I genuinely don't know how this place is still in business. First of all, the fries tasted like they had been emotionally damaged. Not cold. Not hot. Just... confused. Like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be food or packing material. I'm pretty sure my burger was assembled by someone who has only heard about burgers through rumors. We rode through on a Friday only because McDonald's was PACKED. We were behind 1 car in drive thru. When we pulled up to get our food the guy was so ridiculously rude, told us to pull up to wait and slammed the window shut. We've been sitting here for almost 10 minutes, no cars have yet pulled up and we are still waiting. Used to go here quite often as it is close to my work and I will never enter a McD, and Burger King is just plain bad. The food is what it is, sometimes ok, sometimes not good, they forget condiments constantly but that is on me for not checking. They do have a couple of very kind employees. The worst part of this story is their parking lot has a metal cover that was broken and never fixed, well the manager said someone came to fix it but after looking at it myself they never replaced the broken pipe stem underneath so when I hit it with my car and swung upward causing my 35 series low profile tire to go over it and come crashing down close to 8 inches. In doing so it damaged my rim. I took pics and the manager gave me an insurance claim and paper. Never heard anything, nothing, silence, crickets, followed up with manager at least 4 times. nothing from yellow cab insurance whoever the hell that is. I would definitely want a taxi company as a carrier. To add insult to injury the last time I inquired, the District manger was in the store and he told me it would be handled and gave me a free Frosty, one of my workmates left to go there right when I got back to work, upon his return he proudly announced it was his lucky day because the district manager was there and randomly gave him a card for free frosty's for ONE YEAR. That made me really feel confident that Wendy's and their management/ownership has a grip on reality and the deepest empathy for their customers. I wrote off the damage to my car, but the least I can do is tell my story. Oh and they don't have an owner of the store, apparently. How hard is it to make a microwaved sandwich, I literally just put mine in my microwave for 15 seconds. Wow, how did Etown get this beautifully renovated Wendy's. We hit the jackpot! Finally, a fast food restaurant that doesn't like its from the early 80s. If you haven't stopped by this place, please do! It has a TV,comfy chairs with fireplace, big and little table for different group sizes. It's bright and clean. My Taco salad was fresh and delicious. I got to pick from a million soda selections. I'm texted everyone I know about this Wendy's -that's how excited we get in this small town. read more

Arrived at a slow time, so no issues ordering. My family and I ordered in total 2 burgers and 2 salads, both no cheese, and no blue cheese on my salad. The woman taking my order addressed these specifications without saying it couldn't be done or the salad was prepackaged. When the food arrived, one of the burgers had cheese, and my salad very clearly prepackaged was covered in blue cheese with heavily wilted lettuce. When we got a new burger to replace the one with cheese, there was a LIVE ANT in the wrapper. On top of this, the dining space was visibly dirty. 90% of the tables were dirty, and the floor was sticky and clearly not cleaned often or well. 31 August 2018: stopped off to pick up a quick dinner for the family around 5:30PM. The intercom was a little quiet but they got my order in no time. Hunter was working the register, change was correct. By the time I had my change the next guy was waiting at the window with our food, I didn't catch his name but they were exceptional! We didn't order anything difficult, just a Dave's double meal, Dave's single sandwich and a six piece nuggets. It was all there, and hot. The whole experience from order to drive-away couldn't have been more than 90 seconds. Flawless execution from this establishment. Thanks! read more

I seldom get fast food cuz of calories, salt etc., but when I do, Wendy's has been my 1st choice. That said, the past two times I got drive thru in E-town location, I was totally disappointed. No excuse for getting home (a 3-minute drive) and the food is less even than luke warm. This was never the case pre-pandemic -but hot food? that's a must. Poor management, whatever, no excuse. Waited in a line for 20 minutes and finally pull up to the window and the lady says they are closing. So unprofessional and with ridiculous attitude. When Wendy's breakfast first began it was great. Much better than other fast food breakfast. But over the last month or so the Elizabethtown Wendy's has been crap, no other way to say it. The biscuits are hard, hurt your teeth hard, the potatoes wedges are never hot. When you pull up to the menu board no one acknowledges you until you actually speak into the speaker first. This Wendy's is consistently and infuriatingly slow. If there are more than two people in front of you, expect to wait at least 15 minutes. It's really a shame that our McDonalds is currently closed because they were much, much faster. Burger King is also much faster. read more

I had the worst experience at this Wendy's today, there was a young guy working there tonight and he was very rude. We pulled up to the drive through and he said in an aggressive tone "what do you want" and continued to be very rude for the rest of the order, when we pulled up to the window he just held out his hand for our money. He was also very unprofessional, he wore his earphones while working. When we got home with our food, the burgers were cold and soggy (we only live 5 minutes from Wendy's). They get my order wrong every single time. Literally. I work in the food industry, so the first two times it happened it wasnt a big deal, it happens. But then it happened a third... and fourth time. I always ask for spicy nuggets and i get regular, they give me the wrong salads, forget bacon on a baconator, and forget any dipping sauce ever mentioned. I stopped going for a while until tonight. Went there, got spicy chicken nuggets and got regular. Got a baked potato asked for butter and sour cream, none. No spoon for my frosty, and guess what? Absolutely no dipping sauce. The Wendy's in Elizabethtown was absolutely ridiculous yesterday! We ordered $30 of food online, arrive there and they said the system was down, which has been down a lot lately! They said 20 and it should be up and running. 20 minutes passed and nobody to be found. They locked the doors and wouldn't answer the phone. They wouldn't even answer the door for their own employee who has been standing outside the whole time. Seriously?! Does management think this was professional?! Unbelievable!! read more

I went to Wendy's today because McDonald's was still serving breakfast. Now I know why Wendy's is my last choice. I waited 10 minutes because they put fresh meat on the grill for my burger. I finally got it and the bread was soggy and dripping, the meat was discolored and dripping juice onto everything, and my fries were cold and gross. The lady who talked to me through the drive thru sounded like she hated her life. I don't appreciate the service I got from Wendy's today and the only time I will return is for a frosty. read more
