Today at the store on Crossover an employee was drinking a soft drink while filling drink orders for customers. Then she blew her nose on napkins 3 different times and kept on filling drink orders. Another employee, who was working the drive thru, put more cups into the drink machine while touching the tops of many of the cups as she did it. Her hands had germs on them from her collecting money which got transferred to the cups. After witnessing these unsafe ways by 2 employees I don't want to eat at McD's any more. read more

Plain nasty! I bet floors haven't been mopped in months . Ketchup was all over counters trash on bins dirty tables. Guy who served us was nasty dirty stunk gross. I didn't order we were w another family. Never have seen a McDonald's that dirty and especially the guy w long greasy hair turned hat sideways. I have gone to this McDonalds plenty of times and have never had a horrible experience. Workers are usually nice and quick. Only thing I've had issues with is grumpy people in the drive through line who like to cut people off because they want their food so bad. Those types of people baffle me, but overall great place. read more

As fast food franchises go, this one is above average with generally very friendly employees and cleanliness. I have actually seen a few employees multiple times over the same year, so massive turnover doesn't seem to be rampant at this location. read more

I can understand that some people didn't envision working for McDonald because they had higher goals in life, with that said. Just because you work there doesn't mean you need to precook the burgers and let them sit for an hour under the heating lamp for a long time and the burgers dry out because you think its faster to serve the customer. Thats lazy, you could stick a fresh one in the microwave stove to cook it at time of order but thats too much to ask, image if they had to use an actual grill to fry the meat. The fries are cold as well and greasy. Also when you order extra stuff on it, it's missing and thrown together like they are feeding animals at a trough. I say while you have a job. Do it well and go home pleased knowing that you did a good job. If you don't like working there, quit and get a higher education to work a job you like. And let someone who wants to work there who can be pleased working there a chance to do a good job and serve their customers with high quality service and a nice hot product they can be pleased with. read more

I get it... it's McDonald's. My family has lowered our standards for this iconic fast food chain. Nevertheless this specific location has stooped to an all time low. The staff almost forgot an item from my order. Good thing I checked. The fries were lukewarm and almost stale. They tasted as if the oil they were fried in hadn't been changed in a few months. But the worst was when we got home and my wife sunk her teeth into her quarter pounder. Raw meat!!! Needless to say we will not be returning. read more

I went through the drive thru for breakfast and everyone working here is clearly internally angry. The guy at the window yelled "i love you baby" and made kissy noises to me when i drove off. The 2 female managers have horrible attitudes and clearly hate their jobs, don't bother trying to get an issue resolved with them because they don't care anyways. service wasn't good, bathrooms are the dirtiest I've seen. Baby changing table even has blood stains, disgusting. They don't give you your order how you specifically asked them to, and they'll charge you for the sauce you ordered but won't include it in your order. We had already ordered and payed for our daughters meal when my husband and I decided to get something for ourselves when all the card readers went down! Not having cash on hand we told them ok we'll never mind. Instead of turning us away the manager told us not to worry that since it was there fault it was on them! They comped our whole meal and made our day!! Super friendly staff, spotless restaurant and bathrooms! I would drive all the way from Siloam (where we live) to this Fayetteville McDonalds to eat here again! read more

We were ordering and the guy started out not even hearing what we were saying even though we were yelling in the drive through. Next off everyone behind us was honking because the stupid guy needed hearing aids. Then after waiting in the drive through line for more than 30 minutes they still even get our order wrong. We had less than 4 simple orders and they still got it wrong. We ordered one more simple chicken sandwich and we waited in the line for it for 40 minutes. Everyone was honking and it was not even our fault. After waiting for 40 minutes they forgot about our chicken sandwich. We went inside and they finally after almost an hour gave us our food. In conclusion i do not recommend this McDonalds at all so don't come here. read more

Fries were good and salted... but burgers were missing other ingredients besides the meat and cheese. Ask for sweet tea but got watered down unsweetened tea... either got wrong tea or old tea... fix your service please. read more

I thought this would be a great place to start, but I will be taking this farther. Last night, it was below 20° when I went through drive thru. The girls working the windows did not have jackets on. I asked if they were not freezing & they told me they were, but had to purchase jackets from McDonald's if they wanted to wear a coat.
