This McDonald's has some serious issues especially when it comes to people who dine in. I go to this McDonald's enough and I usually dine in. On average I usually wait 10 to 15 minutes before I have to get up and go ask where my food is which is what I had to do tonight. This happens 9 out of every 10 times that I eat here. Then I get a cold burger that has been sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes and I have to have a fresh one made. Everyone in that dining room tonight had to get up and ask where their food was after waiting for at least 10 minutes. It is very apparent that the employees that work here don't give a crap about people who dine in and care more about the lazy people in the drive through. I have not been there for over two years, ever since I went through the drive thru and the gave me my food and then told me to pull over into space number 1 and they would bring my drink out. I refused to move, I told the lady that I would sit out ther waiting for my drink and my food would get cold. I asked her, you are standing by the soda machine, you can't pour me a medium soft drink, she said no, we have drink servers that pour the drinks. I then again told her I am not moving. The manager then comes over and tells me that if I don't move she is going to call the police, I hand her my phone and tell her go ahead call the police. My daughter ask what are we doing for breakfast. So we found there was a McDonald's in Fernley. Atmosphere - Not rating this as we went through the drive thru. Food Drink - Large Mocha for the long drive ahead. Breakfast - A single sausage McMuffin with sausage as this is my guilty pleasure at McDonald's. Well they slaughtered this poor little sandwich. The muffin was beyond toasted, charred hard bits inside the sandwich. Service - Slow, very slow. Strange I wrote that on my last review. I did not have a timer going. I pulled up to window 2 after paying. I probably sat there for five minutes, then a cash transaction happened and a large drink was sent out the window. So clearly it has been a long time. So wait and waiting so more. Now I can actually watch my daughter's smoothie being made. The lady pours a good amount of the smoothie on her hand. Then you can see her make a second batch. When she pulled the blender out you could see it all white, strange. Then her manager arrived to make the drink. She passed off to and another lady then it was passed of to me. Still waiting on food and the other drinks. Finally got the food, then I watched my coffee being made. Why are three people working the front and they can only do one line item at time? Then we realized they never put my wife's orange juice on the bill after reviewing the receipt. They missed my daughter's hash browns but we caught that when they repeated the order. softball team and i had 30 minutes to order food and be back on the bus. we walk up and get told to go stand in the drive thru, specifically to the second window. really nice lady and everything was well. before we reached the second window, a nice lady at the first window helped and started taking orders. cars started to pull up so i walked over to the second window only to get YELLED at by what i can only describe as the heaviest weighted lady we saw. i never saw nametags so mind my description. CUT ME OFF when I explained we were told to come to the windows and continues yelling at me AND my teammates while we were just trying to eat before our bus leaves. thankfully another lady came out to help and asked us to order off the app, but at that point the DISRESPECT and ANNOYANCE that the lady at the second window had caused (and the fact i was not about to waste more time waiting for the app to download), i just left for taco bell (highly recommend it over whatever they're running at the mcdonalds). thank you to the ladies that tried helping, and to the lady who thinks its right to YELL at a group of young girls for just trying to eat before games, i genuinely hope someone sees this review and you GROW UP and act your age. another thanks to taco bell for great service and NO DISRESPECT. read more

Sat in the drive though for almost 15 mins for a double only ketchup, small fry, sweet tea. There's always something going on here. The girl asked me to pull into a wait spot. This store has gotten crappier and crappier as the last couple years have gone by. If you are going to have a customer wait in the drive thru spots then you should make sure the food coming out is at the least hot! It also seems as though they tend to get just about every order has something wrong with it( wrong food item, old stale fries, etc.). Management here is HORRIBLE at least from what I have seen from the older lady with really short hair... she does nothing but yell out personal business while having conversations in the lobby literally every single time I go in. Dining room being remodeled, only drive thru available waited more than 5 minutes for line to move one space. Left without ordering

People seem to think you can't rate chain restaurants but each restaurant is different because different people work there. I like McDonald's in general but this place is AWFUL compared to other McDonald's. DIRTY. Walk inside and your feet stick to the floor like a movie theater. Everything is sticky actually. The smell... do they have a sewer problem? UNDERCOOKED FOOD. Fries are almost always undercooked and soggy. Got doughy chicken nuggets one time. My friend and I wanted to get a quick breakfast before we head our way back home and really like the convenience of this Mc Donald's since it was right around the corner of our hotel. We stopped by and left unsatisfied. First off, when I made my order of 4 breakfast sausage burritos and 2 hash browns, the cashier rang me up for a sausage Mc Muffin and asked if I wanted the meal. Confused as to what she heard from me, I replied, "no, I want the breakfast sausage burrito." Noting how much longer it was taking her to process my order, I decided to only get 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns. I'm glad I only ordered 2 burritos because I was highly disappointed! Not only were the burritos ugly, they were cold and tasted old. My hash browns were also cold! This was my first time here and it'll be my last! First off .. It's McDonald's. The quality of food there is ... well you just can't use the word quality when describing their food. This McDonald's has had a major face lift in recent years, which keeps it from being the dirty eyesore it was before. But the new look can't help the problem listed above. I also happened to work at this particular McDonald's in high school. Yes, it was a few year back (shut up), but there is one thing that sticks out in my mind from my time there. I once moved the fry basket stand to find a chicken nugget under it, uncooked, and green. This of course leads right back to my first, uhm, beef.. with McDonald's in general. I warn you do not go here! Me and my boyfriend worked here but I quit and he got wrongly fired but that's not the point! The place is always filthy. My boyfriend's uncle came in to eat a burger and found something in it. It was either a toenail or a fingernail. He complained to the manager and the manager didn't do anything about it. Didn't give him a refund or offered to make a new one. Not only that, he got an infection because of it! They also don't let sick employees go home either which is a health hazard.
