I asked for no onions on my quarter pounder and received onions and no pickles and no mustard. Seriously it was a simple request.

Other reviews mentioned it's usually very busy, and they were right -- expect a bit of a wait if you go during peak times. We ordered the Carol Ann's Classic Burger, which was listed as a smash burger, but it definitely wasn't. The food overall was nothing special, but the service really stood out. Our server, Logan, was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, even though he had a lot of tables to take care of. They were also kind enough to split our burger and onion rings since we were sharing, which was a thoughtful touch. A few hours after we left, I realized I had left my expensive designer glasses on our table. When I called the next day, they confirmed they had them and held onto them for me until the next weekend when I could pick them up. I really appreciated their honesty and kindness -- it says a lot about the people who work there. The food wasn't anything to rave about, but there aren't many other options in Frankenmuth, and it still hit the spot. The service and honesty of the staff truly left a great impression, and I'm sure I'll be back the next time I'm in Frankenmuth.

She did a terrific job, taking care of us, kept our beverages flowing, and spaced out food perfectly! After reviewing our beverage choices, my wife decided on a specialty cocktail while I tried their batch 69 IPA. We also ordered their buffalo chicken dip at the same time. Our dip came out after our beverages, perfectly! Not too spicy and delicious! We ordered our main dishes and Cherie, promised to space it out perfectly, she did! The Apple orzo flatbread was delicious! The flavors enhanced each other! We also split their boneless chicken wings, more like chicken breast chunks, with Parmesan garlic sauce. Not too much sauce and very delicious just like we like it!! I also ordered their root beer baked beans which was delicious as well! No a terrific visit, with the staff making it the best!! Thank you, Cherie!

The Dunkel wasn't as good as the mass-produced version I had earlier in the day. The other type was fruity was got sickening as it was too sweet. Still better than the standard American beer people drink but not good for this type of brewery. The Christmas Town Pretzel was okay. I prefer a standard pretzel, but others enjoyed it. The mustard was very good and the cheese wasn't bad. The Big Dipper was average. The shaved prime rib was rather dry, so the au jus came in handy. Overall, it was an okay sandwich but not one I would rave about. Overall, this town does not have good places to eat, so this could be your best offer.

Making sure extra ranch dressing was placed on table and prompt service in checking to see if anyone wanted refills. Food was decent amount and atmosphere was pleasant! I was initially quite disappointed about this, as we had already chosen what we wanted to eat from the Bavarian Inn menu and were ready for some schnitzel and authentic fare. However, we were already seated with our dog when we realized all this. I did ask for a Bavarian Inn menu and was told that was not possible and also told that the Bavarian Inn is not dog friendly but we were already there and we were hungry so we decided to stay and to give them a try. The patio seating is nice, although it was a little cramped and I was closer to other people and their conversations than I would have liked but the weather was good and so was the people watching. I started off with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch from their drink menu but it was underwhelming. The menu is quite small with limited options so I ended up ordering a Pretzel charcuterie board and my husband had their sausage duo. The presentation was simple and could even be described as economical on their part. The food itself was fine for the most part. There were a few things didn't care for the flavor of like the little sausages, but fortunately for me my little pup was happy to take them off my hands. I really liked the jam served on the side of my meal and the mustard was too die for! (I actually ended up buying some to take home it was so good) My husband said his meal was fine. There were some bees or wasps that were bothering people and they did become quite annoying, especially towards the end of our meal. I kept shooing them gently, but they were persistent and when they started to bother the lady next to us, she became incredibly frightened. If you have a fear of bees or wasps, I definitely would not recommend dining here. All that being said, it was about $60 after tip for our meal and while it was perfectly adequate given the options available to us at the moment, I don't think it's anywhere that I would go out of my way to revisit.

The barmaid was telling us a story about a customer missing her phone and her boyfriend had it. The man said "it was a black man." The barmaid told him that was irrelevant. He said it was. She finished her story. A few minutes after the man says randomly. "It's like white ice and black ice. Slip on black ice and your wallet is going to get stolen." Both the barmaid and female patron told him to stop multiple times. Rather then entertain bigotry, my friend and I started a side conversation not speaking to him. You can't fix stupid. After further research I learned he was the owner Michael Schultz! I understand why he wasn't asked to leave, because it was his bar. With that being said, I will never do business there.

They serve honey butter with it, I'd add cinnamon for a nice addition! The service was good. Friendly and helpful. Overall a 4 star review. Would I return? Yes, but I'd get a different dish. I was surprised it wasn't busier for a Memorial Sunday lunch.
