My family and I love coming here. The one in Wakefield is closer but we prefer this location. The food just taste different although both locations have super friendly and amazing staff. Something about the food here just taste slightly different and by different I mean delicious I feel like they do something extra to the bread that just makes it taste great! These people here are beyond the dumbest bunch of idiots I've ever dealt with, if I didn't have custody of my child Iwould seriously walk in there and beat the little POS up.. so last night I get food for my son, pretty damn easy. A medium10pc nugget value meal, with hot mustard sauce, and a Mc double with no pickles. First the loser forgot the sauce, so I had to walk back to the window, then my son is crying because the f using Mc double without pickles has absolutely nothing else on it. Just cheese. Went through the drive-through ordered 4 sausage McMuffins and 4 hashbrowns, when I got to the second window after paying at the first window, the worker looked in my bag, then *smelled the contents of the bag*, asked me if I ordered the 4 hashbrowns and the 4 sausage McMuffins, I said yes, she then crumpled the bag closed and then handed it to me through the window and told me to have a nice day. I drove 15 minutes all the way home and there were only 3 hashbrowns in the entire single bag.... I drove all the way back, she gave me the 4 mcMuffins that I ordered, they were sitting there the entire time I was driving back-and-forth and they decided to just microwave them instead of making fresh ones. read more

I have had several experiences with missing items at the location. I have emailed on multiple occasions but got no response.

I have a guilty pleasure and its name is McDonald's sweet tea. There is something about getting a huge cup of sweetened iced tea in an environmentally unfriendly styrofoam jug that feels so naughty but tastes so good. For the paltry price of 100 pennies, no less. I hit the drive-thru here occasionally for the sweet tea fix and will also, rarely, indulge the kiddos with happy meals here. I say rarely not because of my puritanical eating beliefs (I try to keep it healthy, but sometimes momma needs a break), but because the drive-thru at this location is on the super sketch. I've got a 70-30 chance of my order being wrong which makes me leery when I've got three hungry littles and there can be a ZERO chance of onions on the ketchup only cheeseburger. Conveniently, they have a row of parking adjacent to the drive-thru lane and I have no qualms about pulling into a spot, checking the order and bringing my wrong-order concerns to the pick-up window. I know, I know...pedestrians CANNOT be served at the drive - thru but I am not about to tote my three kids into the store to wait for the order to be corrected. Isn't that why I hit the drive-thru in the first place? But as Leo Getz said in Lethal Weapon 2 rings true...they [getcha] at the drive-thru (Ok - that's not what he really said, but this is a family show...). Simple sweet tea. Nice. Yeah. They do that. Definitely has a prime spot for location. The chain is fairly updated and the employees are efficient at the drive-thru. The drive thru itself can be jammed and confusing especially at lunch time. Many cars try to weave into a line but the parking area is too small to accommodate the customers. The line moves fast and this location has the best soft drinks! read more

Ok, between this place and the one in Coventry next to Walmart these are some of the dumbest employees I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been there probably 10 time since they've opened and every single time they have fucked up my order. The one in Coventry had actually had my orders correct a couple times, but this one in the Panera bread plaza is beyond the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. I stopped in here on a Friday, mid-morning, to use the bathroom, and get a black coffee with a bacon-and-egg on a biscuit. Let's start with the positives of this visit: The McDonald's employee who was in the bathroom did wash his hands afterward. The person who made my sandwich did remember my request to omit the cheese. And, the sandwich actually tasted decent, especially the bacon. Now the negatives: The coffee tasted so badly that I couldn't drink it; it had an 'off,' almost chemical-like taste. The elderly woman who took my order at the counter probably is not well-suited for this job. No offense, but she had zero personality, and was slow as molasses. In the time span that my sandwich was made, wrapped and handed to me, she had not even poured my BLACK coffee yet. I mean, literally, all she had to do was pour it in a cup - nothing added. I'm not crazy about the location of this McDonald's, or the layout of the parking lot. From the main road, you have to drive down a winding entrance/exit road, into a large plaza, to get there, and once there, the parking lot and drive-through seem to have no logic to the traffic flow. read more

It's a McDonald's, with the exact same menu as every other local McDonald's. I stop here on occasion because it's near where I run errands. I don't stop here often, but I do have my infrequent cravings for their burgers and fries. What's good: they've never gotten my order wrong. But then again, I don't ask them to do anything beyond their standard menu; no special orders, exclusions, additions, etc. for me, especially since I know they're not rocket scientists in the back. I mean what do you really expect if you ask them to step outside their comfort zone? What's bad: The internal layout is truly bad. There's no rhyme nor reason to lining up to have your order taken, just a mob scene in this cramped space with people jockeying for position. And this place gets crowded enough to make this quite the scene to avoid if at all possible. There's no rope line or anything, just this open space in front of the 3-4 registers and after your order is taken, you stand in the same area waiting for your food to appear, thus leaving you mingling with the people whose orders haven't been taken leading to all sorts of issues with knowing who's next in line. Also, the seating area is not too spacious either, with fewer tables than I've seen in other McDonald's. I guess the amount of space to build the building was limited so they had to balance the food storage/prep, registers, and dining area, but it seems like the last two parts were short-changed. I've never had problems going through the drive-thru, but, as I said previously, I order standard stuff. Do I like going to this McDonalds? Not so much. Will I go back? Probably, when I have my cravings and only because of it's convenient location. read more

So I'm here the other day, nobody in line. I'm at the counter and the girl behind it, seemingly annoyed by having to leave the conversation she was having with her coworkers proceeds to come over. No "hi" or "can I help you" just a blank stare. I get 1 large fry to go. She proceeds to hand me the large fry and says "here you go"....with no bag or napkins, like I was eating it there. Stopped in here to grab two egg mcmuffins and use the restroom while on a long drive south. Service was fine but one egg mcmuffin had nearly raw egg in it and the other was cooked through but still under for fast food standards. I also bit into a large chunk of egg shell. Closes at 12am, arrived at 11:57pm, served the car right in front of me, when I reached the ordering booth would not answer for the couple minutes till it turned off. Every business I've ever worked at served their customers until their closing time, or until the last customer is served. I travelled 20min out of the way to reach this location. Smh....i guess i can sum it up as Mc.Donalds...lets start off with the front counter...the lady that greeted us was by far poor in customer service...i asked(because the menue style has changed)if they had a bacon cheeseburger meal...the answer i got was no...i asked do you have something like it? Ok whats that i ask...the answer...never mind...your not gona order it anyway...ok now...im done with her...i said ill wait for someone else...the guy next to her took me next...heard everything...plus hes a manager...do you think he said anything?? This location is awful even by McDonald's standards. The staff doesn't pay attention and the food is nasty. I asked for a Diet Coke in the drive through at 3 different points and ended up with the wrong drink. I didn't think Diet Coke was a difficult concept but apparently it is.
