We've been coming here about once a week for years and we know how the app works to get rewards and discounts. I placed a mobile order but I dread seeing the person outside taking orders on a tablet because a) why would you even make someone do that when it's 90 degrees out? b) it does not make the line go faster c) people who don't know what they want yet can't look at the menu for new menu items, luckily all I wanted was one item. d) the online orders are always wrong from the tablet. I gave my mobile pay code and the app and my bank transaction showed the order in completed status. The tablet cashier confirmed the order was all good. The cashier at the first window did not mark the order in progress, so they refused to give me my one single sandwich at the second window. I showed the completed transaction to both the second window cashier and the shift manager. He instructed me to pull over to a curbside spot. Which, they were so busy already, why would they want to send someone out? We pulled over and waited, and waited, and waited for the single sandwich. I decided to go in and show the completed transaction again. The manager met me at the door on his way out to give food to someone else, so I went in and waited. I checked the app again to make sure I had the location and arrival marked correctly and my payment went through. First he insisted the transaction hadn't been paid, when I showed it had he switched to I "needed to change the pickup from Drive Through to Counter.' Nevermind that he orginally said it needed to be changed to Curbside. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly condescending, and couldn't tell me what I was did incorrectly, but kept changing tactics. It was bizarre to have followed the same process many times before and have someone act like I was trying to scam them. It was just a very frustrating experience, and I was so angry by the end, I am not an angry customer by any stretch of the imagination but from the reviews it seems like this is not an isolated incident. I've been here many times, not sure why I haven't reviewed it already. It's handy for me on the way to work, so I often stop in for a snack or a cold drink. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of, especially with traffic. More a function of the mall layout than their lot. Just be careful. Drive-through can be slow. Inside, it's actually kinda small. Two little seating areas. Kiosks to order. Nowhere really to stand and wait for your food. All the usual McD's food, so you take your chances. It's nice that they tell you the calorie content; I mean, I usually ignore it, but it gives you some idea how bad you're being to your body. I've had burgers and chicken tenders, just fine. This time I just needed something cold, so I got one of their slushies. Blue raspberry. Not the best ever, but kind of nostalgia-inducing, and cold and refreshing, and cheap. Seems the floor plan could be better to allow for group seating, more tables, and just cozier. I prefer the regular booths, which are not here, just a mess of mismatched furniture. By far the best Mcdonalds I've ever went to. My food came out fast and fresh, within 5 min of ordering DURING CONSTRUCTION AND BUSINESS BREAK HOURS. A line out to the road and the inside completely packed, but ordering getting handed out the window and called to the counter every 15-30 seconds. The workers moved like machines and in the smoothest fashion getting orders out the extreme quickness. This Mcdonalds morning to early afternoon crew has never failed to impress me and I 100% recommend no matter how busy they look. read more

Consistently gets orders wrong. Had to drive back from home today to exchange quarter pounder that clearly stated "no cheese" on the order. (Cheese impossible to scrape off) Was replaced but still irritating as it isn't the first time. My 10 year old said it's only Wendy's in the future. read more

I've been to this location twice in the last couple of months. The food is the food. Same as everywhere else. The first time was about 6:00 pm on a week day and there was no ketchup in the dispensers. The most recent was 5/12 at 11:00 Sunday morning. No ketchup in the dispensers. We asked for packets at the counter and was told that they were out at the counter and the box of ketchup in storage had not been unpacked yet. Pretty basic stuff to me The drive thru traffic problem looks to have been resolved. New painted lines and cones direct cars to the correct place. read more

On 9/8/21, this grandmother with 3 young grandchildren I am caring for while their parents are in the midst of moving across the country from one military base to another in the south. After picking up groceries curbside the oldest 7 wanted a McDonalds Happy Meal. After placing a $20 order drive thru and arrived home I realized the Happy Meal box did not contain the 6 pc mcnuggets nor the apple juice drink. Orders are consistently incorrect, and the attitude of the workers is unchecked. Had an issue with my order and a woman behind the counter dressed plainly as if she wasn't even on the clock asked, verbatim; "Whaddya want?". I don't know this person and she certainly had a ton of sass. Worked 2 years in food service, and even I hadn't ever been that rude. Edit: I wrote the former once I had them to fix the issue, ordered a double and got a single, and they simply took the old burger and placed another patty right on top the other. That's a health violation for those of you who don't know. And they did it uncannily. So I went to the manager and had her personally fix it. Didn't catch her name, but I appreciate her. Lastly while I waited for my food in the restaurant, they talk trash about my figure in Spanish. I speak Spanish as a second language. I decided to not respond, play ignorant and leave. This McD's would be good except for the entrance set-up. NO ONE (and I mean no one) uses the three lanes as they are meant to be used. THERE IS A MIDDLE LANE - bordered by yellow painted lines on the ground - for people wishing to drive through; however, people don't stay within them and that means people who DON'T want to use the drive through CAN'T get past on the right side. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay between the yellow lines if you just want the drive through - my blood pressure thanks you (at least until I eat my fries). Other than that, this McD's is fast, good service, and clean. Somewhat small if you are eating in, but in general, a decent McD's (as McD's goes). read more

There are two consistent problems with this McDonalds restaurant. First, their fries are consistently cold. Second, they have the uncanny ability to always mess up your order. Seriously, each time we go there is a mistake. From adding ketchup to a burger when you asked for none to leaving things you paid for out of your drive-thru order, these guys are the pros. Sure, if you catch it they'll apologize and correct it, but they clearly aren't doing a thing to fix their operational problems.
