrible!!! Went with co workers for the buffet and there was absolutely nothing for 10 minutes or so. Everyone was standing there waiting, so we only got a couple pieces. We ate that and no pizza again when we went back up. They bring out a couple pizzas, but there aren't any plates. We ask for plates, and they never came, so a lot of people started using their dirty plates. My dirty plate had already been picked up, so I put the pizza on a napkin like a lot of others. We were late coming back from lunch and still didn't get full. We've eaten here for years, but will never again. read more

Haven't had many good experiences here before but yesterday was much different! We ordered pizza and cheese sticks and when we got there to pick it up the lady said the pizza wasn't made to their standards so they were remaking it. Then she apologized for the wait and offered something to make up for it. We received a brownie along with our order that was made correct when we went back to pick it up. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes but I prefer that over getting a wrong order or a nasty pizza! They did a good job this time!! read more

This place was so sad I had to leave a review. I kept picking out small pieces of fuzz from every piece of pizza. Most of the buffet pizza was cold or poor quality. The service was decent at picking up plates but you can't get your own drink no matter how empty it is. There's a pile of dead bugs and dust near our seat. The women's bathroom door must be completely shut or else it opens, the sink water will make a mess if you turn it on too fast. The lunch buffet is a good value however looking around the environment needs help. The floor is dirty. Before I could sit down the table needed to be wiped. It was wiped but left wet. I wiped it with napkins but then the napkins got dirty. If the eating area was this dirty it made me wonder how the prep and cooking area was. read more

Would give 0 stars if it was available. Ordered a pizza box from here. Went to go pick it up, they said somebody came and picked it up already. They could make me another one that wpuld take 45 mins. So said nevermind and went somewhere else. Got a call back later from them and said they'll credit me $26 whenever I want my order. So call today to make a order and make sure I could get it. They say my mom came and picked it up. My mom never knew anything about the order. I call back they said my dad came and picked it up. My dad don't even stay in this state. Told the lady on the phone they lost a valuable customer, she said who cares and hung up in my place. Will never do buisness here again. read more

Place is pretty busy for only having 1 star. We ordered cheese bread for appetizer, it can 5 mins before our pizza, we ordered the Skinny Luau pizza, it is pretty good, if order it again. Plenty of flavor. Our server is very prompt and polite, he stayed on top of things. All in all it is a pretty good dinner. read more

The way they treat the workers here are a bit deplorable. I found out that a friend of mines who worked in this restaurant has been fired due to the fact that he had to ditch the place to meet up with his ill grandmother for an emergency reason. Knowing that this is the way that staff is being treated here, the managers and the bosses don't stand any excuses regardless of the matter. NOT SANITARY!!!! My husband & I ordered online for carryout. We were supposed to have gotten free cheese bread with our first online order. When I got there I asked about it and they said it would be about 8 minutes. She yelled to the back and said it was an add-on to our order that was already completed. About 4 minutes later a woman come from the back and asked it was a full order or a half order. The lady at the front told her, and then I WITNESSED her go and take a FULL order, and with her BARE HANDS (Which she had JUST COME OUT OF THE BATHROOM!!!) touched the cheese bread and put it in another box to give to us, as our free half order. I walked out right then. My husband then told them that we were cancelling our order. They asked why, and he told them because we just saw you touch our food with your hands! They THEN tried to give it to us FREE?!? Um hello, it was ALREADY free, but even if it wasn't, FREE isn't going to change the fact that I DO NOT KNOW YOU, KNOW WHERE YOUR HANDS HAVE BEEN, & IF SOMEONE HAS HANDLED THE REST OF OUR ORDER WITH BARE HANDS TOO!!! This is disgusting and they should wear gloves at all times!!! We will NEVER eat there again! And people wonder how illnesses and viruses spread... SMDH... read more

This company's recipe changes in recent years aside, the food is okay. Crust is kind of flavorless, even if you order a flavor option like Hut Favorite. (Yes, I prefer the old ways! Lol) Staff here is generally very polite. But there is one guy who will pretty much always intrude on your conversations at dinnertime-- VERY enthusiastically-- so I've avoided this place for a long time for anything other than delivery or carryout. I generally do not have an issue with the Deridder, LA Pizza Hut #2671; however, on 05/22/2021 this was not the case. First of all I have been ordering from there for years, even after the stop offering garlic knots which was the one thing keeping me there over the other four pizza places in this little town. On 05/22/2021 @ 2001 hrs, I drove up to the pickup window to receive my order that I previously ordered online. There was a worker in the window that had watched me driveup, she stood there doing something on the computer for approx 1 minute then walked away, talked to the worker in or around the kitchen area, walked back to the window (where I had been waiting unattended) for anther 1-2 min, walked away again, and when she returned I yelled HEY as she was about to walk away again. She finally and reluctantly opened the drive thru window and stated she would be with me in a minute, and I replied by telling her that she could at least acknowledge that I was sitting here for 5+minutes. The worker inturn replied "I have been off for the last 5 minutes and I am just trying to make sure the girl in the kitchen is ok" then preceded to slam the window shut. This is my son's favorite place. The ladies here have always been the best. If you come at lunch buffet time it's packed, but we always get plenty of food. Everything is very good and fresh. Place is clean as well. And it's soooooo inexpensive! Not a bad place to stop in for lunch. read more
