Tried the Big Arch today and I gotta say it surprised me. I'm not even a big McDonald's guy but this burger actually impressed me. I bought it with a Big Mac just to compare and the size difference is crazy. The Big Arch is way bigger and you can tell right away. What I liked most was how the toppings were spread out better. On a Big Mac everything feels crammed into one spot but on the Big Arch every bite had a good balance of meat sauce and toppings. The Arch sauce is honestly the star though. It's tangy creamy and works really well with the thicker patties. I finished the Big Arch and was completely full. I took one bite of the Big Mac after just to compare and could barely even eat it. If they keep the Big Arch around I'd actually come back for it even though I normally don't go to McDonald's much. read more

Sweet tea wasn't sweet enough, almost tasted like water. Big Mac was great though, girl at register was nice and asked us if we wanted condiments on our burgers. read more

If I can say one thing, this store is consistent in poor customer service and management. Two drive thru lanes and my son got there with a mobile order at 10:52. They held the line until 11am and then told him they switched to lunch. Corporate needs to take a look at this location and act. read more

Advertises that it closes at 2:00 am on a Saturday night. Pulled into the drive thru at 12:15 and they cut the lights out on us. They do this all the time and close when they want. Hate this place. read more

Out in Gloucester for work and this is by far the best McDonald's I've ever had. I don't leave reviews because I assume it's McDonald's, it won't be that good anyways; but man did they prove me wrong. All burgers are warm and taste fresh, the cookies are warm, the service from the team members are nice. read more

Boy, oh, boy do I have a few stories about this place! I hate that I even have to give this place a single star. Visit number one: me and my fiance were having a day out and went inside to eat. Firstly, the person taking our order was completely rude. I wanted a milkshake and like the stereotype, the ice cream machine was broken. No problem, we went and ate our food. An obese employee walks in, goes to the front, gets some food, and joins a group of friends and begins to talk about how 'lit' and 'faded' word-for-word she got last night. Loudly. Extremely loudly. The manager comes from the back and looks at the ice cream machine, and starts bitching the employees out. Why? Because the machine wasn't broken! They just didn't refill it! Then! Oh, then! The obese employee, the manager, and the other two employees begin arguing LOUDLY behind of the counter about the ice cream machine. We left. Visit number two: my mother and I were going to a doctor and stopped there after I had my blood workup done. Our order was beyond simple: a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and an oatmeal. The employee was hateful, first of all. and as we are eating while she's driving... it becomes clear I was not given what I ordered. Instead of the BE&C, I was given some weird sausage and mayo biscuit. It was disgusting, it tasted horrible, and I threw it away. Visit number three: my fiance went through the drive through for me because McDonalds is giving Hello Kitty toys in their Happy Meals, which I happen to collect. It was the closest McDonald's and despite not wanting to give this one our business... we did. He specifically asked for different toys in all 3 meals, so I could have 3 for my collection. The employee was hateful. 'We'll do our beeessst,' she said in a hateful manner. And... all 3 toys were spitefully the same. All in all, this place isn't worth it. At all. Rude, hateful, and apparently drug-using employees, arguing, mixing up orders, and spitefulness... Go to Wendy's or drive the extra few miles to Taco Bell or KFC. read more

This location is super slow! Went through the drive thru today with 3 kids in the back. All i orders was some cookies and fries. They made me pull over and wait longer until they finally brought out the cookies but no fries. Literally was in line for 30 min. Never in my life have is waited that long and received no apology and ended up getting small orders of fries that were completely soggy and uncooked. Never ever again. read more

I have a few stories about this place. First, when I walked in there I noticed that there was a huge line on the cash register, the kiosks and quickly filling the lobby. There was no one up front. No one. Not in drive thru, not at cash register, not in lobby. I asked the person at the front of the line about long they've been waiting and they said "at least ten minutes". Where are all the workers? And then five appeared out of the room behind the register and stopped dead in front of the lobby full of people and argued who's gonna take register for a few minutes. Very loudly. Then one exclaimed "I have a hangover and don't wanna f$&@ with people today." Then disappeared behind the door. The other four just kind of walked away. One of them came back eventually. Then moved slowly. It took me (no exaggeration here) an hour and thirty minutes to move through the line. Not only was the cashier rude and shooed off anyone she couldn't understand, but was super slow. After I ordered, it took another hour to get my food. I finally got it and went to go sit down. But I couldn't because all the tables and chairs were dirty. I'm not joking when I say ALL OF THEM. So I went up front and complained after the line was totally gone. (I waited for twenty more minutes) The cashier said she'll take care of it. And didn't for another 30 minutes. And she wasn't even the one to do it, the manager was. So after the tables were cleaned, I pulled out my food and it was wrong. Totally wrong. I ordered the new signature bacon smokehouse and got a Big Mac. I took it back upfront (very angry at this point) and the manager said she's going to remake it. There's no customers in the lobby and looking at the screen, there was no one in the drive thru. I waited ten minutes for my food. This long because there was no cooks and the manager went and made it herself. As I walked away, the cashier huffed at me and gave me a nasty look. I think her name was Samantha or Sammy or something. She usually works drive thru and is incredibly rude there too. Once I went thru and she spilled my drink and said "well why didn't you grab it?" And so I demanded a new drink and she gave a gross look and forcefully gave it to me. I spent three hours in McDonald's that day. My food was wrong, the restaurant was gross, the employees were almost always missing (I don't think I saw three working at the same time) and the employees were rude. Why this place is still open is a freaking miracle. Also, that one employee should be fired. The amount of disrespect and just rude attitude is uncalled for. I've heard her sass other people before but never really made a complaint until now. Next time I go in, I'm complaining. read more

I don't know why I even come back to this place. Not only did I almost slip in the lobby, where there was no wet floor sign, their employees thought it was funny. It took 19 minutes to get our food, it came out cold, wrong and short drinks. read more

Order 2 coffee at Drive true, this lady didn't even get the order correctly and asked to pull in 1st window, took the order at 6:45 pm, at pick up window was told us to park to wait for the coffee, told 2 mins...15 mins... still no coffee, called the store ph#... it took another 5 mins to get us our coffee, then need to ask/wait fo creamer and sugar... BTW...they don't even greet you. Very poor service... read more

Slow service, staff is not exactly friendly. Typical McDonald's food - food tends to not be piping hot.
