The ramps were consistently full on Friday and Saturday. Because of the parking situation I was utilizing Uber Eats from there in the hotel on the regular. I ordered a giant original Italian and they had some kind of a promo going on where I got a free regular turkey and provolone with my purchase. The sandwiches arrived after a short wait. Made perfectly to order as requested. If there was anything wrong due to the wait or delivery that would be on Uber Eats. It's sometimes a roll of the dice when you use a third party delivery service. The standard packaging used by Jersey Mike's helps eliminate any accidents... The tight paper roll doesn't allow much to shift. Realizing that experiences may vary with time of day and the staff behind the counter... I'd order from here again with confidence. read more

I have been going to that sub shop for years, but they have this one Employee who refuses to do what you ask when you ask for a giant sub or regular sub she will not make it to your order and then she thinks it's funny when you question it as long as she's working there, I won't go there. I quit going my family spends a lot of money there every month all because of one employee all the others are great. They'll do what you ask, but if the manager is not there, it's one girl and she sees you in there so deliberately screw up your order and then throw it in a bag and then act stupid doesn't do any good helps hard to find I guess these days after $23 for a giant sub and you can't even get it made the way you want. Jersey mikes is my go-to sub place!!! You can never go wrong. I always get the #13 Italian, so good! One thing I wish they had is olives... that is the only thing Subway has up on them ! Something to keep in mind though: if you order it mikes way, you need to eat it ASAP! It's drenched in their "sauce" which I think is oil and vinegar, and the bread gets soggy within 10 minutes, so I'd avoid ordering mikes way to-go or for pickup. I'm actually not a huge sandwich person anymore but I've heard that Jersey Mike's is better than other sandwich franchises. Decided to stop by and get the #7 Turkey and provolone sandwich with the usual fixings. It's cool watching them slice your meat. You do taste how fresh everything is. I always thought that Jimmy John's was pretty solid. Id get their food on occasion when I used to work nearby one. But this is even better than JJ and my high school and college years eating Subway! The sandwiches are large! I saved the other half for lunch the next day. Very delicious! The workers are really nice. I'm sure it's quite a repetitive job but they were all personable. While i don't eat sandwiches much, I would come back if I'm ever in the mood! read more

As I am standing here waiting for my sub, I'm going to write this review feeling very uncomfortable. I'll preface this by saying I am in the town I teach in, wearing a logo and wanted to handle this maturely. I went to order a toasted turkey and provolone sub. I'm evidently pregnant. A week ago I got the same order at a location down the street. When I asked, the worker said "we don't do that here". Then, he proceeded to tell me he went through a training and since the meat is freshly sliced it negates that rule for people who are pregnant to avoid lunch meat. I looked behind the counter, and saw the restaurant was filthy in the back, and feeling very uncomfortable I said no thank you I'll order something else. After standing there in silence, I ordered something I didn't even want. But due to wanting to be respectful and working in the community, I felt it was the right thing to do to not insult someone's intelligence . However, the nerve someone working has to contradict a doctor's orders and expect me to listen to them is crazy. The other man working noticed how awkward I felt and said "congratulations" btw. Which almost validated that I was publicly uncomfortable. Needless to say I am leaving with something I had no intent on ordering and have no intention on coming back to this location. 1 word: Big Kahuna. I like subs. Usually I order the number 9. It's some form of lunch meat, lettuce , tomato, onion, blah blah. Pretty basic sub but it's tremendous. Anyway, a few weeks ago I got really cocky and decided to switch it up. I chose the Big Kahuna. Never had steak at Mikes before. Never had a hot sub at Mikes before. This is the best sandwich I've ever had in my life, anywhere. And I'm not just saying that. I literally haven't eaten anything else since eating my first big kahuna. This is my first experience here, it was not great. The tables and chairs are all dirty with food. The floor in front of the order area was literally a puddle. They put a sign up but didn't pick up the water. They sold a bowl but didn't have forks so not sure how you eat that. Luckily the shop next store had spoons. Ordered online last night for pickup today at 11am. I had somewhere to be and knew the store could be busy, so wanted to be sure i had enough time to pick up food and be on time. Walked in the store at 11:10 and was told my order wasn't ready. The place was a mad house. I watched for 20 minutes while people walked in, had their sandwiches made, and left. At 11:30 I finally asked if they even had my order, to be told my ticket had been lost. I waited another 15 minutes and finally got my food at 11:45. I feel for the staff, they were working all out, but if you can't handle online ordering, then don't offer it. All it does is cause hard feelings when it is not done well. I could have walked in, ordered at the counter and been out in 10 minutes. I love the subs, but this experience sure doesn't make me want to come back. My go to sub place but this location is NOT good! Whenever I do a pickup order it always says it will be at least 45 minutes... and I walk in and they barely have people in store ordering yet my order takes forever. The subs are good and it's usually quick. Every now and then during lunch, they are a bit backlogged. I usually get a hot sub because I prefer a hot sandwich but their cold subs are better in my opinion. The 7" regular sub is the perfect size. They are good about getting your customizations right, but when it's busy, they are more likely to miss something. I typically get the #16 chicken Philly but it's not great. The chicken always has a weird aftertaste and the sandwich is nothing to look at but I continue to get it lol. read more

I spend $800-$1000 a month on subs for customers and used to receive a discount for buying so much. New management will not honor a small 15% discount when buying so much on a monthly basis. My experience here was kind of a mixed bag. The employees at this location all seemed very lethargic and slow moving, except for one dude who was awesome. He made sure to be careful about cross contamination for a friend with a gluten allergy and he was hustling when the line got long. Normally I love their subs, but I tried the chipotle cheesesteak and it was ALL bread with barely any meat. What a bummer. There wasn't really much of any of the other ingredients in it either. I have been coming to this Jersey Mike's for a while since I started working in Plain City then moved to the area. Therefore, it's very convenient when I need a fast meal on the go. I always order either the reuben, the turkey sub or the steak sub. All are good subs, used with good meat and cheese. I usually get the cold sub because it's easier when you have many errands and don't want to worry about a warm sub going cold. In the past, my husband and I used to eat here much more than Firehouse subs, but because my husband thinks Firehouse's brisket is the best thing on earth, he chooses to go there over Jersey Mike's now. I could go either way, only difference is I get warm subs at Firehouse and cold subs at Jersey Mike's. The service here is always great, never had a bad experience. I have even introduced many of my colleagues here, who then got hooked to the subs. So they pretty much know me well here. Great service and great food is what makes Jersey Mike's the sub above. read more

I wanted my sub cut in half and they said "we don't do that blah blah blah for future reference" I just want my sub cut in half like they do at every other sub place. "Sure thing" would've been a more fitting response from the kids that work there. Giggling and making obnoxious imitations, "I dunno do we have rosemary parm bread?" I asked for a water cup and wasn't given it so I asked for my drink cup again "You want a regular or large?" I didn't even pay for a drink but if you're giving me the opportunity to get some delicious vanilla cream soda after this terrible service that'll make things better! Sub was wet asf and sloppily made, good flavor and quality ingredients but just go to potbelly if you're instead of the Dublin location filled with dumbasses. Not as good as a cool little local joints can be, but for chains, the best. Great ingredients, perfect ratio of bun/meat/veggies, good service. Prices are higher than other places, but in this case you get what you pay for. This time I got a giant reuben. I figured the regular would be a bit small, but it is actually decent size, which means the giant really is huge. I didn't think I'd be able to eat it all (I did.) It was my first time at this location. It's right in Dublin next to Giant Eagle so I thought it must be good. There were a lot of workers and no business. Everyone was friendly. I got the sub mikes way as I always do but it seemed overly soggy, just dripping. This didn't bother me that much either but the real reason for 3 stars is because the worker who finished my sub had his nose out of his mask the entire time. He interacted with 3 other workers and no one asked him to fix his mask. So hopefully he's not sick! read more

Best sub shop in this area for sure. Although the prices are a little higher, so is the quality. If you want the most meat for your money, get the Italian. (#13). Avoid the meatball and chicken parmesan. Also, The wifi password is greatsubs1. Overall, best sub shop in the area, albeit with a price to match. Be aware if you go to this location you may have quite a wait. I ordered my food in advance online and my order was ready 20 minutes AFTER my pickup time. I watched everyone walk in and walk out with their order ahead of me. I will not be ordering food online from here again. I understand a lunch rush, but the restaurant needs to be able to your it's ordering system times to be realistic. There were many others waiting 15+ minutes too. Had a terrible experience at the Perimeter Rd location in Dublin today. The girl that took my order was extremely rude and condescending. I gave her my order but she wasn't really listening and didn't write anything down. So, when she tried to repeat my order back I had to correct her. That is when she raised her voice with me and claimed I told her something that I didn't. This was totally unacceptable, you should never treat customers this way. I am a huge fan of jersey mikes but this location has let me down now twice in a row... I work odd hours sometimes I have to be there from 7:30-8:30 on the longer days and I always enjoy grabbing a cheesesteak or chicken on my way home.. my last two times coming to this specific location they have been closed early... first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after this time I'm going to have a hard time coming back to this location which is a shame because it's on my way home from work... looks like I'll have to find another place to go 2-3 times a week. The food is good, which is why it even gets a star. Outside of that, this place fails at the most important aspect of running a restaurant: delivering the item to the customer as it is ordered. I have 5 times from here, each time as part of a delivery order with my office. 4 of 5 times the sandwich has been made however they feel like making it, and I've ended up giving it away. I order no mayonnaise every time, that's the only customization. I try not to be difficult, but I cannot stand mayo, and will not eat it. Almost every time I get my sandwich it's slathered with plenty of mayo. I'm not alone in this situation either. I have two office mates who each customize, and they receive the standard sandwich (I.e. none of the customizations have been honored) in the exact frequency as I have experienced. This place doesn't care what you have to say, they call the shots and if you don't like it, it's basically just take your business elsewhere then. No reasonable recourse, or complaint resolution. But hey, if want a sandwich how they want to make it, this place is delicious. Just expect to be treated like garbage instead of as a customer. read more

I went to this location around lunch time previously (It was my first time having Jersey Mikes) and the line was fairly long, but I got my sub and made it back to work before my lunch time was over. Knowing that they would be busy again, Today I placed my order online so that I wouldn't have to spend the majority of my lunch time standing in line...or so I thought. I arrived to pickup my sub just a couple minutes after the website told me it would be ready, and I went to the register as instructed where they told me it would be up shortly. They then continued to ring up the other waiting customers. Once they had worked through all the customers that were in line when I showed up, and started ringing out customers that arrived after I had, I realized that ordering online was a waste of time and it would've been faster for me to wait in line. 18 minutes after my sub was supposed to be ready, they handed me a sub that had been sitting on the counter by the grill the whole time I was waiting. Once I got back to the office, I opened it to find it was cold, surprise. I don't think I'll be visiting this location anymore, which is a shame because the subs are good, and it is close enough that I can get there and back during my lunch time (or at least should be able to), but the service is poor. I live Jersey Mikes subs. This location, not so great. Workers are slow and I stood there for 10 mins while they made other subs and didn't bother to speak to me. Then when she asked me what I wanted did even bother to walk over to the cash register and take my order. Had me holler it to her across the room and she was softly spoken and mumbled. My second sub was made without asking what toppings I wanted and seemed annoyed once I told her I wanted toppings because she had to open the sub and add them. I will never ever go to this location again. By seeing others have had bad experiences as well I would suggest this location get new workers or it will eventually go under. read more

I have never been so dissatisfied. Multiple occasions my order has been 20+ minutes late and on multiple occasions I have recieved the exact opposite of what I've ordered. I will never be returning to this or any location again. I put delivery instructions for a reason and they were completely ignored and not so much as a phone call until almost 40 minutes pass by.
