I love Slim Chikens but service tonight was terrible. Lady taking orders started out with "I can take your order". Then she got my order wrong. When I got to the window, I was served by a very nice lady who seemed to know what good service is, but she was apparently being trained by the other rude one. I didn't realize my order was wrong until I was home without enough dinner for both me and my daughter. Poor service. One person can ruin it for everyone. read more

I usually love slims but the last two times I've gone through the drive through it has taken 30 minutes at the least. If you can't get the timing right on the drive through you shouldn't not offer that service. read more
