This McDonald is very clean. And people here, including the staff and other customers, look more friendly than people in the Bay Area.

The ordering kiosk was directly next to a dining table. I'm not understanding that setup. But since there were folks eating at the table, it was odd to be a couple inches away from them as I was using the kiosk. Literally about two inches from them. Even more odd to be stared at by the curious elementary school age child in that party. She innocently stood up and leaned into me to watch what I was doing on the screen. Needless to say, with this unexpected observer, it took me much longer to order. And the adults in the group took this opportunity as free babysitting and didn't rail her away. McD should move the dining table or move the ordering kiosk so to not have them side by side in close proximity to each other. I got my food quickly. Too quick perhaps. I purchased food at this restaurant last week, on my receipt there was a survey, when you completed it online you received a code to put on the receipt and received a free buy one get one free entrée. I filled out the survey online received an email code to put on my receipt. I brought that receipt back yesterday requesting to receive a buy one get one free burger. I was told by the manager, Marta, my survey code was not valid. I actually had a picture of the survey code from my email that I received with a valid code. She insisted it was not a valid code. She was incredibly rude and refused to do the buy one get one for your purchase for me. I called the corporate customer service complaint line. I filed a complaint, have yet to hear back from corporate. I am completely disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Why is McDonald's printing this on their receipts, if their managers are refusing to honor the survey. I am at a loss for why she needed to be so rude and deny me, a 70-year-old lady my free buy one get one free burger. We have used these surveys in the past and never had an issue. For some reason Marta, does not like these coupons. I'm sad that McDonald's hires people who are so rude, especially in management. read more

Came here for a quick lunch with the hubster. Instead of the usual drive through, we decided to dine in. I admit it's been a while since we've done this. I am not a fan of kiosk ordering, but that is how this particular location handles their inside process. Once we navigated the kiosk, grabbed our table number we found a clean table and waited for our food. As typical with McDonald's this didn't take too long and our food was nice and hot. The server who brought us our order was friendly and even returned with extra napkins and sauces. Extra kudos to her! What could be improved here would be to have one person taking orders inside and cleaning and wiping down tables didn't seem to be a priority...maybe once the lunch crowd slowed down? I still rate McDonald's fries as my favorite...so there is that. read more

So decided to come to McDonald's so I can finally try the Grinch meal. I was super excited and I really wanted the aqua socks which I did get so that was like the most exciting part of it honestly! But to my surprise when I opened my big Mac box. It was missing a bun And that really made me sad because we spent about almost $15 dollars total for this meal and to have this happen is pretty bad and sad. The fries were semi warm more cold than not not fresh at all. The service is super mediocre. You could see where they are trying their best but the best is not good enough. they are not really Good at customer service or pride themselves and doing their best. It's just they are just mediocre which is probably something to do with the manager and the upper management for sure the store was decently clean so that was good this or could use better management and customer service especially in the kitchen! Only came here as I was starving. Gal at first window opened the window with her back to me. I got to stare at her hair for a couple of minutes while she finished a conversation with another employee. She took my money and on to the second window. That gal handed me my food and closed the window. YIKES! When will Chick Fil A open back up? I ordered 30 nuggets and 2 hot and spicy mcchickens, add ketchup cheese, and no mayo since I'm allergic to egg. The order came out fast and the employee was polite, which was nice. The nuggets were good, but both the mcchickens had mayo, so I went inside and asked for them to fix it. The manager took the mcchickens and gave me new ones. I believe that english wasn't his first language, but he had a smile, so that was nice. He also gave me an apple pie free of charge to apologize (which I declined because again, allergic to eggs). However, when I got back to my seat, I noticed the hot and spicy mcchickens were actually now normal mcchickens. I ate it anyways, cause I didn't want to bother them anymore (it was dinner rush for context), but it seemed like a rather obvious mistake. All in all, not the worst experience. My drive through experience was very nice at this branch! They asked if we were going to use our app before we gave our order which was a first. The staff were all very friendly and super polite. The food was great and came out very fast and hot. There is plenty of parking nearby for you to park and eat in your car if you'd like. Nearby are other great shopping plazas for other shopping options. Overall great experience and probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

At this particular McDonald's location, they now sell their sugar-free vanilla lattes that are listed with a large size, but they place the liquid in medium cups as of recent, without lowering the price! That does not sit well with me. I tell the folks that is a medium cup and they argue with me and say no it's a large which it clearly is not. Hello my names phill, i recently attended this facility in which i purchased two chicken nugets including six in each box. I followed up by only reciving one and had to go back to order my other one due to the incopetonce of the mcydees employes and staff member. Every time I come to this location, I ask for extra onions on my burger. This is the 4th time that they have given me almost no onions. I don't have time to come back every single time this happens to get it fixed. I also ask for extra Mac sauce and get charged for it just to receive the normal amount of sauce. Most of the workers here are always friendly, they have never messed up one of my orders even though I order simple things, the best part is the coffee they serve here has sustained me through countless days, never burnt and always fresh. During the summer I switch to unsweetened iced tea and it's also made fresh as well. They have a double lane drive thru and their lobby is usually immaculately clean, so are their restrooms. This location has their machine broke down today and can't make my order of a large mocha frappe which cost $4.59 that I ordered through a Mobile app. They tried to give me a substitute of ice mocha coffee which cost less than $4. I told her mine frappe cost more than the ice coffee and I want more than that and she said nothing she can do about it (I meant to cancel the frappe) because my order was from the mobile app and asked me to take the ice mocha coffee and said the cost is the same as the mocha frappe hence I accepted at the time without verifying her word. She lied. The mobile app sucks where you can not cancel an order if the order cannot be filled. You are forced to accept whatever substitute they offer you even when the substitute cost less than the order. read more

No excuse for this at all!! I then thought to myself they look a bit pale and really greasy from a glance... and guess what?!?!? They were.
