Last time I go to Millenium. Save your money on average pizza at best. Tired of the BS upcharges…read more It's one thing if you need to charge a fee for a card or substitutions but at least let your customer know. And what pizza shop that sells stromboli charges you for sauce to go with it? I order a pizza and boli and am expecting $25-27 and end up with a bill of almost $35. absolutely insane. *EDIT* I was going to take this review down because after I arrived home with my order I received a call from a very respectful older gentleman who explained their position on things and while we didn't agree on some of it I at least respected him reaching out and trying to make it better. However, I need to address some of the inaccuracies posted by the owner in his response. I understand prices go up, I expected to spend "$24-$28" like he said, not $35. I did not get a large boli nor did you make it bigger at no extra charge. I get that nothing is free but at every pizza shop I've ever visited they give you a side of sauce with a Stromboli. If you want to charge for it, fine. Make it known when you order, not when I've already handed you my card and then you ask "will you need sauce for this?" Finally, never was I offered a refund for anything, especially the sauce. I was told you had to charge for that but I could receive a discount on my next order for the charge of a substitution that the gentleman said I shouldn't have been charged for. So you offered me $1.50 off my next order, not a refund. Since I won't be coming back after the condescending response by the owner, this does me no good. I had planned to give you another shot based off of the phone conversation but then to just make excuses and be petty online, I'm done. I'm ordering from Mazzone's today because honestly, the quality is better and I'll pay more for quality. (And they didn't charge me extra for sauce or a substitution on my sub) Plenty of places stay in business with average food, that being said, I am going to change my review from 1 star based off of the overall experience to an honest representation of the food itself. So best of luck in the future Millennium, I'll go elsewhere for better customer service. Congrats on your 3 star pizza.

The guy at the front counter seemed completely confused by everything. They completely messed up in order in front of me, and then messed up my order as well. I had to drive the whole way back to get my order corrected. I will definitely be going back to the other place that we usually order. We tried here because my daughter had recommended it. Not impressed at all. They seem completely overwhelmed by a busy weekend evening. Update: the pizza was NOT good. Soggy and tasteless. After them messing up my order in the first place, I had to go back and it took almost 30 minutes to get my replacement pizza. No apology...no compensation...nothing. The garlic knots were delicious...I'll give them that compliment. However, I can tell you that we won't be returning. We will stick with our old favorite...so much better.

I want pizza FOR the red pizza sauce. That's why I eat it. I ordered a specialty pizza that had chicken, bacon, Asiago and basil on it. No sauce?!? It was so dry, I ate half a slice. If it had red sauce on it, it would have been ok. As it was, I couldn't eat it. But it was so disappointing. Pay with cash if doing takeout.

Rolled into Mechanicsburg Breakfast & Pizzeria at the extremely conventional breakfast hour…read moreof...5pm on a Friday. I was the only diner in the place, which honestly made me feel like I had just rented out a private pizza studio. Bonus: plenty of free parking right out front because it's tucked into a little strip mall. Before I even ordered, the menu caught my attention--an eclectic mashup of pizza and tacos, with breakfast versions of both served all day long. It's honestly the kind of menu you'd expect to stumble upon in a dream where the universe says, "Go ahead, choose joy." I originally planned to be "responsible" and just grab a slice to test the waters, but they didn't have any slices ready and would've had to make an entire pizza just for me. That felt like a sign from the Universe to stop lying to myself. If they were firing up the oven anyway, why not go big? So I took the cosmic hint and ordered their semi-Instagram-famous Mexican Breakfast Pizza: eggs, chorizo, mozzarella, cheddar... a 10" "personal" pizza (their wording, not mine) for $14. Twist my arm. Drinks live in the cooler by the door and you just grab whatever you want and pay at the end. As I was mid-debate between soda and water, the guy behind the counter popped out from behind the curtain and said, "Hey, since you're getting a breakfast pizza, if you want juice... orange, cranberry, apple... you can have it!" Sir. Apple juice is basically the secret key to my heart. SOLD. He also mentioned they have games and coloring books available--apparently dominoes is the crowd favorite here. Unexpected and charming. A little sign on my table caught my eye: "If you love it, leave a nice review." Challenge accepted. This place was already earning every star. Placed my order at 5:02, snagged a seat by the window to watch the sunset fade and the traffic chaos whirl by. The sign on the wall said "GOOD vibes, GREAT flavors," and let me tell you: an accurate mission statement. At 5:20, my pizza emerged in all its glory--and it. was. stunning. The crust hit that sweet middle ground between thin and deep dish: sturdy, doughy, beautifully crisped on the edges, and wonderfully yeasty. The eggs-to-cheese ratio was perfection, and the chorizo? A knockout. Spicy, chunky, far more personality than the usual breakfast-pizza sausage situation. I ate 1.5 slices and boxed up the rest, which will easily feed me for another three days because, yes, I believe in leftovers as a lifestyle. As I was leaving, the man behind the counter introduced himself--Sebastian--and he had been nothing but attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Service like that sticks with you. Total damage: $22.26 including tip. For great food, even better service, and days of leftovers? That's what I call winning. I'll definitely be back--probably at another totally normal breakfast hour.

Order at the counter and your food is brought out promptly. The owner made sure everything was good and kept asking if I needed anything. Making customers feel important is, well, important, so I'm glad they aim to please. Pizza slice was really good, could've been a bit more well done, but that's my preference. The birria quesadilla and (thick) consommé were out of this world excellent. Can't wait to come back and have that again and try some other dishes. All day breakfast is cool and a nice option to have in this area. Try this place and see for yourself.

I was craving pizza, my adventure buddy was craving a cheesesteak, and this seemed like the perfect place to satisfy both. Parking is street-only, but it's free after 5pm, which is a win for dinner plans. I managed to snag a spot right out front without having to parallel park or circle the block, which honestly felt like a small victory before the night even started. We had planned to meet at 5:30pm, but due to a slightly delayed adventure buddy situation, we walked in closer to 5:45pm -- right at peak "everyone else had the same idea" time. The place was absolutely PACKED. There was one table left in the main dining area (which we grabbed immediately), though we were told there was additional seating in another room. From our table out front, we had a full view of the action...which turned out to be both entertaining and a little telling. Going into the evening, I had already done my homework (because of course I did) and had spent the week narrowing down my order. Everything on the menu sounded incredible, but I ultimately landed on the Broccoli & Sausage Pizza Bianche -- a white pizza topped with mozzarella, broccoli, sausage, chili oil, and burrata. My adventure buddy chose the standard cheesesteak (hoagie roll, onions, provolone), which was exactly the level of culinary risk I expected from him. It quickly became clear that Nonna Ilva was significantly understaffed that evening. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order, and the three staff members we saw were absolutely hustling -- managing the dining room, takeout orders, and a steady stream of DoorDash pickups. They were working hard, but there were simply too many customers for the team on hand. When our server did make it over, we placed both our drink and food orders at the same time to avoid any additional delays. About 20 minutes later, the cheesesteak arrived -- hot and solid, though a bit more straightforward than expected. Despite ordering it with onions, it came out fairly plain with just steak and cheese on a toasted roll. Flavor-wise, it delivered, but it didn't quite stand out. About 10 minutes after that, my pizza arrived -- and WOW. Absolutely stunning. Piled high with sausage, broccoli, and burrata, and finished with a generous drizzle of chili oil, it looked every bit as good as I had hoped. The timing, however, was a bit of a letdown. My adventure buddy had waited to eat until my food arrived (a noble decision), but by the time the pizza hit the table, his cheesesteak had cooled off quite a bit. Not ideal, but we made the best of it. Now let's talk about the pizza -- because this is where Nonna Ilva completely redeemed itself for me. I have been on a lifelong search for a truly great white pizza, and more often than not, it's been a disappointment -- bland, oily, and clearly an afterthought on most menus. But Nonna Ilva? Nonna Ilva cares about white pizza. This was hands down one of the best white pizzas I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, flavorful, and clearly crafted with intention. The chili oil brought just the right amount of heat, the sausage and broccoli were generous and well-distributed, and the burrata? Game changer. I've never seen another local spot incorporate burrata into a white pizza like this, and it absolutely made the dish. This is the white pizza I've been searching for. The kind I will go out of my way to come back for again and again. Unfortunately, the service side of the experience just didn't match the quality of the food that night. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, and it showed throughout the entire visit. Even paying the bill proved to be a challenge -- we eventually walked up to the register and waited in line with DoorDash drivers just to close out. We still left a good tip because the effort was there -- the team was working hard -- but the overall experience inside the restaurant felt chaotic. I had originally planned to grab dessert from their case, but decided to skip it and head elsewhere given the situation. Next time? I'll absolutely be back for that pizza... but I'll likely go the takeout route like many others seem to be doing. Because while the service may have struggled that night, the food -- specifically that white pizza -- is 100% worth coming back for!
