I love the big Macs n especially the large mocha frappe with extra chocolate and a shot of espresso.

This location always smells bad , the food is usually cold depending on who is working. This is the only place with the lobby open till 11pm should be later than that at least midnight. With that being said the main reason I'm writing is this location was closed for maintenance tonight. I ask why you close at 11pm do your maintenance then you just lost a customer who put up with not the greatest food quality and the bad smell in the restaurant. Also not very Impressed with the discontinued buy one get one for a dollar menu. read more

The morning crew is very rude except vickii. The food can be good sometimes but i guess not this morning. This morning i got a sandwich and asked for extra sauce and this is what they gave me. I am not impressed so we went back to get a new one. The manger then went back made jokes about it and put it in a box so nothing could be wrong with it. Th Shulz family started off hiring good employees but that standard is gone now. walking in the lobby was dirty with trash on the floor, the staff looked at me then walked into the kitchen continuing their conversation about their pet. the table was dirty and the bathroom was the dirtiest I have ever seen in a McDonalds. Because you have to order at a screen someone brought me my food. She was wearing a mask and had me worried if she was sick! while eating I had to listen to a profanity laced loud conversation with multiple "F" bombs thrown. i am very glad I didn't bring my kids!!! read more

All I wanted was a cup of coffee. When I got it, it wasn't even warm. I asked for a hot coffee and got laughed at. I was told that if I wanted to wait for a while I could. I asked if it could be microwaved, got laughed at again by four employees that were standing around, and was told that the microwave was far away. Cashiers are not very friendly....maybe they were just having a bad day. The bathroom was clean and the dining area too. The hand drier in the bathroom didn't function. It's a 3 day weekend maybe they were just burnt out....not what I'm accustomed to at McDonalds. read more

For the people who had bad experience at Gladwin McDonald's. I am deeply sorry. I am am a cashier and have been since June. I got hired in because I deeply wanted to make a positive change. The last review was done on here 4 months ago. We have improved our service a lot and are still making improvements. I have kind of been stalking these reviews for months now waiting for a fresh one. I cannot stand getting food from the McDonald's in town, it's amazing to me that after redoing my order once they can mess it up not twice but three times in a row. Do not recommend anyone waste their money at the McDonald's in gladwin. I have been stopping here once a week for the last two months or so. Each visit I have been disappointed in the general condition of the restaurant and the inattention of the staff to both degraded condition of the establishment coupled with treatment of customers. I do not understand dirty tables, nasty drink area, and floors that really needed a broom. I don't understand a manager allowing staff to go on break with a restaurant in that shape. In past weeks, I have been there when people were on their lunch hour and one of those spent almost their entire lunch waiting for their lunch. The staff seems sadly disorganized and they don't seem managed by anyone. Today was really the last straw. Last week I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, no onion or pickle to go. What I got was a regular one and I am miles away by the time I open it. Up shot was it didn't have the onion or pickle. Today, I ordered the exact same thing.
