A quick breakfast. That's why I've gone here. Due to inflation, sometimes it's cheaper here. Also I'm a fan of their coffee. At $2 for a large, a far better value than aftertaste Starbucks. The caffeine levels here are plenty, but not Seattle standards of insanity. Employees are polite and efficient. Have dined in, and also gone through the drive thru. No adventures here, just food as ordered. That's why I'll be back, and my growing son is a fan of their ice cream. Almost miraculous but their machine always seems to work. read more

I stopped by while traveling, and I don't speak English very well. I felt ignored when it seemed like I couldn't understand, as the staff sighed, which made me feel disrespected. I watched every order be handed out to customers without napkins, cups, or ketchup. EVERY customer had to ask. Was traveling from Harrisburg back to Northern Virginia and stopped here for something just to hold us over for the remaining two hours. What a mistake. When we were at the drive thru the order pops up and I noticed that a cheeseburger we ordered was not there and the woman's voice on the other end would add it to the order. Okay. Got to the window and the woman tending the order read it back and still no cheeseburger and she looked at me as if I made a mistake when I pointed out the missing cheeseburger. She acted like society had unraveled. So I recited back to her the entire order. She then looks me in eye obviously irritated and said "so you want a double cheeseburger added to the order". By now I've repeated myself three times and did it one more time and I've just about had it. So when I said this is a simple order, a large drink, fries, a Big Mac and a cheeseburger its not that difficult she yells out to the other employees that "this guy is rude". To which I responded I wouldn't be if you could just get this simple order right. They then had us move up and wait for someone to come out with our food. About 5 minutes later someone came out and angrily gave us a bag of food. No drink. Another couple of minutes a drink. The cheeseburger was dry and obviously had been under a heat lamp. The fries were underdone and needed salt. Judging from other reviews I'd say this place needs to be closed. My mom and I got chicken sandwiches. They were half a party....or more like a chicken tender on a sandwich bun. My daughter got 10 piece nuggets. She got 9 regular nuggets and this little thing counted as her 10th nugget. They gave us our sandwich/chicken nuggets and told us our fries would be out soon. Fries come out-no drinks. We had to remind them. Why not complete the order entirely and THEN give to customer? Filthy. The touchscreen- the one that actually works- was bumpy and crusty with dried-on stuff. The tables were all dirty. The trash cans were overflowing. The woman making our food wasn't wearing gloves or a mask, and was coughing all over her hands and the workstation. The fries were tasteless and mushy. I asked for light sauce and extra pickles on my chicken sandwich. I got extra sauce and two pickle chips, and one of my tomato slices was bad. My Bride ordered a burger with light mayo and light onions, and they loaded up on both. Two poor-quality sandwiches and a so-called large fries with no drinks at all was $13.44. I'd show you a picture, but they couldn't print out receipts because the printer was busted. This is the first time I've eaten in a McDonald's in probably 8 years, and as far as I'm concerned, it'll be the last. Burnt egg McMuffin. Not to mention the bag was practically thrown at me and didn't have all of our food and when I waited I was given someone else's order. She said well what's in the Bag? I said two danishes and hash browns but no sandwiches and she seemed irritated and gave me the bag and we got home and still we were missing a sandwich and no answer on the phone. Absolute worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. Desided to dine-in with my family and that was a huge mistake. I ordered 4 meals at the cash register and it was about a 30 minute wait. Numerous other customers waiting for similar amounts of time. All customers inside seemed to be really perturbed and annoyed at how slow they were. While waiting the staff seemed to be completely clueless behind the counter. At one point, with over 10 customers waiting for food, 3 people began trying to fix the milk shake machine. I will point out through all the waiting the drive-through line seemed to be moving fine. Maybe that's the only way to get service at this McDonalds. Lastly the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It was like a bomb went off inside the mens room (in a bad way), and it clearly had not been cleaned in a couple of hours. Went through the Drive-Thru to get a large Iced Tea and a cup of ice. Had a bit of a problem getting the guy at the order speaker to understand that we DID NOT want lemon with the tea. Got up to the pay window and the young lady was nice, but not real friendly. Pulled up to the pick-up window and that's where the irritation boiled over. We sat there for about five minutes watching the elderly lady make Iced Coffee and fill drinks, etc. I finally got fed up with the wait and honked my horn to get her attention as she didn't even seem to realize we were there waiting for our tea. Yes, by this time I was most irritated and was abrupt with her when she finally opened the window by saying something to the effect of what is it going to take to get our tea. The tea was already in the cup waiting. All she had to do was open the window and give it to us, but NO... She was more intent on doing other stuff than paying attention to the customers at the window. She also related rudely that she was trying to get things organized. We went through the Drive-Thru because we were in kind of a hurry to get on the road. The fact that she wanted to get things "organized" was of LITTLE CONCERN TO US. Lastly, I had to ask her for the cup of ice we ordered... She gave us a small cup that also was sitting there waiting. We drove off only to find the tea had very little ice in it and the cup of ice was actually a cup of water. The visit to THIS McDonald's was NOT REAL IMPRESSIVE. read more

If I could rate this one star I would. I didn't believe all the reviews on google saying this place was slow and terrible service. I was wrong. I went to this drive through for an M&M mc flurry. I pulled up and there were 2 cars ahead of us waiting to order, so I figured it couldn't take that long. 5 minutes later, I'm able to order my M&M McFlurry. Another 10 minutes later, I pay and get my food. Except I got an Oreo McFlurry. I told the gir at the window I had ordered an m&M McFlurry, not Oreo, and I have never been hit with such sass, as she responded, "well, it said Oreo." I just sat in the car for a minute dumbfounded, before deciding to throw away the McFlurry and wasting my $3.50, since I was already going to be 20 minutes late because of how long a freaking drive through took. read more

And the place is ran by irresponsible kids, and I'm 14 and I could do a MUCH better job than these kids. We went to the drive thru at 11:00 pm. The drive through worker was goofing off at her friend's car and waving her headset around. She shoved it at her coworker, who was apparently new, and he did not know how to take the order properly. Then the girl who was goofing off was laughing at us when we pulled up to the window. Our quarter pounder hamburger had cheese on it when we asked for plain. Fries were cold and inedible. No napkins and missing a straw. After we left the grilled chicken was found to be a breaded chicken and the person who ordered it is allergy sensitive to the breading. This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to, no joke. I've stopped by this Dillsburg, PA restaurant a few times when driving between Maryland and NJ and every time I have been to this location I have been pleasantly surprised. The service has always been friendly and accommodating. I never once felt like an inconvenience or a bother, but rather as a valued customer. The location is clean and the staff is polite and cordial (which in my experiences would be the exception to the rule). To top it off, they serve this deal called the Big Mac Box, or what I more affectionately call the "adult happy meal". It comes with 2 big macs, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, and a 10 piece chicken nuggets for $12. I don't know of any other McDonalds that serves that but it's a deal in my book. read more

Always messed up food orders. From missing food to a Big Mac that had no lettuce. One time I was given a chicken sandwich that had pickles and onion mustard and ketchup on it so it was put on the wrong set up. And these clown want $15/hour. Do your job it doesn't matter if there is pressure because it is busy. Do your job.
