The Restaurant is clean and efficient, the service is good and the food is fresh. My only complaint is the same for most Fast Food Restaurants, my 1/4 pounder was a typical Fast Food Burger, maybe the cooks are overly efficient, they throw the Burger together thereby my first 7 bites were bun and burger no pickles no onions no ketchup, on my eighth bite I got a taste of a sliver of onion and ketchup on my last two bites I was granted pickles (2 only), onions (1 big sliver and 3 microscopic onion slivers) and some ketchup. The Burger should have had 3-4 chips of pickles place evenly across the Burger with a dozen or more slivers of onion and ketchup spread across the whole bun not just the corner!!! read more

This is the third time our drive thru order has been messed up. Its not about my meal or my wife's meal, its about my three year olds happy meal. First two time we ordered cheeseburger happy meal and both times we got chicken. Now on this order we ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and it was chicken again and no prize for our daughter.....that's where I draw the line. This is a weird setup. They have 2 drive thru lanes, great idea except they merge back into one. It took so long to reach el window I actually forgot what I'd ordered --'and they'd also lost track. Don't use the drive-through, get your buttocks out of the car and save 20 minutes of idling. Some MBA genius probably got a promotion out of this setup. read more

They almost always make the food wrong and, or mess up the order. The employees always seem clueless, though they are nice. This McDonald's has had been run badly for quite sometime, leading me to believe the problem is the management. read more

I was in a pretty good mood this morning until I went through the drive thru. The person over the speaker sounded like this was the last place on the planet where she wanted to be. I almost felt compelled to apologize for having the audacity to place my order with her. Pulled to the window to pay and got no smile, no thank you. No eye contact. Now I'm in a bad mood. We usually hit up the drive thru after work between 10:00 - 10:30pm. We always have to wait on fries which means our burgers are cold by the time we get them. Its also a good chance our order is incorrect. I usually get no tomatoes, my wife usually gets no onions. Countless times they have gotten them backwards. We no longer go after work. We stick to the day crew who have never gotten our order wrong. read more

Last time I came here, they gave me water instead of Sprite, and didn't give me any sauce, even though I specifically ordered it. Unfortunately for me, by the time I noticed this, I'd already gotten home. This isn't the first time this place has done something like this, but it's certainly the last time I'll be visiting. I am rating this McDonald's location versus other locations. It's great, little kids go crazy for the playground, it's clean, the staff is courteous and fast, there are two lanes in the drive through. A perfectly executed McDonald's. If you like going to McDonald's this is a good one. read more

Very aesthetically pleasing location, one of the few McDonalds that I have seen in a while that had a play place for kids. I personally have a weak spot for the McDonalds double cheeseburger meal, so I visit this location more often than I would like to admit to my bathroom scale. The service team is always pleasant, very very few order errors. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have been in. The employee's are not very helpful. I stopped in with my grandsons ordered happy meals, on the menu said the toy was an emojie. I also ordered a small iced coffee. Well the boys received Pink Barretts in their meals. She gave me med iced coffee. When I went back to ask was told they didn't have the emojies and were all out of the toys for boys. Also they don't have a small in iced coffee. My question to her was why didn't you tell me this when I ordered. She didn't know just can't help you we only have girl toys left. I'm so done with this mcdonalds will never go back. read more

Im sorry but you guys suck. You guys want to get paid $15 an hour but you guys cant even get the simplist order right. I went there to get a mc.double with only ketchup messed it up every single time got motzerella Sticks asked for Marina didnt even get any and They where Ice cold. Actually went there a few days ago with some friends of mine didnt get one thing right in the order but it was all on the screen but nothing was right im so done eating there i have told so many people to go to a different one atleast They actually get the stuff right.also charged us for stuff we didnt even order and we didnt even get it. I'll have to agree with most of the other people on here. Terrible rude service. I get it, its McDonalds and you hate your life that you're in your late 30s working here but don't slam the drive through window on someone as they're saying "Thank You". Oh well. Maybe the 13 minute drive to Burger King is more worth it then coming back here if thats the way they treat their customers. read more

It seems that everyone who works there is completely incompetent. They never get the order right. They forget simple things like straws, napkins, etc. When you call them to tell them they screwed up, they never answer the phone! I would not go here! read more

This is the word McDonalds ever. I don't really go to McDonalds but when I do I expect to get what I want to eat, or in this case drink. It is two day before St.Patricks day and I requested a large shamrock shake. I deserved it, I worked out the day before. I wanted it. So we pull up to the drive through and I asked for a #2 with a LARGE SHAMROCK SHAKE and the lady responds with "those are discontinued can I get you something else?"... like, no. Just an all around awful resturaunt. I ordered a Mcchicken and there was a big long black HAIR in it, and when I asked them for a new sandwhiches the girl at the front counter gave me attitude and was extremely rude. Everytime I go to eat here the place is trashed, garbage cans always overflowing, food under the tables, dirty countertops... and when I went to use the restroom there was even feces smeared all over the side of the bathroom stall. Sooo extremely discusting. I was appaled! I would advise people not to eat here, unless you want gross contaminated food and a dirty restaurant expierence. I work nearby and have had a meal here at least 4 days a week for nearly 3 years. Every time I go I have to wait. Not because they are busy with other customers, but because they are busy with themselves. There is virtually no customer service awareness here. Many times my very stock order is messed up. "I'll have a number 9 meal, please," and I get a number 8 meal. When I order coffee, about half the time I am told, "It will be a while, we have to make some." The place is never really very clean and you will always be treated to a supervisor yelling instructions to the employees at the top of her lungs in a super shrill voice. In the evening, sometimes employees and their friends hang out yelling personal conversation back and forth between the dining room and the kitchen. Its slow, unconcerned about customers, and not a very enjoyable place to eat. read more

We go through this McDonald's quite often because of the location and ease. And, there have been a number of times that our order has not been completed through the drive-thru. But, I usually check it before driving off and it gets corrected. However, this past Sunday we went inside the dining area. The cashier girl seemed young/new because we had to repeat our order several times. We ordered 3 sausage Mcmuffin's with egg meals. We sat down and opened up the packages only 1 sandwich had egg on it. I took it to the counter and explained that we wanted it corrected. A different worker actually asked me what was wrong with it. I showed her there was not egg--she took the food back and I heard her tell the cooks to make 2 more. But after 10 min, we still hadn't received our order back. I went to counter and the same girl said "you didn't get your food yet". Then, told the manager who told the girl that she gave her the sandwiches about 10 in ago.......The manager never looked in our direction. The girls looked around on the ground like the food would be on the floor?! Then, asked the cooks for 2 more sandwiches. We finally got our food but what the customer service was super disappointing! read more
