This has got to be an embarrassment to the owner! Was traveling with our two young granddaughters. We pulled in for a fun lunch. First thing we experienced was an employee in front of the restaurant on a cell phone smoking a cigarette speaking loudly into her cell phone and cursing loudly. We came into the dining area and had to search for a clean table. The ordering process was a joke! The girl at the register was taking drive-thru orders while taking our orders and wouldn't speak up when we said we could not hear or understand what she was saying. She acted like she could care less about the customers. Oh yes, the female employee from outside now was standing at the counter and still cursing while putting in her order. This all in front of our granddaughters (ages 3 and 4) to hear and see. The food was a joke also, my wife's hamburger was a mess, it looked like it was thrown into the box. Half of the cheese was off the burger and stuck to the box. My "deluxe" chicken sandwich was dry burned or dark brown and the bun was stale! When was this sandwich made? Like I said this store has to be an embarrassment to the owner. This is one of the nicest McDonald's I have ever been in. I love they used recycled materials in the construction and they have both recycling and composting here. The digital kiosks are super easy to use and I got my food very quickly. They even bring it to your table. I would have loved to give them 5 stars, but my fries were a *little* burnt. Edible, but not quite right. read more

VERY slow service. The drive thru was incredibly slow. We ended up going inside for food, and it was just as slow. I have never seen a McDonalds run this inefficiently. We have been here for over 30 minutes, and still no food. I think it's important to note that we did not come during a normal busy time - 1:45pm. If you are in a hurry, this is not the McDonalds to go to. This is the second time we have waited for a long time (we avoid this McDonalds at all costs). read more

I was just visiting on a Saturday morning at around 10:30AM. After multiple attempts at trying one of their new Caramel Macchiatos, I decided to call prior to wasting a trip. "Yes Sir, our machine is working"! (I asked because three previous attempts resulted in failing to get one!) I order via drive thru. One McMuffin, two blueberry pies, and a Macchiato! Now home, pleased. Very pleased! I only wish that over the past week of them advertising a product, I didn't have to wait until now to get one. Well I just left there for my second time in 10 minutes. They did give me the incorrect order and left out 2 sausage egg McMuffins. So I went back spoke to the manager who was very polite and did fix the issue immediately. As I waited for my food another customer came to the counter where they gave her the wrong breakfast sandwich. Another McDonald's employee spoke to her and said she will get her the one she ordered and took the sandwich. The customer asked what she was going to do with it , and she replied throw it out. So the customer asked if she can have it then. The employee said no and right in front of me threw in the garbage. I then spoke to Manager about it in front of the employee with disgust !!! Nothing was said or done. Training is a must for the employees of this McDonald's!!! read more

This place sucks. Plain and simple. Took 17 minutes to get an order of nuggets. Bag was basically thrown at me, no apology for taking so long, not even a thank you. To top it all off, even after that wait, the nuggets were old. When I got home, I called and spoke to a manager who was basically, "Too bad, so sad." I stayed out the outset of the call that I didn't want anything for free and she kept trying to push free food. In short, if you have another option, take it. I just understand every time I come here there is a always a hold up I literally was in the drive thru for 20 this morning and I had a mobile order nobody was taking people orders and they was not that busy until they got behind with a line full of cars. I highly recommend for someone who is up high in the offices to come and check this operation out McDonald's truly are losing there value standards as a franchise. I hardly ever eat McDonald's anymore and only out of rush / necessity.. This one always screws up my order and recently I missed dinner and was on my way home late and stopped in and thought I would try this new Bacon Clubhouse Burger.. Picture looked very appetizing on menu board.. But that was what I call Advertising Fantasy.. Reality.. missing lettuce, tomato and sauce, so little bacon it was not even a 1/2 slice and almost impossible to find. Almost $9.00 for this and hard cold fries and drink.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! and once again, get order WRONG more often than get it right.. I am done with this location. read more

Going through some old receipts this morning I was reminded of this. My regret is I didn't follow up sooner. On July 16, 2018, I stopped at the McDonald's at 2000 Strickler Rd, in Manheim, PA and ordered a Big Mac w/extra sauce and a large drink. Using the McDonald's app, the total came to $3.03 (order #387). It was, according to the receipt, 6:11 PM. I stopped here because it was convenient to my destination and I had just enough time to get a quick meal and get to where I needed to be. 15(!) minutes later, I still hadn't received my order. After speaking with a manager, telling her that 15 minutes (6:26 PM), even for a special order sandwich, was unacceptable, I was told, "I don't really have a lot of people back there that know what they're doing". Informing her, politely, while I can understand her problem, her problem wasn't mine; mine was not having my sandwich. She told me mine would be "right up". 3 minutes later (6:29), now under the gun to get to my destination, I left. Just walked out. Didn't have my sandwich. Didn't ask for a refund. Gone. The following morning I called the toll-free number found on the receipt to register my dissatisfaction and frustration. The very polite woman listened to my tale of woe, took my name, phone number, and email address and assured me 'someone' would be in contact with me within 24 hours. I'm still waiting. Was here last night with my family and the only person that cared was a manager name Amanda. The other "wanna be" manager cared more about his earbud and finding the right tunes from his cell phone all the while having his butt hanging out cause he's to lazy to wear a belt or pull his pants up. I even witnessed a worker hold my food for 5 mins while shooting the crap with another co worker till Amanda told him to give me my food and get to work. For being a fairly new McDonalds, this place went down quickly and turned more into a party house for teenagers rather then a work place. They are lucky to get one star, only because I didn't have a choice to pick no stars. read more

I had the BEST experience of my life tonight at this local mcdonald's. I have lived on this earth for a 20 solid years and had no knowledge of them having milkshakes. When I heard about this quality place having milkshakes, I just had to try one. I arrived and was warmly welcomed by the few night shift employees at roughly at 8:45pm. While browsing the menu, I chose from their delightful three flavors. I decided on chocolate! I got my milkshake extremely fast, in the blink of an eye. My first sip blew me away, I have never tasted anything better. My friend got a vanilla smoothie, he was very impressed by the vanilla taste. The employees deserve a raise by their milkshake skills. 12/10 will return. read more

I've called the manager several times and nothing changes. The employees are rude and I have heard them yelling at eachother on several occasions. Employees were talking about personal drama and it slows down getting out food. My fries have tasted stale the last few times I've gone. They almost always forget something. This McDonalds is horrible and the female manager had visible scabies up and down her arms and she was scratching herself the whole time I was there, which was a long time because it took 30 minutes to get our food. The place is filthy, there are old food slops everywhere and there were tons of flies all over the place. There was a melted, upside down vanilla ice cream cone in a cup covered in flies, visible from the register/order pick up area. I've never seen such a filthy McDonalds, and I've been in ones in Philly and NYC so that says a lot. Steer clear! I'm sure they wouldn't pass a health inspection. read more
