They said they're wasn't a 2 for 5 deal anymore , but online it says 2 for 4.69 deal is still going on. They also my messed up my Mcfrappe and I asked for two sausage EGG McMuffin very clearly. So when I didn't get my eggs they told me I would have to pay 18 dollars extra for 4 eggs for my McMuffins and I would have to go back in the back of the line which was very packed. The manager was also a female with a very rude attitude, don't understand how someone can be so upset this early. The manager is absolutely rude. He barely put any chocolate syrup and we paid for it. My boyfriend politely went in and asked if he could potentially get more syrup and the guy proceeded with constantly repeating and interrupting the women who was working there trying assist my boyfriend, "It's already in there" like 5 times. Nice seats tables big indoor play park plus the food taste way better than any other location I've been to. The food is not oily like most McDonald's locations. Ordered a chips ahoy McFlurry from here and found this hair in my ice cream that was in my mouth. It was embedded in the ice cream and when I pulled it out of my mouth, I immediately ran to the bathroom and threw up!! While I was doing that, my wife called McDonald's and the manager asked her, "Well what you want me to do about it?" I will never eat there again and they better be glad I am not an angry person that would go down there and show them how being disrespectful like they were can have repercussions. I really feel like they put this hair in there on purpose and it's taking everything in my not to lose my head about this situation. Review is for drive thru only. We have low expectations for McDonalds. This has to be the best tasting McDonalds that we have had in the last 20 years. The staff is heavy handed with the condiments - tons of onions in the quarter pounder, lots of sauce in the Big Mac and Fillet O Fish, and lots of ketchup packs in the bag. We were driving to Lake Berryessa from San Jose, so we decided to stop by this McDonald's so I could get breakfast. We placed our order via the drive thru on Sunday, September 18th around 9:30am. I got a Sausage Egg McMuffin with Cheese and a Hash Brown. The roommate just got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Make sure to ask for ketchup as I love both the hash browns and mcmuffin with ketchup. They were nice and gave us plenty of napkins cuz you know how eating in a car can be. Especially with those greasy, but deliciously crispy hash browns. Trying to squeeze ketchup on them can be a big mess! Our order didn't take too long to get, which is always a plus. Pretty good McDonald's for the burbs. I know it's not 5 star dining, but the reason I like Mc D's is because it's predictable. But not in this case. Their service was fine, but the temperature of their foods were questionable. My breakfast burrito was cold in the middle and the sausage Mc muffin was luke warm. The girls hosted a sleep over with several friends from school. So for lunch we took them out to McDonald's. Unlike the typical McD's I'm usually accustomed to (cruddy, smelly, stall tenants and slow motion service), this location came complete with a "PlayPlace", leather lounge chairs, counter seating and nice booths. We got the girls 4-piece Chicken McNugget Happy Meals, the wife had a Cheeseburger and I got their new Angus Mushroom & Swiss burger. Took my kids here for a meal and to play at the play area, like I remember doing growing up. However our stay was ruined by someone bringing their DOG into the restaurant with their kids. This McDonald's has a play place! The food was good and the prices weren't bad. They had some new specials I haven't seen advertised. The play place is separated by a glass wall. The decor was modern and hip. It almost reminded me of the McDonald's in Germany. Francis was helpful and there was another gentleman who helped me. He was in charge of the dining room. I ordered a simple breakfast and a couple of pies. My issue is with their terrible customer service. I know what most people are thinking, this is fast food what do you expect?? But I have had great customer service at many McDonalds! If you order on the mobile app you will see that the apple pies are listed as a pack of two for 2 different prices. I dont know if it's a mistake or not but being a thrifty person I chose to pay 2.19 instead of 2.89 for 2 pies, wouldn't you? The manager argued with me back and forth even after I showed her on the app the price listed for all pies is the same for 2 pack..no single pie price on the mobile app. She was very rude and I told her it's only .70 it's not that much money but it's the principal. I've ordered these pies this way before and after showing it to other managers they apologized kindly and gave me my pies. Really dumb I know but this is just one of the examples of rudeness at this mcdonalds. I asked the supervisor for the store managers name and I'm pretty sure she gave me a name of another floor supervisor because the store manager I believe is a stressed out lady I see in there sometimes, I could be wrong but I dont go in there too many times.
