I ordered a simple breakfast and a couple of pies. My issue is with their terrible customer service. I know what most people are thinking, this is fast food what do you expect?? But I have had great customer service at many McDonalds! If you order on the mobile app you will see that the apple pies are listed as a pack of two for 2 different prices. I dont know if it's a mistake or not but being a thrifty person I chose to pay 2.19 instead of 2.89 for 2 pies, wouldn't you? The manager argued with me back and forth even after I showed her on the app the price listed for all pies is the same for 2 pack..no single pie price on the mobile app. She was very rude and I told her it's only .70 it's not that much money but it's the principal. I've ordered these pies this way before and after showing it to other managers they apologized kindly and gave me my pies. Really dumb I know but this is just one of the examples of rudeness at this mcdonalds. I asked the supervisor for the store managers name and I'm pretty sure she gave me a name of another floor supervisor because the store manager I believe is a stressed out lady I see in there sometimes, I could be wrong but I dont go in there too many times. Went here this morning.The drive through order taker rushwd the car ahead of me.When I got to the order part,I asked for 2 sausage mcgdriddle no cheese. When I got home and checked,they gave me sausage mcmuffin with cheese. This McDonald's practices are foul. I just came home with a McChicken that was obviously reheated from yesterday. I ordered right as they started serving lunch. I often do so at other locations, so I know what its supposed to be like to get something freshly made and this chicken patty is anything but fresh. It's not the first time they've obviously reused old product. They gave me spoiled sweet tea that was probably days old. I got sick from just the bit I drank on the drive home. The play structure is nice for the kids. There always seems to be nice kiddos here for my children to play with. I love McDonald's coffee. It is a win-win for me and the littles. This is a hop, skip & jump away from Scandia. My daughter and some friends of ours came here after an intense game of miniature golf and a battle with the arcade games. It's rare that I visit a McDonald's, but when there are Gilroy Garlic Fries that are just calling your name for the second time and you're hungry, then it's a must! I don't know what it is, but every time I encountered customer service at McDonald's, it was excellent! So, definitely some stars for that one. Now, these Gilroy Garlic Fries that I had to have twice during my visit to the bay area. This was the second time I had them and I wish they were piping hot and crispier. McDonald's used to have my favorite fries in the "skinny fries" category, but that's quickly come to an end. I did love the flavor of the fries... the garlic taste definitely popped out! And let's not forget that iced coffee from McD's; it's quite good and priced just right. I know it's McDonald's, people, but customer service here is fab and there are some menu items that are worth coming here for. read more

I was all excited to go to McDonalds to get the new Hello Kitty Happy Meal. To my disappointment they didn't offer the $2.99 happy meal. I thought paying over a $1 for a toy was overpriced, but was willing to give it a try. Since they didn't have the $2.99 happy meal I had to figure out what I wanted. This was tough as all of the calories were listed along with the price. I kept thinking how much I want to pay per pound gained. I ended up being annoyed and ordering nothing. He ordered a drink and fries so I was happy. I love there fries. Or shall I say I loved their fries. My love affair ended abruptly when we were giving half a serving of medium fries. The carton is usually overflowing and ours was half full. It was the oddest thing. I tried to go with it positively as it's half the calories. Even worse the fries were cold and limp. This is nothing like the fries I've had in the past. I used to love there fries. Every fry used to be perfectly crisp. Last time I went and they were out of sweet tea. I don't get it. McDonalds used to bring a smile to my face. If things keep up this way, I won't be returning for McDonalds for fries. read more

I just experienced the worst customer service in any place I've been too. As a person who works in customer service, I know how hard it is to deal with customers but the supervisor and the girl at the drive through were absolutely terrible. The supervisor kept bad mouthing us while we were telling our order to the cashier (who was not rude at all unlike his coworkers) and the girl at the drive through had a really bad attitude, she never gave us a smile. We stopped at this location and ordered food. There were a lot of people here and the staff couldn't handle the rush. There were people who waited for 40 minutes for their meal. We ordered two cheese burgers and a large fry and never got our meal. We were going to tell them at the front counter, but there were too many people who were yelling and swearing because they had been waiting so long. We weren't able to get up to the counter. We finally just left without our food. That's right...we PAID for food and never received it, and we never got a refund. They basically took our money and didn't deliver the goods. We ca here for breakfast on our first day in the area. Got there at ten and they were out of the McGriddles. My wife asked for a breakfast burrito with no salsa and we were told it comes that way. She then asked for oatmeal with no cinnamon and sugar and we were told the same thing. Do they really think that his is the only McDonald's there is or we have never had breakfast at one? We get the burrito and oatmeal prepared the same way all the time and this Is the only place that claims they are prepared this way. Kids should being playing in the balls and climbing on the play set not using touch screens to watch something. The Golden Arches aren't there. It is now a boring restaurant just like all the rest. I got kicked out of McDonald's at 5:30am from their lobby. They were open but weren't officially open in the lobby until 6am. I complained and their Bay Area Restaurant Management sent a free Extra value meal. It was just cold and I was hungry. Wow!!!!!! I have been a McDonalds connoisseur for 5.35 long years now and I have to say I am blown away. I have never stepped into a McDonalds with a more charismatic and caring staff, you can really tell they love the craft. I came this morning and got an absolutely scrumptious McGriddle with breakfast burritos. I don't know who was doing the cooking but they are obviously a culinary expert. I highly reccomend this place to anyone; I even plan on telling my best friend. P.S. OK.... I have only been a McDonalds fan for 3 short times in my life. The first was when we first got a McDonald's inSacramento north area. Mom and I would go to Win's or Rick's Drive In and get our burgers, then whip into McDonalds for the fries! This was back in the day when they actually peeled potatoes in the back. Great Fries. Not so much now..... The second time was in 2011, Portland Oregon. My granddaughter had terminal ALL (leukemia) and all she wanted to eat was a McDonald's happy meal cheeseburger with nothing else on it. 3 AM, 10 AM 12 PM whenever..... I would get in the car and hit the drive thru. We did have some trouble during breakfast hours, but they did their best to humor me since I was a 3 to 6 times a day customer. The third time is now. I have grandchildren that I shuttle around and sometimes we need a bite. One insists on McDonald. Well, McDonald's finall has something I want to eat!!! The sweet chili grilled chicken wrap is great! 360 or maybe 370 calories, good taste lots of nice lettuce and cucumber. The older kid now wants the wrap as well! So... if you find yourself on 80 or anywhere there's a MickyDs and you are forced into fast food... give this sweet chili thing a try! read more

Came in for breakfast really quick, and I am not a breakfast person at all. I prefer a hamburger and French fries at 7 in the morning. Being that I'm not a breakfast person, I settle for a parfait. I like them here but I wanted one more thing to nibble into. So I ask if I could have just 1, that's right.... 1 pancake. Most employees would say no but Reggie came through! I came inside with my friend and ordered 2 large meals, when my card started acting up and kept declining the cashier was very nice and patient, however, the manager was making rude side comments and was acting very rude, ​to be honest. The employee in charge of the drive-thru​ was rude as well- she had the same attitude and gave us the same treatment like the manager! We've visited this McDonalds before, usually for ice cream and the play area. We went last week and the play area was beyond dirty. I don't think anyone has cleaned it in months! I used baby wipes to clean the screens of the games. I just touched one area of the play structure with a wipe and it turned black. I left there thinking I wouldn't be surprised if my kids got sick after playing there. Sure enough... 2 days later a nasty virus made its' rounds through our household. I feel so certain that it came from there. Kids' play structures should always be cleaned and sanitized. I don't know why this hasn't been made a priority in this place. Shame on the manager for allowing this to happen. The poor sanitation conditions are beyond evident when walking into the play area. I talked to an employee about the play area when we were there. She said "it's supposed to be cleaned every night.". It's definitely not. The employees at this place are extremely nice. It doesn't appear that they're lazy b/c anytime I've been there they have been busy. The customer service is great. JUST PLEASE CLEAN THE INDOOR PLAY AREA! I was here with my family Sunday, 02/05/2012 late evening. It was our first time coming in to this location. I was recommended by my best friend. We like to go to different Mc Donald's Play place for our 2 year old and 4 year old. Place looks nice but the service is terrible. My husband was really upset because Jennifer (Supervisor Lead) was yelling at him for coming down the slide with my 2 year old daughter. My husband told her that he went up the structure because she was crying and scared to go down the slide. She said that it's okay for him to go up the play structure but not go down the slide. There is no sign that says no parents allowed to be in the play structure or going down the slide. There's a sign that show "Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times. 3-12 years old can play. Parents too!" If that's the case, she needs to read the sign again or take it down. Also, she needs to respect people because yelling is NOT appropriate. She needs to go and take a leadership class and customer service. That's not how you treat customers. Also, there are kids who are over 12 years old and another parent who is with his 2 year old daughter at the play structure. She did not talk to them about that they should not be in the play structure. Also, I went to order food. The cashier is the same lady who yelled at my husband. There's no greeting and not a smile at her face. It's a shame that this place is not a friendly place with good customer service. read more
