oh my goodness. where to begin...there was no McFish sandwiches and it really ruined my experience. ice cream machine was in working order, which bumped the rating up to a 4. unfortunately i had to deduct a star once more due to the play place being locked. 3 stars. one of the more solid mcdonald's i've seen. read more

The food was pretty bad but we were desperate on our road trip and were about to head south into the land of no food. Stopped in here and they screwed up our order BUT. The manager, I think his name was Charles? was extremely friendly and helpful and apologetic about the issue. He was super kind to us and to various squads of teens who were present. Place was disgusting, everything was sticky, trashes overflowing, tables dirty and had trash on them. They weren't busy and had tons of workers, who slowly left to go home as we were there or on their phones instead of cleaning. Food was almost burnt and flavorless and way over priced for what we got. I usually avoid fast food and now I remember why. Also the other customers were just as bad, loud, obnoxious, letting kids run around barefoot not socks on gross floors. We stopped here at 7:30am passing through to go to an appointment in Manchester. We needed something QUICK. I got to the order board and I ordered 2 things. A #1 meal and a sausage biscuit. It took forever for the gal to get the order entered. And, I couldn't hear her because she was speaking so softly or the speaker wasn't working or something. I pulled ahead and there were 2 cars backed up at the pickup window and one at the pay window. And...we waited and waited just to pay. A very young girl was at the window when we got there. I gave her my card and I thought she fell asleep. She just sat there with her head down and FINALLY got the transaction done. Now, I couldn't pull ahead because there were still 3 vehicles waiting ahead of me. We waited and waited for the first car and all I saw was them pass out 2 cups of coffee or something. Nothing else. The next two cars slowly got their orders and when we got there, it was ready and the kid handed my coffee first and said here's your #1 and gave me a bag. I thought it felt pretty light and looked in. I asked him where my sausage biscuit was and he asked to see my receipt. He looked it over and told me I didn't order one. I was IRATE as the last 2 or 3 times we had similar issues and had told my wife I was never going back there. Well, this time I MEAN IT!!! This place is a total joke. AND....it was over $10 for this small breakfast biscuit, a little slab of potatoes and a small coffee. PLUS after I got home and looked at the ticket, they had a $.30 UPCHARGE on the coffee (whatever the h... a UPCHARGE is on a cup of coffee). Well I hope the corporation takes that $.30 to the bank because I'm NEVER going to go to another McDonalds again for the rest of my life. A very clean fast food establish. Two drive thrOugh Windows make things flow. A slightly smaller restaurant inside make attending in line rather cozy. The real deals are on dollar menu. I prefer the two breakfast burritos. read more

Employees are for the most part nice. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for management. Food is substandard. Forget about it if yoy want any apple pies. It's McDonald's so the expectations aren't set super high. But; this one is pretty good. Shockingly the ice cream machine does work here so you can fix your sweet tooth. The employees are also always smiling. And if there is a problem they do there best to work with you and fix it. I've seen buses packed with students walk in and walk out in a timely fashion. Its clear they do there best to maintain a good reputation. It is also very clean inside! read more

They forgot my hash browns through the drive thru, which is very frustrating when you get home, so I called them the female manager was very apolegetic and they sent me a coupon for a free meal. This same type of thing has happened to me from other drive thru restaurants and some would promise to send a coupon etc but this is the first time they were sincerely apolegetic and did actually send a a generous coupon. They always mess up my food and short me on food. They even have an employee who refuses to wash his hands after using the restroom.

Went in to get iced tea and the iced tea was watery st both dining room and drive through. I'm giving 4 stars because of the way it was handled by the manager that was th r really she was pleasant and had new tea made immediately. She gave us pie while we waited for our inconvenience. She gave instructions to the guys as to how to make it. So professional. read more
