    Sweet potato pizza
    Kent S.

Rating: 4.3 Came to try this place as my mother really liked it when she came before. It's a unique restaurant that looks like a regular house converted into a restaurant. The restaurant has a tree house in front of the entrance which explain the name of the place. Inside is beautifully decorated with flowers, books, old books and decorations. It's a busy place so we made a reservation. We were taken to one of the table and were seated right away. They offer various different type of dishes including sandwich, seafood, mac and cheese, salad, pizza and more. We ended up getting few things to share with the group. We got tree house tavern salad, special Thai mussel, sweet potato pizza, lobster mac and cheese, and whipped feta and ricotta. Everything end up arriving all at once. Treehouse tavern salad was slightly sweet and refreshing with candied walnut, apple and vinegary dressing. Thai mussel was flavorful with hint of Thai curry and coconut flavor. The broth paired very well with baguette. Sweet potato pizza was cheesy and savory with hint of sweetness from the sweet potato. Lobster mac and cheese was cheesy and flavorful with lobster chunks. Whipped feta and ricotta was sweet and savory pairing well with the baguette. All the food was tasty and easy very unique for the most part. We also had their desert which they bring full samples of all their desert to show. We ended up sharing cheese cake because we were pretty full. Service was good but the place was but the server was but awkward as little details were missing from the service. Lack of trays for mussel shells, brought desert with candle as it was my birthday but was blown out because of the fan. The server turned off the fan but left it off so it was hot inside for a while. I think service could use a bit more attention. Overall the place was good and food was excellent. They offer unique dishes you don't often find in other restaurants. The ambience is also nice and it reminds me of old time tree house. I would go back again m.

We had a lovely and delicious evening at Tree House Tavern. We didn't have reservations but gave it a try. We were seated in the covered garden/barn section. It was so lovely perfect for a romantic evening or for a group. We were with a 7yo so she enjoyed exploring and looking at the flowers while we waited for the food. The food was delicious. The scallops with the seafood fried rice was so good! Scallops were nicely cooked and full of flavor. The bacon and fig flatbread was hearty and yummy. Even the kids Mac and cheese was great. The beer selection was good - lots of local brews on tap. Our server, Bella, was lovely and made dinner that much more enjoyable. Clearly this is a family ran business with a lot of heart. Definitely will come back again when we are back in Providence.

came here for lunch after my husband's officer development, school, graduation, and it was such a lovely restaurant! I'm so impressed. My husband found this all by himself lol. The food was great and very generous portions, the interior was so cute and cozy there were multiple fireplaces and it was decorated to the Valentine's Day theme when we went in February. My husband got the steak, and my in-laws got to the chicken marsala and a salad, which all of them really liked. Service was great! Our waiter brought out a dessert tray to show visuals of what everything looked like we got the fruit cobbler and the red velvet cheesecake and it was so delicious. Definitely shareable portions! Ample parking outside of the restaurant. Close to airport, which is great!

    Hot honey Mac and Cheese

Let me start with saying the ambiance and vibes are a solid 4-5 stars. Imagine a flowery riff on "Alice in Wonderland" with cute, intimate tables spread out among a homelike space. Be warned, it's on the more expensive side for dining and may be a coin toss for "is it worth it" for those that enjoy a night out but also looking for value. Food was a mixed bag for us.... Starting with the smashburger was genuinely disappointing as the burger itself was dry and advertised as a "French onion" smashburger that failed to deliver any of the rich, savory flavor we expected with a name like "French onion smashburger". The hot honey Mac and cheese was very good and flavorful... The hot being more of a vinegary heat than I expected but the cream sauce was rich. Speaking of value earlier.... Smashburger was $20 and the Mac and cheese was $28. Entrees were $10-15 more it seemed but previous reviews all spoke highly of the entrees and would want to try them if we visit again. The overall service experience was disappointing for us. Not for the demeanor of the staff but everything else... We had a decent size group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and was fortunate to have a dining room to help the kids burn some energy while not bothering the other diners. However, from ordering to entrees to arrive was 45 very hungry minutes. It also took 20+ mins just to get drinks. Once the food arrived, they also were short two of the kids meals which was thankfully corrected quick. We then were somewhat "gently" being asked to wrap things up by 3 staff members in 10 mins making the rounds to clear plates and any to go containers. We all understand the business in the food industry and turning tables, and trust me, after an hour from arriving to food on the table we wanted to get home for bed time. However, really sours the experience and would not advocate going here with large groups.... Between the kitchen and staff I can't say you'd have a guaranteed good time.

The Tree House Tavern & Bistro is located on Centerville Rd in Warwick, RI. An ample parking lot is available. Before entering the Tree House Tavern & Bistro, there is a cute tree house right in front. I walked in and informed the host that I have a reservation for Sunday at 11:00am. It was easy to make a reservation using tock. The charming restaurant that used to be a farmhouse was beautifully decorated. He bought us to our table in a room with a vintage fireplace. We started with the Coconut Shrimp. There were 5 per order. The coconut shrimp were the best I've had in a very long time. The outside layer had a crispy fried coconut breading and you can really taste the coconut and see the shrimp inside. There were some arugula on the plate and it came with a passionfruit-guava aioli. It was very yummy. For entree, I had the Day Boat Sea Scallops. The scallops came with shrimp and crab fried rice with string beans and a sweet soy & ginger glaze. I really enjoyed this dish. The scallops were cooked perfectly and there was a good amount of other seafood in the fried rice. The glaze also was very flavorful and a really nice compliment. I also had the cider spritz and I really liked the apple cider and sparkling brut mix. My husband had the non-alcoholic zero punch and French onion smashed burger. He also enjoyed his drink and food. Our server, Giuliana, was very friendly and attentive. The manager even checked up on us and see how we were doing. She recommended the crab croquettes for next time and I definitely can't wait to come back.

Last evening, we celebrated my friend's 40th birthday at Tree House Tavern, and it was a first-time visit for both of us. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was exceptional. Our table even had a little "Happy Birthday" sign waiting for my friend, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and knew the specials and menu inside and out. I have to admit, I wish I had ordered what my friend got but I still enjoyed my meal. I'm already looking forward to going back so I can try the hot honey mac and cheese myself! I also had a mocktail that was out of this world, and everything was very reasonably priced. Once the bill was paid, the waitress walked over and presented my friend with a rose for her birthday! Overall, a fantastic experience!

I heard some not so nice things about this place but I like to give a fair shot and my own chance. I've been here before with no issues so even after what I heard, my fiancé booked our anniversary dinner here and we throughly enjoyed every second. The decor inside and out is so amazing. It's such a beautiful home feel, every corner you turn is something more and more beautiful, even the outside is amazing. We were warmly greeted by the host, who congratulated us upon arrival and she had a sign put on the table that said "Happy Anniversary" which was super cute this promoted many people to acknowledge and show love I did indeed love this. Danielle was our server and she was an absolute freaking rockstar! She had so many tables, and she had some huge families to deal with as well andI could tell one family was giving her an extremely hard time, I gave her grace and acknowledged her and told her she was doing incredible. She had a lot on her plate but she handled it so well and she gave us top tier service. I would come back and ask for Danielle for sure! The menu while quite limited to my liking, they did have some very tasty meals. I got the Shrimp Cocktail for starters and the lobster Mac and cheese as my meal and my fiancé got the deviled eggs with bacon and the chicken Marsala. Everything was so tasty, very flavorful and yummy, and was presented nicely as well. We both got these pomegranate type drinks they were so good, one was enough for me they do give you a good amount of alcohol in your drinks which was fantastic. I really enjoyed the feel here. The ambience was perfect and the home feel was perfect, it felt like everyone was doing their own thing but felt like one big family, I like that everyone helps each other out here as well. Unfortunately during my dinner I got a horrible phone call, so when I came back in you could tell I was crying. My server Danielle the sweetheart she is came over with a beautiful flower which made me smile and feel like humanity still exists. She did indeed go above and beyond and she had no clue what I was even facing but she did indeed give me some faith by the gesture. All and all I would go back, I enjoyed my time. This is why I don't just listen to others. I try things again to see if things improved and they indeed did.

Adorable, cozy, garden atmosphere in a historic building. I sat outside in the magical garden and ordered the swordfish, which was delicious! Service was responsive and friendly too! Will totally go back next time I'm in town ‼

    * 21+ Tequila with Coarse Salt & Lime * Spicy Thai Chicken * Fries * Shrimp Noodle Bowl * Lemon drop * Lone pine Maple Sunday beer Beautiful Beautiful!! & Really good food. The wings were fire, crazy concept though. The chicken sandwich was good just no cheese next time and the lemon drop was just ok. Maybe something else if we ever go back. The beer was super solid though and Steven seemed to enjoy the noodle bowl. Fries were good! The place in and of itself was just beautiful. Made like an old redone house with flowers and a lot of original decor items you would just see in a normal restaurant. But more someone's house. They have outdoor seating and parking. Service was a little slow because she was training someone and in the midst of the that our bill was split wrong between our guests.

Super cute spot in RI! I was in a business trip and my coworker found this spot. Luckily, she drove so I didn't get lost haha! The outside looks nothing like the inside. The interior was beautiful and very well decorated. We got a table in one of their "tea rooms" and admired the nature decor. I got a very beautiful drink before our guests came. Our server was super sweet and on point with everything. They had a lot of good dishes that we all wanted to share with each other. We got their deviled eggs, truffle fries, and octopus! Wow, the presentation and flavors were all there (especially the octopus)! Don't get me started on their dessert tray! They have an actual fake dessert tray of the size and types. We ended up getting a pastry, creme brulee, and the chocolate lava cake. I have to say that the chocolate cake def won my tastebuds. Haha. Very beautiful spot, beautiful drinks, great service, and even a live performance that we saw on the way out. Glad we got to stop by!

I love this place. The butter board is my favorite and I like that you can substitute the butter if you don't like one. Our waitress Erin was great, very personable and attentive. The beef short was so tasty, it just melted in my mouth. The hibiscus was amazingly delicious. That's the good, the not so good was we were seated just inside the door, next to bar, it was very loud and cold every time someone came or left. The lemon cake that came with the hibiscus ice cream was horrible, I thought it was still frozen because I couldn't fork through it, so I brought it home and the next day it was just as hard, very disappointed in that, but overall still a 4 and one of my favorite new restaurants even if it's 40 minutes away.

After an afternoon of shopping, me and my friend stopped in. It was so charming inside, was like walking in to a fairytale book. The food was great, the jerk wings so good. The onion burger amazing. The devil eggs could have had a little more seasoning but that is just me. The service was great. The cocktails outstanding. My friend got the cherry old fashion and I got the autumn breeze. Will be returning soon to try all the other options on the menu.

We had Austin as our server and this place was a fantastic find to stumble on while getting an oil change. The mussels were the best I've ever had as our appetizer. We had the sweet potato pizzas and the lobster ravioli pictured and they were amazing. Can't wait to make the one hour drive back here again to explore the rest of this amazing menu!

Upon entrance is a doorman who is so friendly and accommodating! He found us an open table and checked on us throughout the night. The place was packed and they only had maybe 5 or 6 employees so the service was a little slow but understandable. I think the longest wait was about 20 minutes when we were waiting to get our initial drink order taken, but everything after that was fairly quick. For drinks I got a thin mint martini because they were out of the chocolate reuge martini I wanted. It was so yummy and came with 3 thin mint cookies. My mom got a pistachio martini and the Jefferson Tea. Both were pretty good but I wouldn't order again. My dad got Dead Mans Redemption which is good if you like bourbon. It comes with a wood topper and they light it on fire, let smoke fill in the drink, and then take the wood off. The drink then has notes of smoked wood in it which is cool. For food we got the crispy spring rolls and pepperoni flatbread. Both were so good!!!! It was absolutely worth the wait!!! I could eat the whole flatbread myself it was that good and I can't wait to go back and get another one. The crowd is definitely much older, not a lot of younger people around. It's a good date night for married couples. Overall it was a nice place and I would come back.

Every single person we interacted with was welcoming, friendly and genuinely happy to be there. Hospitality like that is hard to find. We had the opportunity to chat with the owner and his wife, and their passion for what they've created is impossible to miss. They truly care about every detail of the experience, and it shows in everything from the warm atmosphere to the attentive service. The decor is absolutely stunning. I love seeing repurposed and vintage pieces brought back to life, and every corner of the restaurant has something unique to admire. It's stylish, creative and thoughtfully designed without feeling overdone. I found myself constantly looking around to take in all the details. The food and drinks were just as impressive as the atmosphere. Everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. It's clear that as much thought went into the menu as the space itself. Kind Spirits is one of those places that makes you want to linger a little longer and plan your next visit before you even leave. I can't wait to come back and work my way through more of the menu. East Greenwich is lucky to have this gem!

I opted for a watermelon marg which was on happy our, ad we got a dip trio which came with salsa, queso, and guac. Everything was super tasty. I do wish the queso was a bit thicker - it was a little watery and not prime for dipping - but the flavor was good. The space has a dining area as well as a bar area which we sat at. Our bartender was super friendly and the host at the front seemed super welcoming as well.

Yummo Started with my fave, the Yakitori Platter. Marinated bamboo skewers brushed with yakitori sauce, I had; Bacon Leaks, Meatball, Kielbasa, and Shrimp You get to choose 4 Sticks and it's served over White Rice Drizzled with Yakitori sauce, THE BEST Asian fusion, EVER!!! Hubby had the Kim Chi meatball soup, the meatballs are so huge, it's a big bowl of soup, not for those who aren't hungry! We also, for good measure, got one of the signature SCALLION PANCAKE PIZZA!!! It's Topped with scallion and your choice of the following: * Meat Toppings*: Chicken, Beef, Pepperoni, Salami, Kielbasa, Bacon Bits, Salami * Pizza Toppings Olives, Banana peppers, Jalapenos, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Red Onion Make sure to get it with the yakatori sauce! (They do offer other sauces though.) The owner is also the server and he really knows his stuff. Food has been his passion all of his life as he grew up in the restaurant biz. His dad ran a well known and established Chinese restaurant in town until his retirement recently, he'd been in business for 50+ years!! The space is clean and comfortable. They also have Karaoke nights!! Heads up, they don't open until 4pm!!

I love their bubble tea and I love their pepperoni cheese egg rolls! Those are the primary things I get here. I love me a good bubble tea and they have really good flavors (lychee has been my go too lately), and the egg rolls they are delicious! Me and my fiancé went inside to grab 2 bubble teas the other day. There's enough parking which is great, and I believe they have karaoke in the evenings around 9:30pm ( we haven't tried this yet). The owner is very kind and attention. They've always been kind on the phone and in person as well. They only lose one star because the ambiance was a little off. Customers seemed to stare as if we had twenty heads, but the owner didn't act that way. But that's the reason why it lost one star I felt very uncomfortable and out of place. And as much as I loved it on the inside I doubt I would go inside to eat after that weird feeling.

Turn onto Weaver and you'll see a security door at the side of the building with the business name in small letters. At the back of the building is another door under an awning. The parking lot has a fair number of spaces and on street parking in the neighborhood behind is possible. There are no hours posted on the door, but the owner, Jay, let us know they open at 11 and close late. If no one is in the bar, they'll close around 11ish. If it's hoppin', they'll close around midnight or so. Bartenders choice. Jay seems like a very nice person. Community minded. They don't serve food, but on game days and other special events, they will have food for their customers if I understand rightly. The outside isn't much to look at, but the inside is very comfortable. Don't be put off by the outward appearance. High top tables and bar seating have backs. There is a digital jukebox by the side entrance at the end of the bar. The bar runs along the wall opposite the entrance with the awning at the back of the building. They have a fair amount of whiskeys and vodkas among other selections. Draft beers and bottles, single pour bottles of wine and if you have a hankering for an espresso martini, they can make that too. I stuck with a draft beer. The pool table is off to the side at the moment, but plans to put it back in the center are in the works. There is also a boxing game and a dart board. One bathroom for all. It's clean, laid back, nice people. We will be stopping in again.
