    Coffee mug

Stopped here late afternoon on Sunday and so glad we did! Pie to die for! Highly recommend the corned beef hash and eggs and the French toast. Coffee was served in the cutest mugs. Wait staff and owner were super nice!

One morning I had eggs with a vegetable has.

Good food, but nothing to write home about. Nice portions and home of the 99 cent coffee.

Great burger. Gets busy at times. Waitress hustles. We stop there after a benchrest match in Harrison.

Great "hometown" place to eat. I have been going there for decades and it has always been good. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

good days, not so good days...great broasted chicken, but costly compared to other places that sell the same menu items.

My Endo is going to scream when he sees I ate two of them. The food here is excellent and always has been. The best in Polish cuisine direct from the old country. They feature a lovely buffet that in all honesty, used to be much bigger. I don't much care because I'm here for the party. You don't have to go buffet. Plenty of Ala carte options from pierogis to kielbasa. Check out the extensive seafood menu. If you're getting the frog legs, I feel that the pan fried are tastier and less greasy than the deep fried. Pro Tip: First timers may want to order the Famous Polish Platter. For $18 you get Golbaki, Polish sausage, pierogis, Polish potatoes and Sauerkraut. That'll fill you up. They have full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. You can order carry-out. They even cater. When you finish eating, walk around to their cozy little market and take home some delicacies. Live music. Hopping, foot stomping polka music that makes it hard to sit still. If we weren't dancing, we were at least swaying. The staff are all wonderful. Happy faces keeping the party stoked. Just sayin' beer helps, too. One of my favourite things is all the pictures and murals of Poland on the walls. Transporting in a way! 03/25

That being picky though, the place feels welcoming and is brightly lit and feels well cared for. I ordered the Pot Roast ($20). It's described as slow roasted with carrots and onions and mashed potatoes. It was fantastic. The meat was tender and delicious. the gravy was perfect without overpowering. The carrots and onions were a great compliment. Plus the real mashed potatoes were made to perfection. Smooth, yet still had the potatoness to the texture. The taste was one of the better mashed potatoes I've had in TC. I don't know what they do th their TC Cherry Coke, but it is spectacular. Lastly for dessert I got their Lava Cake ($7), it was fine, but disappointing after such a great meal. I don't know if it was from frozen or what. However the texture was a little off andvthe taste was only okay. I wouldn't get it again. The service was very friendly and super helpful. Overall a 4 1/2 star review. Since I have to round, I'm going to forgive the dessert and give a full 5 stars. Would I return? Absolutely. Especially if I'm craving Pot Roast.

For starters, we had a fantastic server! Very friendly & helpful. I got their roll up sandwich with turkey, lettuce, swiss cheese & I added onions. The turkey was flavorful & not reminiscent of a lunchmeat style turkey. The wrap was slightly on the dry side, but definitely still edible & tasty. However, they forgot to put swiss cheese on it, which I pointed out to our server who reinterated that cheese was supposed to be on thte sandwich. She took 10% off our bill, which I told her she didn't have to do that, as I still enjoyed the sandwich, eating the entire thing. My husband got their grilled ham & cheese with fries, which he said was very tasty. He chose their white bread, which from my understanding, their bread is homemade. Now, I want to talk about their baked goods, which definitely deserve to be mentioned. They have dinner rolls, which were reminiscent of those dinner rolls you used to get at Chinese restaurants. WELL, those dinner rolls are also homemade AND taste just like the ones at Chinese restaurants, with that touch of sweetness flavor. You can get either a half dozen (or a dozen, I can't remember) for $9 & let me just tell you, they're well worth it! They had pies & cakes, which I didn't try, but I did get a half dozen of their, also homemade, cookies. $9 & change for six ginormous cookies, all of which were fantastic!! Looking forward to returning for breakfast & dinner, as I hear their fish is fabulous!
