I'm not much of a fast food eater, however every so often, in times of need and with no time to sit down and eat, they definitely come in handy. I happened to be near McDonald's and noticed there were no waits or long lines, so I decided to grab a quick bite. The representative over the speaker was very pleasant, clear, and professional. Once I pulled up to the cashier window, I realized he was also the person who took my order -- and again, he was personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I made sure to let him know he was one of the better interactions I've had at this location. I usually try to avoid this McDonald's because of the lack of customer care I've experienced in the past, so I felt Osvy deserved recognition. He's a great representation of customer service and should definitely work the window more often. Per usual, they had me park and wait for the food, but Aspen was also very pleasant and actually thanked me -- which sadly seems rare nowadays. We were heading back from Reno, NV to Mesa, AZ and didn't remember how long it would be until we'd see some restaurants down the road, so we pulled into a pickup spot and placed a mobile order. Didn't take long to order our two breakfasts - two sausage burrito meals with hash brown and drink (we chose Dasani waters because we already had Dutch Bros. drinks with us). In the time we placed our order we saw several cars lining up in the drive thru. Great sign that early in the morning. Looks like this location feeds a fairly steady breakfast crowd. Before we knew it, a smiling young lady brought us our waters and our bag of food. Wife did a quick check, and it was all there and hot. Made our morning. I am not sure if this location of McDonald's is unable to keep staffed fully? Or if it's an competency or attention to detail of ... But I have stopped at this McDonald's three times, because it's conveniently located between Fallon and , and all three times I've stopped. They asked me to pull aside and wait approximately 5 to 10 minutes for additional food because they were unable to while my vehicle went through the drive-through at the window... Every of the three times I've been and they've asked me to pull aside and wait for food at least 2 to 3 other cars are also waiting for food the side away from the drive-through. It's pretty frustrating... And I have to say I will be unlikely to stop again at this location, because usually I'm in a hurry and or on a timeline and it throws it off, waiting an excessive amount of time for what should be fast food. read more

Most horrible McDonald's Ive ever been to. Food was almost inedible. The only reason we came here was because my two little boys wanted a happy meal while traveling from CA back to Idaho. Waited close to 15 minutes inside for cold food. And I mean EVERYTHING was cold. At least 2 people walked back in after waiting in the drive-thru forever and had food missing or the wrong order. Ok, here we go!! Last week, and for several weeks before last week, my "go to breakfast" was at this place. Nice to stop there before work to git myself ready for the day!! $5.56 for a medium ice coffee (plain flavor) and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. No meal "deal", just the two items. No more. No less. $5.56. Fair enough. Yesterday I stopped in, and the SANDWICH ALONE was 5 bucks. AND, THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ICED COFFEE!! Hmmm. Nope. Not this lil' piggy!!!!! I told them to forget the order altogether whilst in the drive through, and I made an exit, stage right! I'll grab something, ANYTHING at Walmart next door for under 3 bucks for breakfast. This McDonald's has gone down very much in quality of food and also customer service. I'm always missing it as and there food is never fresh. The workers are always grumpy or seem like they don't want to be there. I've lived here all my life and this is the only place I refuse to eat at even if my kids beg me I WILL NOT go here. I've been to a lot of bad McDonald's but this is the worst. They continue to get my order wrong and today was the worst. Ordered at 10:20, paid at 10:25, and finally got my order at 11:00. Who goes to a fast food and it ends up waiting this long. I get faster service at a sit down restaurant. Worst service!!! There is not one car in the drive through but they make 6 cars pull forward and wait for there food in the parking lot. I am assuming it's to make there timer stop so they show corporate quicker times for service. When you ask for extra condiments at the window the they roll there eyes and still forget them when they send your food out to you in the parking lot. Went to get a 2 cheese burger meal and some nuggets for lunch today. First thing I noticed was a dirty dining room. Tables not clean. Ordered my food as takeout at the kiosk. Waited over ten minutes and then got 2 burnt and cold pieces of crap. Told the employee at the register that you have dirty tables that need to be cleaned, "Ok" was the response. Sat down at a table to eat after cleaning it myself. No one ever did come out to clean the dining area. What more needs to be said? For $13 I could have gotten a much better meal at a regular restaurant which is what I should have done. I don't think I'll try eating here again. They are not going to change.
