So in the past I have had many issues with this location. I decided to give this location a try again after 2 years and I spent the last 8 months testing. I went twice each month for a total of 16. Out of that 16, 12 of my orders were either wrong, missing items, or horribly put together. Today, they forgot the s'mores mcflurry. I told them and then they turned around and brought out an Oreo mcflurry that wasn't mixed and had ice cream all over the side of the cup. The attitude of the workers was beyond ignorant, the vibe around the workers was disheartening, and cold. This location needs new employment or just needs to be shut down. This McDonald's is not always a 5 but today a simple breakfast sandwich rose to the level of 5. How can a humble sausage and egg biscuit be so darn good? The savory salty sausage and the flaky biscuit with the egg to add some heft to the sandwich is near perfection. Takes forever for food in drive through and 90% of the time the order is wrong or cold. Manager when talked to about issues does nothing to try and remedy it. Only visit location because my kids occasionally want a happy meal and they almost always get the happy meal wrong. read more

I would rate it a 0 if I could, me and my friends came to McDonald's to get sum water after a hot day we walk in and they already had attitude for no reason so we ask for water and we sit down at a table (they didn't put my friends lid on right, it spilled all over the table and on our clothes) we ask for another drink they said no so we left we went to the store beside it ,got some groceries and were thirsty again after (because the heat), so we came back over to McDonald's and tried to order another water, but refuse service and had a lot of attitude and said if we didn't leave they will call the cops. read more

Haven't had one good experience yet. Tonight we went to the "24/7" drive thru but lone be hold, they were closed. Workers inside and everything. We also went a couple days of ago and it was a mad house everywhere. The cash register dude was chillin drinking a drink and not attending to anyone. He was more worried about getting off and when we did get off he got his food before anyone else. Take your money to Wendy's or Taco Bell. Don't go here. Had problems Saturday they advertise $2.00 McMuffins when I go to order 2for $4.00 they say they don't have that special no more. So I left and went to Burger King as I was pressed for time. I called the 1(800) number and they took the concern and was going to have a manager call me. Stopped in on Monday on my way to get a tooth pulled talked to the manager and she just apologized for the misunderstanding no free meal no money off nothing. Meh, for some reason every time I come here my sandwich is super dry and small (my Southern chicken sandwich: the chicken is so thin and basically just breading). I said I wouldn't go back and I went back. I ordered one breakfast sandwich-correct on the board/receipt and the gave me bacon instead of sausage. Seriously, one sandwich. The time before we stopped for breakfast, sat in line for 20 minute. Got to the pay window, she told us the order, and I told her that was incorrect- she kept asking if that wasn't it. I payed for the order. We then got to the pick up window and they tried to give us the wrong order and again I had to explain what we had ordered. By far the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced - even for fast food, this location can't get much worse than it already is: just last night, at 7:20pm, the menu board wasn't lit and the response I received from the window cashier was,"Yeah, I know, I told my manager but she said she is too busy to turn it on." If its raining, customers get a free bath at the first window because there is no covering and the rain comes off the roof - I'm wondering if the employees are required to pay for their bath time as well? I have taken the time to respond to corporate surveys but that is a joke - received an email from the store manager after a previous survey, and he attempted to make excuses for a 11 minute wait for coffee- said all their products are freshly made and it takes time...seriously? Can't believe I'm reviewing a McD. This place is no better or no worse than any other McDonald's except the employee to customer ratio is probably 5:1 and they're all hanging out in the dining room or outside the door smoking. The food is to par with all other McD and my boys were pleased with their nuggets. I got a filet o' fish and it had a dab of tartar and half a piece of cheese. Guess the cheese thing is new to help save cost? Whatever the case, you choose this place for the consistency not the atmosphere. read more

This is the worst McDonalds in PA. The staff is just a bunch of teenagers that stand around and talk or smoke outside. I was here today with my family and a kid was standing before the registers to tell us that they were closed. They obviously weren't because people were eating and waiting in line. The kid has missing teeth and red and try to avoid him at all costs. The person taking our order was very nice and helpful but that "we're closed" kid ruined it. The food was not as good as normal. I usually come to McDonald's for some consistent food but today we got ruined eggs (how do you ruin them anyways?) and burnt pancakes. Avoid this place. read more

I visited your McDonald's yesterday 12/9/2011 just before 9 am. I ordered a sausage biscuit and a large black coffee. I was the only poerson at the register. It took 7 minute for me to receive my order. My order was to go. I received a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I don't ear egg and i don't eat cheese. The biscuit went in the trash. Don't usually go to Mcdonalds. Decided to stop on my way to work and get a sandwich. Ordered through the drive through and got my bag and drink. After driving away and getting to work I found out that the sandwich was completely wrong. Was supposed to be bacon on the sandwich and it had sausage. Was supposed to be on a bagel and it was on a biscuit. Most likely will not go to this location again since it happened once before. I realize that on Saturdays and Sundays the operation is run by high school students, but they still need to do their job properly. Remember that this is the group that want a $15.00 minimum wage. I was leaving town to go to Philadelphia stopped here to get some food for us for breakfast I ordered a parfait and I took a couple bites and thought it tasted funny I looked at the date on the bottom and the "use by date" was yesterday I called and let them know but since I was already on the road they said they couldn't do anything for me I feel that if something as simple as a parfait was expired Im sure that such things as chicken or burgers that have no time or date on them after They are cooked have been sitting out I don't complain about things like this but the lack of taking responsibility that they messed up (which I was talking to the manager) and would not help me unless I turn around and come back I was already down the highway really shows the lack of care or food safety. I visited this restaurant this evening 04/28/13. I pulled into the drive through line at about 6:00 pm and there were five cars in front of me to get to the order board. There were other cars beyond the order board to get to the cashier window and the food window. The wait was way too long. Two the the cars ahead of me pulled out of the line and left. When I get to the cashier's window I asked "why has there been such a long wait" and she piped up perkily "It's not me" and I said "I know but are y'all short staffed tonight or what?" She said that she knew of one person not showing up but did not know of any others. As I am waiting to get my food (three cars ahead of me) I noticed a big sign inside the work area that says 'Target Wait Time At Window 125 Seconds" When I finally get up to the window I had to wait for the worker who is to hand me my food to finish her conversation with the manager. When she handed me my bag I said "Do you realize that you are doing like 10 times your Target Wait Time?" Her response? "Really" like she just didn't care. The time shown on the ticket was 6:32. When I got home with the food, I found the McDouble's to be sloppily made (no surprise really) with the cheese 1/4 off of two of the four and the tops not on straight. My suggestion? Visit Wendy's down the block or Taco Bell across the street. If you must have McDonald's just don't visit on Sunday evening read more
