A few weeks back I noticed employees in the early AM hours pissing in the front of the entrance and blasting flagrant music from their cars as if they were having a pow wow. Should have had a first clue when we saw the crew member sitting on the curb outside the door smoking with his food service gloves still on. Went inside to order. Eating area looked clean enough. Service wasn't super fast, but wasn't terrible. Now the BAD. When I went to pick up my order saw the prep area and was appalled. Floor was covered in food and trash, but counters looked so-so. That night wife was vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. I should have have walked away and thrown the order in the trash, so that is on me. DELIVERY DRIVERS(and pretty much anyone) STAY AWAY. I went to this location around 8:20pm to pick up an 2 part Uber delivery. They gave me the first delivery right away. The drive thru was busy but After waiting about 30 minutes for the second one which was an order of 36 tacos and employee asked me the name on the order, I told him, and he said it was next on the list. So after another 45 minutes or so I asked what the hold up was. They all seemed lost, I told them I was waiting on my second Uber pickup. Then they tell me it's not going Ben showing up on the order list so it's pretty far down. They don't bother to look at what the order was until after I tell them I was told it was next up about 45 minutes before. They said it was a large order so it would be a little bit. I gave it another 30 minutes, all while the first Uber customer was blowing me up wondering where their food was. I finally asked for a manager and was basically told to suck it up and wait since it was Saturday and they were busy. Regardless of order size it shouldn't take 2 hours to make, especially from personal experience they tell people at the drive thru speaker to wait all the time so they can catch up on orders. I finally told them I would cancel the second order and let someone else pick it up and I asked if they could remake the first since it was cold from sitting there for 2 hours. After a ton of pushback they agreed and after waiting 10 more minutes for that I get told they were out of rice and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes so I just left. Luckily the customer didn't take it out on me. This location has AWFUL management, multiple employees standing around doing nothing at any given time and terrible customer service. From personal experience they get orders wrong at least 75% of the time and when you go inside to tell them and have them fix it it's a whole ordeal that they end up needing 2-3 people to solve the problem for some reason. They just seem lost and helpless all the time. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but this place is seriously beyond unbelievable. We do not eat fast food much and we don't like burgers/etc leaving Taco Bell one of the few options. They have never gotten an order correct. I've learned to inspect the order before leaving. But the worst is that it's takes so long! Tonight I was trapped for almost 30 minutes. You can't get thru once you've ordered if someone is in front of you and behind. This happened before and I asked them why they can't have the person in front that has the long order to pull around and bring the order out. They told me they aren't allowed to do that. Ridiculous. They could make that person happier as well as prevent the other cars from becoming so upset. read more

I ordered no lettuce on both tacos, they forgot lettuce on my Doritos taco and added sour cream and tomato, which doesn't even come on that. The Slider had all the cheese on one half of it and the meat in the other half. Decent, just like all Taco Bells. Just watch out for the drive-thru, they tend to add random things to your order. And double-check the bags when they hand them to you because sometimes you don't get everything you paid for. I do like that they are generous with the sauce here. read more

I drive by this Taco Bell daily. I had to run through for some food to take home for lunch. The guy on the intercom for the drive thru had horrible customer skills. I reached the door to get my food and he barely turned to face me. He handed me the bag through the window and never even made eye contact or say anything. Horrible customer service! They almost always get something incorrect on the order as well! How they do that with the touch screen showing what to make I am not sure! This is a last ditch place to grab food. read more
