I have been to this place several times and the service is always sub par to others. I feel like almost everyone they get my order wrong if you're going through the drive thru. For instance today we went and I got my daughter a kids meal with a Coke. At the pickup window the server said the drink is in the kids meal box. I kept asking how is it possible there is a Coke in the meal box. It was a juice box. I told him that we ordered a Coke and over three times he said it was in the box. Then I finally showed him the receipt that said we ordered a Coke. Then he finally gave us a Coke with a side of attitude. My wife order a whopper with no meat. Only to have to go inside after asking three times if it was meatless. Once she went in they gave her another one. In the car she checked it again only to see they had put meat on it the removed it. So she just through it away as she will not eat beef. That staff is not aware what customer service as we seemed to be bothering them with our presence there. I would also say the staff has questionable uniform ideas as one person had their jeans hanging underneath their butt so you're looking at their underwear the entire time. Bottom line, don't waste your $$ and time at this place. Got chicken fries that were so old, it was dry hard and fed to my dog. Fries were equally as bad. None of these items should be sold. And I would have returned and ask for refund. but didn't want to drive 15min on rainy day for it. Should have known not to buy from this place when the parking lot was empty during dinner time. As there low frequency of customers visiting, they will sale you items made hours and hours ago till it's gone. They are banking people will buy old items and don't come back for refund. This has to be one of the kindest, friendliest Burger King I have ever been to. We went inside around 10:30 for lunch. The worker was very kind and helpful with ordering, so I had the best deal! The restaurant was very clean with a crown in each table. The food was fresh and hot. read more

It took quite a bit of effort to get to a Burger King in the Sawmill/270 area as multiple restaurants were closed. After navigating around 270 and 161 and getting off at the Dublin exit, we were disappointed in the difficulty communicating with the drive-through attendant who could not understand our order. Our burger came out looking quite puny and I regretfully did not take a picture for you all to gawk and laugh at, but you would certainly understand our perspective if you saw what we did. The Nuggets were also quite disappointing, lacked taste and were too tough for my liking. Unfortunately, this is not the first time Burger King nuggets have fared a less than ideal rating. Although I quite regret having to leave poor ratings on Yelp, this restaurant did not earn a quality or service rating and certainly doesn't welcome visitors to their fast food joint. read more

I have low expectations for fast food. It should be fast, and it should at least taste decent- it's a delivery vehicle for fat and salt and crunchiness and calories. Convenient, and at least edible, preferably easy to eat in a car. This was not fast. It was slow. There was a lot of activity in the kitchen but maybe not much coordination- there seemed to be a lot of spinning of wheels. People who ordered after me got their food first. I got a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich with onion rings, and a Coke. The pop was self-serve, at one of the slick machines, and I had time to sip my lime Coke and refill it. The onion rings were the least-cooked onion rings ever. Lukewarm, not browned, meh- and I have low expectations for BK onion rings. They're a guilty pleasure, like, shameful even among onion rings, and these were not a pleasure. The sandwich was actually pretty good. The bun was cardboardy, but the bacon was good, the chicken was good, the sauces were good, the veggies were decent. Three stars for it, but two for the overall experience. read more

I'm really not sure how this location stays open. I really prefer Burger King hamburgers to other fast food, but I'm done with this location. 3 times in the last month I've tried to stop for a late night snack. All three times I got excuses for why they couldn't serve me. System was down, system was re booting, system couldn't read credit cards. I would guess that prior to that I had roughly a 50/50 chance of getting my correct order. I've been to this Burger King several times in the past three months it has continued to get worse with each visit, from cold fries to incorrect orders to longer wait times. I'm not sure what is happening but this will be my last visit there are several other options in this plaza and the one just down the street. Wow... I mean, fast food is fast food, but this was the worst eating experience I've had in a very long time. I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper, so I pulled up to the restaurant around 6pm on a weeknight. An employee came out and said that their computer was "rebooting." I wasn't in a terrible hurry, and I wanted to try the burger, so I figured I'd wait 10 minutes or so. After 10 minutes, I went to the door, and she told me that the dining room was closed because there were only two employees. So... OK, I can go through the drive thru and eat in my car. I ordered. After another 15 minutes, I finally got the wrong drink, the wrong side, and the wrong toppings on my burger. Since I was eating in my car, I pulled around to the drive thru and told her about the mistakes. She asked me to pull up to the door next to the drive thru. After waiting another 20 minutes, I left. We got food there today. They dropped our food on the ground in the drive thru and didn't even apologize. They offered to replace and had us pull to a parking spot. They never replaced. We went back to the window to complain as we had been there for 40 minutes. They ended up refunding our order. We will never go there again! It wasn't just the cashier but 3 staff and the manager. Not sure whats going on with this store. They ran out of Dr Pepper which is basic restuarant supply chain. Additionally I watched them put all my fries in a bag, but then was asked to pull forward because the fries would be a bit, and they wanted to make them fresh. My guess is they have timers and sesnsors for cars so they wanted to make their time look good at my expense. You have windows, make the excuse at least match the situation. read more

One star isn't low enough for the food they serve at this place. Ordered a simple two sausage biscuits for breakfast. They must have been sitting under a hot lamp for hours. I took my children here after hearing it had a play area. I'm not a fan of bk in general but decided to give it a try. Well the food was typical bk, and I was disappointed to see that although the menu stated fresh brewed tea, they didn't actually offer it. The play structure is for ages "4-10" and my two year olds were just barely big enough to climb it. There are about 6 tables, some 2 person in the playroom connected to the main seating area. The floor is safety surface three feet along the edge of the slide and climber, but very slippery tile in the eating area. My kids slipped and fell a couple times. read more

This is unfortunately the nearest Burger King to me. I admittedly only go to BK for their impossible whooper since I'm vegetarian. If this weren't the only place I could get a fast food plant based burger... I'd stop going in a heart beat. The service is absolutely atrocious. We've had to wait over 30 minutes for a salad. One time we waited in the drive through for forty minutes only for them to get our order wrong. When we went inside to have them fix our order... the line was filled with other people from the drive through coming in to fix their orders too!
