This location has not improved one bit since opening. The employees seem highly unsatisfied and constant turnover. The franchisee does not respond to voicemails (since they do not answer the phone), nor do they answer when contacted by corporate. They customer service is the worst, but I can tell it is because they have not been trained well. They are short with their response, and often quite rude. They abruptly hand the food out the window and then slam the window shut before someone has a chance to even ask for ketchup. The only thing going for this location is the small town (not much around). Otherwise they would be gone in a month. Have a deal you want to redeem at the kiosk because you have cash? Good luck. Conveniently, the kiosk failed to load when you would select a deal. Going to the front did not fulfill what I was trying to do. They just kept sending me back to the kiosk, refusing to look at my phone trying to explain what I was trying to do. I'm deaf and nonverbal use ASL to communicate if a person is doesn't know I use my phone to type it out. I paid full price got the food and left. Terrible staff. Long wait to be noticed at the register only to be sent away within seconds of trying to show my phone with a message that says the kiosk won't let me redeem my deal after I put in my code. read more

I can't express how disappointed I am in this fast food place. Absolutely every time I stop by and order something is always missing. Drinks, nuggets, or sauces. I don't understand why their so stingy with their sauces. The employees should check to make sure everything the customer ordered is in the bag before handing it to the customer. This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been too. Manager christine is the rudest lady I've ever met, she tampers with food, treats her staff poorly, and yells at customers. I knew someone who worked there and they said they got treated awful and was yelled at specifically by christine for everything. The customer service is okay depending on who's working. Among the worst McD's horrible service. I ordered a double fillet o fish and it took 14 minutes with 2 cars in front and several behind done before me. The manager brought it out I said you only had to put 2 patties on what's the problem? He says I know and walked away. Today I went to the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger 2 fee deal and a double fish fillet. The guy asked me 3 times to repeat it and when it came up on the screen it was sooo messed up . Terrible service, messed up orders. If you want to wait a long time and want your order to have missing items, or have to go back twice or 3 times then this is the place to go. Also believe "manager" Christine possible tampering food. I will never go here again and few times been to this location have had nothing but problems. Just went there and waited 15 minutes and had missing items. Went back and was handed food that looked tampered with. Did an online order one time since wait times are crazy and having to pull around and wait in parking lot. By the time I got there, 15 min later, they said they threw it out and I can't be refunded.
