I ordered my double quarter pounder with cheeses with no pickles, extra onions, and patties cooked fresh. The patties were definitely not cooked fresh. I imagine this is true everywhere... that they just give you patties out of the drawer no matter whether you order them fresh or not. However, I shouldn't even have to order them fresh since McDonalds swears they cook all double quarter pounders fresh. Simply not true. Stopped here while we out taking a ride. We tried the pumpkin mccafe iced coffee. It was super sweet! Not crazy about it no taste of pumpkin to us. A lot of sugar in it. Got the $1 special from app for the large fries they were hot. I got the kids meal I wanted a toy! Lol The kids fries were so cute!! The hamburger however was dried out and cold not too happy with that! The chocolate milk that was nasty! How does anyone drink that? Didn't taste good to me at all. And reduced sugar? What kid wants reduced sugar! The next time your kid don't want to drink it taste it!! Yuck! We ordered on the app I really like doing that now. That way you don't have to wait at the window. The food was amazing for a McDonalds! Possibly one of the best establishments I have been to, the service was very good, the staff was kind and patient as I placed my order. But they did fail to give me my ketchup packets as they asked if I required them twice and I said I did. No ketchup was to be found in the bag. I have ordered from this specific location many times via door dash and Uber eats depending on who was actively delivering at that time. I have also ordered at the store in person before. Idk why but this McDonald's does not care about quality. They continuously mess up orders. Door dash even told me they have a lot of issues with deliveries form this location. When I order chicken nuggets a medium fry and a coke icee I do not want a raspberry icee. Everyone I know says it tastes nasty. Raspberry icees make me feel nauseous. So when I order a coke icee they should send a coke icee. If they are out then refund me or contact me via my dash driver for an alternative like other places do. I would rather have a cherry icee or the lime but never the raspberry. So since they don't contact people we are forced to pay for something we did not order and there is no way to resolve this without getting in my car and driving to change it out after I already paid delivery fees. I'm only upset due to the fact this has happened 8 times now. Sometimes my orders are fine but the regular mess ups are getting worse. I only really wanted a coke icee last night and ordered that as well as something for later and they messed up. I poured it down the drain. Please if someone sees this just ask the driver to message people if you are out of something so that we can pick an alternative. It saves a lot of issues. read more

Would have done a half star if I could. Awful, just awful. I used to work there in high school and it used to be alright. around 3:15 today, me and my wife ordered a chocolate shake and a Dr Pepper. the shake was 1/4 chocolate and 3/4 vanilla and we were told nah it's Chocolate. Really? we aren't blind. and the Dr pepper was diet, I asked to get it fixed and with MAJOR attitude from the window lady with a tattoo on the base of her neck, got another but found out after we left it was diet. the entire time we were nice and thankful even though they messed up. and right before we left I went to thank them again and the neck tattoo lady shut the door in my face. VERY unprofessional and this needs to be fixed. not right at all. the lady manager that was working, needs to have training or something. This McDonald's is so slow and understaffed. It's really weird to have so mini lines around the building when there's people trying to get gas and get out of the parking lot but you can't because the lines are backed up. Tons of people walking around looking like zombies like they do meth or something this place is really sketchy and it's a sad sad situation how downhill it's went. read more

food was good but main reason for the review was that my mother in law forgot her purse there. I called the manager(Lisa) after we noticed it was gone ,which was an hour and a half after we left, and she informed me that they had found it. We turned around and headed back to find purse with everything still in it including her family's jewelry that had been handed down by her mother. She gave the manager a reward which she tried to refuse, really stand up people there.... They could have said on the phone that they didn't find anything and just took it but they did not, faith in humanity is not all lost. Thank you to the honest people here. read more

If zero stars was an option, I would h e chosen that. I visited this location strictly because There was no other option other than Cracker Barrel and I needed something quick. The store was nasty, the employees all looked as though they had slept in their clothes and hadn't showered in a day or two. One employee was picking his nose as he was exiting the dining area to walk outside to smoke. The "on duty" manager was so engrossed in his girlfriend, he could barely do any thing else. Once I received my food, it was incorrect and cold, which no one really seemed to care. When I went to get my drink from the fountain, I reached for the tea urn and stopped myself immediately when I saw the "use thru" date. The date of my visit was Feb 25 as you can see from the time stamp and date on these pictures I snapped. I contacted the franchise owner and was sent a form letter with your standard apologies and a certificate for "two free extra value meals". Ok that's better... then it continues to say " Offer good at any McD's in Hendersonville, Brevard, or Canton NC. Well I live in Chattanooga, TN, (which I was very clear about when I contacted them). so that really does me a lot of good. So Chris Edwards, Owner of the restaurant, I say this to you... it's a disgrace to own this type of business and offer someone a useless free food voucher. I don't want your free food...
