In the end, I think service was good. Why did I make that statement? It's because, at first, I got in line and there were about 5 cars in front of me. It took over 5 minutes to serve 1 person. Then literally took only another 3 minutes before it's my term. What I realized is that when drive through is slow, it doesn't mean it was restaurant's fault. My frustration quickly left me. Horrible service. They made us wait 15 minutes for 2 number 1's and an iced coffee. When they finally brought the food they forgot the iced coffee and when they brought the iced coffee they gave me a regular coffee. This place sucks. read more

I have seen this being said a lot but yes it is McDonald's. No surprise there. But the two times I have been there, my orders have been messed up. Such simple requests like sugar or creamer. This place is fast and always has the nicest staff. I attend this McDonald's almost weekly and the food is always perfect. We also enjoy mobile ordering and picking it up through the drive through. Not much else to say other than consistently friendly service and hot fries. read more

This McDonald's is not clean. Tables have sanitized placards on them but they are visibly dirty. You have to just about drag a staff member to clean a table to eat at. Staff concentrates on drive-thru and tends to ignore customers inside. The coffee is undrinkable. Owner no longer responds to complaints. Avoid this dump. read more

What can you say about McDonald's? It's fast and cheap and not high quality food. But everyone knows that! This particular McDonald's is clean and the staff is super friendly and upbeat. The fries are hot. The iced tea is well brewed. They do a good job leaving off the onions or pickles etc etc if you ask for a special order. The drive through is pretty fast and the people at the window are always friendly too. Overall it's a solid little McDonald's. read more

I've used the drive-thru at this McDonald's a few of times with very simple orders. Each time, my order gets screwed up. The last visit was just comical. I think they main reason for the mistakes is that the woman taking the orders does NOT speak good english. Spanish seems to be her first language. That's fine and all, but at least know the menu items. My last visit, the only thing I wanted was a HOT FUDGE sundae. I ordered through the speaker, and was told to drive up. At the window, I see/hear the lady tell another woman to make me a caramel sundae. I shout past her, "hot fudge please". I am handed a caramel sundae. I ask her, "are you out of hot fudge?". She doesn't answer, and points to my sundae and says "Caramel.". I respond, "Yes, I know, but do you have hot fudge?". She looks at me with a wide smile and says, "Yes." To her, our transaction was finished, and it did not appear that she understood my order or question. I think all sauces to her are caramel. Anyhow, I left and ate it, but I was not happy. The order is always wrong, the crew doesn't understand you , they always say the app doesn't work before trying to scan the bar code, and I have received bad service 9/10 times and you have to repeat your drive through order 8 times before someone understands what you are saying. Your food has a 99.9% chance of being cold and inedible TRAGIC! If you live on all but one continent (Antarctica) you should know what a McDonald's is, and know what their menu is. Most people can tell you the Combo number they order. So there is no reason to discuss the menu, other than "IT IS A McDONALD'S MENU." It's open 24-hours, but maybe every location is now. I have 2 McDs to choose from on my way to work but I seem to always have the best luck with this one. Their bread is always nice and soft and fluffy. I'm usually picky with how I order my food and they always get it right! I give them 4 out of 5 starts because their credit card machine goes down pretty often. Tried to give them another try. They always seem to mess up the order. Got two #1's. Then got two happy meals. Asked for chocolate milk and apples. They gave me yogurt and apple juice. Worst Service ever! I had a coupon, and this lady told me they don't take coupons so I ended up paying more and also I said large French fries, the lady messed up my order I wanted. This place is hit and miss. I just had a miss. I pulled up to the drive through loudspeaker box. One car was pulled up to the payment window. It took about a minute for them to ask me for my order, which I immediately gave. Then nothing except for one side of a conversation. After about a minute the speaker again asks for my order, which I again give. More conversations with coworkers, as well as part of a conversation with the guy who is still sitting at the window. Another minute passes, and the speaker again asks me for my order. I ask if something is wrong with the speaker since I have given my order twice. The speaker again asks for my order. I start to give the order again but am interrupted by the speaker saying 'pull up to the window. Just pull up to the window'. OK, I pull up, but the car that was there when I pulled in is still there, and the worker with the headset is having a conversation with the guy in the car. After waiting for some more time I saw him hand back a 1/2 empty glass of something to the girl in the window (fruit smoothy?), and she disappeared from view. About 30 seconds after that I finally lost patience and pulled out of the drive through, and ended up getting a much better carry out meal from another restaurant for only about 2 dollars more than what I would have spent at McDonalds (but I also received more food).
