Ridiculous I have come here multiple times around 12 AM usually for some reason they only accept cash supposedly because their system was down but it's BS the employees are lazy at night time after I drove in they told me they were only accepting cards so I stood off to the side since they told me it would be a 30 minute wait, two minutes later a car pulls in and I could hear the conversation through the drive-through and they never mention anything about the system being down it just seems that after a couple of cars start to pile up they finally decide to take orders now today I go in at approximately 12:45 am to get a frappe and their response is we aren't making those right now. So now update to October 7th Sunday night going into Morning congratulations to the two goofy bitches in the drive threw you live up to the clown mascot. I was disrespected by the supposedly manager. I asked the young girl if they had pumpkin spice and it was like I said a bad word she looked at me and kept saying she didn't see it on the menu and I said it's right there and still she was acting dumb. Then my hubby said it's there she turns around and says I can read. Like what really. Why McDonald's employees are always rude argumentative and make people feel uncomfortable? Went here to get a quick caramel sundae. Staff is fairly nice and I didn't wait for my food too long. The place itself is small. Also, when I went it was a bit dirty with some food on the tables and the floors, so they definitely need to clean more often. Maybe best to just go through the drive thru. read more

This is the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. This place is consistently bad. 8/10 times I visit this place they get something wrong. For example I use to always order a Bic Mac and I would have them put the quarter pounder patties on it. Every time I order from this place they mess it up. The last time which was yesterday I ordered this They only made half the sandwich. They literally left the top half of the Big Mac empty. If you are not familiar I will explain. They should have made it with the bottom bun, on top of the bottom bun you add the hamburger then on top of the meat you add the toppings. Then on top of the toppings there should be a middle bun, then on top of the middle bun more toppings then on top of the toppings the top bun. They got it right to the middle bun. There was only 1 pattie on the sandwich after the middle bun there was nothing. It never fails every time I order here. I have had half my order missing which I paid for. I always forget to check the bag and I just drive home because like most i'm in a hurry. Its gotten so bad I don't even go back anymore. A few weeks ago I remembered to check the bag and I went in to have them fix it. It took them 3 tries. I sent the food back 3 times. I was nervous they were going to spit in it. They never get sauces and extras correct. I always order a side of Big Mac sauce because I like to dip my fires in it. I never get it. They always make damn sure they charge me for it, but I never get it. I order hot mustard for nuggets they always give me honey mustard. I have asked for hot mustard a couple times and the person taking my order looked at me like I was retarded and had to go get the manager to figure out their sauces. Wish I could give a zero star review. I was gonna get something to eat before work but the drive thru hadn't moved in 5 minutes, good thing I wasn't trapped there. Went inside to order where I put in my order at the kiosk and had a special request that wasn't in the options so I took my receipt to the front where people would look at me but no one would help. After a few minutes 2 guys came to the register and spoke in Spanish and when I asked them if what they were doing was gonna take a while one of them didn't look at me and the other looked and kind of shrugged his shoulders like he wasn't even sure what he was doing and said something in Spanish. I left and called the store where I spoke to a manger named Joaquin who spoke to me with an arrogant condescending attitude and when I told him about my experience and that I wouldn't come back he thought it was appropriate to sarcastically ask me if I wanted to apply. The expirience was bad but the interaction with the manager made things more clear as to why the customer service of the rest of the staff was so poor. DO NOT GO HERE!
