This is the worst McDonald's open. The service is extremely poor at night. Went in the other night through the drive thru, and sat there for 7 minutes waiting for service. After 7 minutes, I thought that the speaker may have been broken, so I pull up the window and see nothing but young teenagers on their cell phones, laughing and playing games. The quality of the food the last three times I've been there, have progressively gotten worse. This is just one of a few locations in Hardin County and for sure the worst one. I understand that it's McDonald's, but this is why children shouldn't be managing other children. It's ridiculous and atmosphere is horrible. If you go inside, prepare to wait even longer. read more

#40/2023 Well it's been almost 3 years since the last time I reviewed here Fortunately it's really two and a half stars but the quality of the food today was really good so I'm going to leave it at three stars again. This is kind of a touch and go McDonald's sometimes things are really good and sometimes things aren't so good. Unfortunately the problem here is the staffing still some people are just working for the check. I came in and ordered the number one Big Mac minus pickle and onion. Also the standard medium size that comes with a number one and is always I ordered french fries with no salt. And a Coke Zero from the fountain they give you a cup I said for here eat in. They bring the food out in the bag I said don't you usually get a tray she's like oh I didn't really look at the receipt I didn't know you wanted it for here I'm thinking to myself DUH!! So I proceed to eat my food. I decided I wanted a apple pie I walk up to the counter and I order an apple pie just one. I get the pie and I look at the time stamp it's expired by 10 minutes so it's an older pie. I tell her this is expired can I get a fresh pie if you have some. The dimwit that rang me up is like oh that's not expired at all. I said yes it is it shows a time to enjoy buy it's 10 minutes fast. The retort was oh I just made these pies they're good until 10:45 p.m.. Manager comes out looks at the box and says this is expired. There were fresh pies underneath that needed to be rotated. But instead this one wants to sit here and argue the point and I'm like really why would you put a sticker on here showing what time it's good until just for decoration? So meanwhile I get my fresh pie I casually roll my eyes at goofus. The dining room was fairly clean for the most part everything else was okay but once again because the food tasted really good I'm giving it the three stars and not the two stars even though it really is two and a half. read more

Excellent service! Super fast! They were working on some things inside the drink machine, but otherwise it was a perfectly pleasant experience. They no longer have the chili sauce even though it's advertised in their window. Just throwing that out there. read more

This McDonald's is a joke. Every time I go through drive-through it doesn't matter what I order they always park me. it doesn't matter if it's a small fry or a regular hamburger or a drink they will park you even if there is nobody in line behind you that happened to me three times already on three different occasions it is ridiculous. I go through drive-through because I am in a hurry to get fast food. They should be in a hurry for their job serving the food instead I am helping their times by being Parked because everybody knows drive-through customers are on a timer trust me I used to work at McDonald's. I know how that shit works and not to mention if you are Parked you should be offered a complementary sandwich or Sunday that is the cost of an inconvenience of being part and I was never offered that management needs to be held liable for this because it is like they are being trained to park people. read more

Worst McDonald's I've had the experience of visiting In a long time. First I must commend them for trying to put a Person who is IDD in a job, but front sales register Is not a good idea, especially when it takes them 3 times longer to take an order and then are not able To enter it correctly. I made a put of speaking Slowly and putting emphasis on the words. Anyway I check my receipt and see it's wrong I try To talk to the front manager, a young lady that is Maybe 6 months pregnant and she walks past me 3 times ignoring me when I try to attract her attention To point out the error. Eventually they bring the wrong Order out to me and I then get a chance to speak To someone to correct it. Just disappointed but should I really expect more I guess not. read more

If I could give a review for daytime vs nighttime I would. During the day, I've NEVER had an issue at this location! Friendly staff, easy to get in and out and my orders are always spot on. Night however... drive through is constantly closing for seemingly no reason. It should be changed from "open 24/7" to "open when we feel like it." And even when they are open during evening hours, the orders are never right. read more

Stopped in for dinner on the road. Placed an order on the screen since no one was at the counter. Marked as dine in took a number and sat down. Waited for 15 min and no cups were given. Then they called our receipt number and had to go to the counter to get our food. Went back to sit and found we were missing a 6 piece nugget. The cashier then goes to our table and touches the bag and and points to the 6 piece nugget that came with the happy meal. Then they come out with a 10 piece for it. One customer was in the store when we got there and a line out the door before we left. Also our fries were barely warm. read more

Always super slow. Majority of the time I am parked waiting for then to bring my food out. Average for a McDonalds. Inside could use more attention, they have a lot of in and out due to being inside/next to a gas station. read more

Last three visits no unsweetened tea, did not get what was ordered, had to wait 20 minutes to get order filled and delivered, does not seem to understand what a combo meal is when ordering, could not hear drive through person over speaker read more

FAST & GOOD - I catch myself coming to this McD's on nearly every trip up, or down, I-65. It's never bad & usually good, & reasonably quick. Today, they were swamped, BUT, they had a great crew & it only took about 4 minutes. THANKS Y'all !!! read more

I gave a 2 star only because they accept credit cards and were actually open. The egg McMuffins I ordered were not hot and we're just thrown in the wrapper. Egg was cold. The meat was old and discolored. The bread wasn't even toasted. Totally ruined breakfast and wasted damn near $6.00 for this crappy breakfast. Horrible! Don't waste your time. read more
