I love that this coffee shop does "sip for a cause" supporting OUR local non profit organization!!! And that is a big plus for me. Also owner supports women and does a huges gesture every mother's day!!!! Drinks and Food is always good!!! My favorite is Toffee NUT! The inside is always clean and well kept! Nice are to lounge and meet up they also have a drive thru which helps moms like me grab the coffee fuel when we cant go down with our toddlers!!! They also have a outside sitting which is great! I hope they had more enclosed space for kids to be hehe we can just wish hehe Sometimes having the kids inside its a little chaotic and we parents sometimes feels bad :( But i love the downtown fremont location because kids gas a grass to run around its just far. I've been to this location three times so far and they've been out of matcha for two of them. But when I was finally able to order a matcha latte I ordered the banana one but the drink didn't have any banana flavor. The matcha on its own was fine. I do like the way this coffee shop is laid out and that they offer outdoor seating for nicer days. The staff is nice as well but not being able to order matcha and no banana flavor in a banana matcha latte isn't great. I do hope they can figure things out. read more

Came here today to meet up with a group of women entrepreneurs and really enjoyed the atmosphere. One of the first things I noticed was the seating setup. I loved the circle booth style seating because it felt cozy, welcoming, and way more personal for group conversations. I also love supporting the fact that Mothership Coffee Roasters is women owned. The coffee was really tasty and the food selection honestly impressed me. They have fresh daily grab & go items like sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and even a beef empanada. I appreciated that they also offer Vegan options, including a gluten free Vegan chocolate chip cookie. All of the pastries looked delicious and the prices were actually really reasonable too. I also read that during the last hour before closing they sell the remaining pastries for $1, which I think is such a smart idea to help reduce food waste instead of throwing perfectly good food away. Also, we love a solutions person. The group I was with was requesting menu items... and then changing them. Stopped by to grab a couple of drinks while in the area. The interior is very nice with plenty of seats and a chill coffee shop vibe. Many people had their headphones on and seemed to be working on their laptops on a saturday afternoon. We didn't get the chance to try their food items, only their drinks. We went with a strawberry matcha, a toffee nut (with 4 shots of espresso), and a vanilla kiddoccino for my 1.5 year old. The strawberry matcha wasn't too sweet & had a subtle strawberry taste that didn't take away from the ceremonial matcha flavor. The toffee nut was great.. and strong. My friend suggested I try this place because he went to school with the owner. I had an appt on the other side of Sunset so I figured I'll try this location. Stepping in, I felt like I was in another realm... it had rained and it was dark and gloomy outside but once I opened the door and stepped inside, it was bright, vibrant and just radiating light and happiness. It was a really nice feeling. Everything just felt bright, clean, airy and cozy. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They had a good display of their baked goods, I think I need reading glasses bcs I could barely see the words on the food cards. I also enjoyed their layout and designs of everything they had; from the cups, napkins and bags. A lot of thought and design has gone into this place and I appreciate that. The cashier helped me choose the creme brûlée latte, I also ordered the beef empanada and a regular chocolate chip cookie. I did have to wait for my baked goods bcs the cashier was chatting up with the barista and sort of forgot my items until she saw me still standing there after my drink was already done. But as I was waiting for my food I saw that they had a drive-thru so if I'm stopping by next time, I'll be trying out the drive-thru. The latte was ok. The flavoring wasn't too strong and it was borderline bland... I do like that they use those smaller ice nuggets... the beef empanada was tasty but I wish there was a bit more beef filling. The pastry was nice and flakey. The chocolate chip cookie was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was pretty good... kinda reminded me of the cookie at Starbucks. Good either way and big in size. This place transported me back to SOHO in NYC and it left me feeling all warm inside (I do miss my first home)... the food was good and next time I think I'll try the cold brew or nitro brew to have a stronger coffee flavor. read more

Mothership Coffee Roasters is a local coffee shop in Las Vegas we have been interested in seeing what they are all about. We arrived on an early Saturday morning during the Thanksgiving break recently. The coffee shop is located in the nice new Bend plaza in Las Vegas. IKEA is located across the street. Parking is easy and accessible in the large parking lot outside. The beautiful modern decor was bright, vibrant, and welcoming. Plenty of tables and lounge chairs are inside. There was quite a bunch of people already there when we arrived. I preordered online for pickup since we were on our way to the airport. We ordered a cream brûlée latte, butter beer latte, hot chocolate, beef empanada, and a ciabatta sausage bacon sandwich. The hot drinks were soothing and sweet. I enjoyed my butter beer latte very much as it definitely had that authentic butter beer flavor. The food was ok to be honest. Our ciabatta bread was a little hard and chewy. The empanada was flaky and crispy. Unfortunately the meat filling was underwhelming. Overall we felt our experience at Mothership Coffee Roasters was ok. The staff was nice. The vibe was family friendly and had a zen type of feel to it. My only gripe was when I tried ordering online, the food kept getting sold out as I was purchasing my order. I was hoping to try the Big Bang burrito and bacon egg croissant. Hopefully my next experience will be better when we try them again. read more

This building is beautiful! I love the open floor plan, lots of windows, seating concept, and decor is relaxing on the eyes. GORGEOUS. I used to frequent their other location by Sunset Park and must say the service there is friendlier and more welcoming when compared to this one. This location was super busy on a Saturday morning and the workers weren't all that friendly and just seemed like they were churning through a big line. Wasn't the vibe of a place that would make me want to come back again. I went out on a whim and tried a new latte here. I tried the creme brulee latte and was not a fan. The coffee was average and the taste was way too much sweet; not very balanced. I wish they would ask about sweetness levels when ordering or have that on the menu. I think I found my new go to coffee shop when in Vegas. I'm from the LA area and we don't really have boutique coffee shops that have multiple locations unless they are named Starbucks/Coffee Bean. This specific location is located in The Bend shopping center. It looks fairly new and had a good amount of parking available. Considering all of the stores/eateries here, I can see how parking can become an issue with the perfect storm. This location was modern, nice and clean. I like that there's an outdoor area to sit and absorb the sun. Inside is lit up well with a good amount of seats. Looks like they have a rotating coffee menu as when we went, they had a white chocolate strawberry latte. If you have the coffee there, they put it in a mug for hot drinks and a glass cup for cold ones. My only complaint is the mug they use for hot drinks. The handle is too high and makes it kind of top heavy and not balanced. If the handle was closer to the middle, it would be easier to lift and hold and not worry about it tipping over. Just a thought. But overall, I will definitely be visiting one of their locations the next time I'm in town. read more

Which has something for everyone We ordered cream brûlée - it was not too sweet, it had such a nutty flavor. The banana matcha was also not too sweet, flavors paired perfectly together. The banana was subtle enough that it didn't overpower the matcha. The almond bear claw was yummy, flaky and crispy. They offer season items. They have specials "sip with purpose", discounts on offering pastries by the dozen. Gotta go back to try more items. The team is efficient, orders were made quickly. read more

Great coffee. Not great breakfast. The coffee was delicious / the right blend of fresh syrups with smooth coffee and a wonderful finish. I would 100% get their coffee again. The breakfast we got (we were a group of 4) all had the same problem - it was cold. The croissant was flaky and buttery, but the eggs were cold - the cheese unmelted, and the bacon looked like the pre-packaged microwave bacon - that forgot to get microwaved. The same issue happened for all our breakfasts and one friend said her egg bites were "mealy"...which might be the worse way to describe an egg. I'd come back here for coffee, but would probably do breakfast at the diner across the street. read more

I recommend getting half sweet aka half the pumps of syrup. This location is super aesthetically nice with tons of seating and open parking lot. They have a drive through. They also have an online ordering system and points reward system through your phone number. The outside patio is great to chill and bring your pup. They have oat milk and almond milk. Also can add house made whip on any drink. Kids can ask for a coloring and activity sheet with small size 8oz kiddoccino or chocolate drink. Note: Order half sweet for the flavored drinks.
