I love the new service center. It's beautiful and even has an outdoor seating section and standing tables for those who want a break from sitting.

She was not very friendly and she was bored to tears I would think. I ordered a small coffee and I expected the same quality that I've gotten elsewhere it serve Lavazza. No way. It was 275 plus tax. Secondly is the fact that I almost always get lukewarm french fries from here. Which I guess is my fault because why am I buying french fries from McDonald's.. but when you have to drive through here as much as I do you might get weak too. The third problem is that the sweet tea was watered down the most recent time. Or maybe the ice had just melted inside the big canister. Still it really sucked. And the fourth problem is that prices are higher here than a regular McDonald's because it's on the toll road. And you have to walk across a long bridge just to get to it. When we pulled into the parking lot, it was clear. We weren't the only ones that had heard about the sale. The line for the drive through window was out into the road and blocking traffic on a side street, so we opted to go in. The line inside was bursting the doors at the seams, but we squeezed in. It was around a half hour's wait before we got to the counter and ordered our two Blizzards. Small size, one chocolate brownie and one mint Oreo. I was not expecting such a small cup of ice cream to be $5, but good thing for the sale. The brownie Blizzard was delicious from what little I was given to taste. The Mint Oreo was very poorly mixed, although I tried not to judge given the length of the line and hectic pace of the workers. All the mint flavoring and green food color was left at the bottom of the cup (You can probably see how it's missing color in the photo). The result was a sugary vanilla-like flavor for most of the treat with a slight rush of mint at the end. I'm glad for the experience, I'll say that. And if you need an ice cream treat before the seasonal stands open, DQ is probably one of your few choices.
