Used the drive-up to order a 20 piece chicken mcnugget and a large caramel frappe. Paid and waited for a couple of cars to move forward. Got to the pickup window and was handed the mcnuggets and then was asked to move to pickup space #1 for the drink. TEN MINUTES LATER the drink is no where in sight .....the restaurant wasn't busy at all. So I called and asked about it and was told " we are currently trying to fix the machine." No one came out to offer another selection or a refund....I'm just supposed to sit there for how long??? I told them " Forget it.....I'm done." And I left......won't be back. If I could give this McDonald's a zero I would. I sat in line at the drive-through at a "fast food" restaurant for 25 minutes and not one car moved and every time I tried to get out I couldn't because I was stuck in the left lane and everybody in the right lane was blocking my path. It was a two lane drive-thru and the line went out into the main highway. I tried to call them and nobody answered. I went to go inside and there was not even a person I could see back there and I kept yelling hello And I could hear them. But I didn't wanna leave my car in case the line started moving and I was blocking everybody else. That was the worst customer service and poorly planned drive-through I've ever seen. I finally got up to order and sat there for another 10 minutes and was yelling "hello hello" and nobody came to take my order, they just took the order on the right side, but clearly they took the order of people in front of me so I know that the intercom worked. I finally was able to break free and drive out of the line where I saw at least 8 other cars before me and was glad I left. Horrible! I will never go back there. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in terms of management. I went through the drive through and got a 10 piece. I asked for 3 sweet and sour sauces and when the guy at the window went to get them his manager yelled at him and said that you only get one sauce for free. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard at a McDonald's!!! I told them my daughter won't eat her food with just one sauce and ended up having to pay $.25 for each additional sauce. Also, I was only allowed to have 3 ketchup packets for 2 meals and ended up having to stop at Kroger to get more. On top of this, I ordered 2 sprites and they put water in one. read more

This McDonalds has a lot of issues. The air conditioning being out is the first one you notice. The second is the long lines at the counter and the drive thru. Then you see the crowd waiting for their orders. After you order you notice the real issues like the way staff stocks kids at the drink station, the overflowing trash, and the broom and cleaning supplies left in the dining room that are obviously not getting used. Please don't go this location after 2pm, ghetto managers always seem to have an attitude against the customers. I frequently see the one female manager harassing customers that have complaints, then stating to crew on duty they aren't doing enough work or even pushing them to do duties they aren't trained for causing lines, stress, and irritated customers. Go to another McDonalds if you enjoy their food at night, but definitely do NOT try this location. It's no surprise that the crew seems to be on a rotating door of new hires, corporate really needs to investigate this location and fire all the aggressive, moody, and down right mean employees there. This McD's location is definitely on the low end of the scale, rarely failing to disappoint. That's pretty hard to accomplish at a restaurant where expectations are already very low. Due to lack of other fast food in the closeby area, I regrettably have had to visit this drive thru several mornings a week and have for about 8 years. So I've made probably around 1100-1200 visits in total. If anyone could give a solid review of this place, it would be me. They consistently are inconsistent. They get your food order wrong more times than not. I'd say it's about a 55-60% chance that your food will either be someone else's, wrong toppings, old/cold from sitting for longer than legal time after being precooked, the list goes on. The 'pull ahead and wait' area in the drive thru is well-used due to a persistently chaotic drive thru. They have so many people usually waiting for the delayed orders that they have expanded the drive thru waiting area to not only include the two spaces ahead of the drive thru window, but an additional 4 parking spots now have signs designating them only for customers waiting for drive thru orders. That's 6 waiting spaces and boy do they use them. That should be a giant red flag. Chick-Fil-A has NONE! Interesting, huh?! Just last week myself and another vehicle were parked side by side waiting for our orders and the lady came out and incorrectly gave us both each other's orders. The guy next to me opened my food, touched it when he opened the sandwich and saw the wrong condiments, then handed it back to the lady. I did the same thing. She proceeded to just hand each other the food that we had just dug into and touched. NASTY!! I don't want food that some stranger has put his hands all into. I asked her if he touched the sandwich and she adamantly said NO! Knowing she was being dishonest I questioned, "Are you sure?" To which she passionately repeated "NO HE DIDN'T!!" I then asked her, "well if he didn't touch my food then how did he know that the condiments on it were incorrect and hand it back to you? He was the first of us to hand you back the sandwich" He said he had in fact opened up my sandwich and I had opened his. Clearly flustered after having been caught in a bold faced lie, the lady had to do the walk of shame and go back inside to remake our orders while we waited for another 5-6 minutes as the train wreck of a drive thru continued to spiral downward. This is typical daily thing at this location, and I would have expected nothing less on this day. One positive is that there is one very sweet, dark haired lady in her late 50's that is always so personable and an absolute pleasure to deal with whenever she's in the drive thru. Despite her best efforts she's a shining star in an otherwise black sky. I've regularly thought that whoever owns this place must be losing an absolute fortune because of all of the food they throw out continuously due to all of the wrong orders. I have always speculated that the only reason this place is still in business is because of the high number of tourists frequenting it. It's a shame because if they had proper leadership this place could be a top producing McD's. Oddly though, it almost appears that they take pleasure in infuriating most people that visit and genuinely just don't care. I question if the district and regional managers know if this store even exists as the problems have only grown worse over the last 8 years. I'm EXTREMELY familiar with McD's operating procedures and I think corporate would have a fit if they knew the shenanigans going on here. It's horrible for the McD's brand and I've personally seen several different franchisees lose locations for far less than what this location is repeatedly doing to hurt the brand. I will give credit where it's due, sometimes the food is true to what you'd expect from McD's so that gets them a second star. Intervention from the region is desperately needed here, in my opinion. read more

This McDonald's is ridiculous. I ordered my food for curbside pickup at 7:00pm. The worker came with my friends food at 7:15 missing half her meal. I reminded her about the rest of it and she said she would be out with it soon. I watched at least 20 cars go through the drive through and 4 other cars have their curbside pickup delivered. I was getting very frustrated because I had an easy small order. I decided at 7:40 to go inside and ask about my meal. They then proceeded to say that my food was delivered already. I told the manager the worker who brought out my friends food said that they were waiting on French fries. She confirmed and said my food was not delivered. I got very upset and said I've been waiting 40 minutes for my food. They gave it to me, and the burger was cold. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a McDonald's and I am so disappointed I didn't even eat my meal I was so angry. Don't go here!!!
