The associate who helped me was meh. Not overly friendly, not rude just there. After she took my money at the drive they window she went to the microwave and removed a sandwich wrapped in the paper wrapper. It was my sandwich. I guess I didn't think they would grill up my patties on the spot but I never expected my burger to be microwaved. The associate apologized for the wait on the fries and gave me my blizzard. The blizzard was amazing by the way. The highlight of the meal. She gave me my microwave sandwich and fries in a bag and I left. My fries were hot. Very hot and fresh but lacked any salt and tasted like old fryer oil. My microwaved sandwich was oddly hot. The pickles, ketchup and mustard were all hot too - crazy hot in some places and Luke warm in others. I guess that's what you get from a microwaved sandwich. I wasn't impressed. The double cheeseburger has always been my favorite at DQ but it just wasn't right. Not the right flavor or texture. The fries and burger were a total miss. The customer service non memorable. Stick with the blizzard people and that's about it.
