This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Doors locked at 830pm on a Friday night. Dining area had patrons and there were people ordering food inside, as well as, the drive thru - manager ignored us and finally answered the door and yelled at us that there was only 1 person working - yet I could see at least 4 people working. Not to mention it is against the law to have doors locked from the inside when patrons are inside in case of an emergency. How are the patrons suppose to know the doors are locked when trying to leave if there is a fire or something else? Maybe if there are not enough people working to support counter work and the drive thru - they should shut one down and mange the patrons from one or the other. I have seen plenty of places with signs in their door saying dining room is closed, but drive thru is open or visa versa. (Isn't that how we were led during the pandemic - closed dining areas and kept a drive thru open). Hummm guess we didn't learn anything except let's pay people more to do less and not think. The owner/manager of this location may want to take a close look at what is going on in this McDonald's. I would be ashamed of the behavior of the employee who locked the doors and then proceeded to bark at people who were unsure of what was going on inside the store during business hours. Next time maybe I just call the police and tell them I think there is a situation as there are people inside the dining room and the doors are locked and no one is answering our knock on the door and people look completely stressed out. read more

Wow.. it's such a shame when you have a great experience the first time and then BAM, they pretty much destroy your outlook on them completely. First off, this mcdonalds was completely empty (6pm) excluding another family dining in. We ordered our food and it was just slopped together as if it was peak lunch rush hour. Behind the counter was DISGUSTING! Bags, French fries and a damn chicken nugget were all over the floor. Garbage can was over flowing and I witnessed an employee throw a pair of disposable gloves on the floor and walk away, because why the hell not?! We ordered a peppermint mocha and it was completely bland.. not peppermint to be found. We go back and tell them it was wrong... took about 10 mins to make... lol what a joke. read more

This is hands down the nicest McDonalds I've ever been to. It was super modern and there was a lot of seating. They had the touch screen Coke machines which I've never seen at a McDonalds before. The service was pretty good. The kid at the register seemed a bit unsure with what he was doing but he wasn't too slow. All of the food was fresh and it almost tasted like it came from a different supplier because it seemed better than the usual McDonalds food. Overall this was a good McDonalds location. read more

Go here if you're not on any timeframe. I drove through the drive thru around 11am sat at the speaker for 10mins (I did yell hello) until someone acknowledged me. The staff is rude they seem more focused on each other than customers. My soda was leaking probably had a hole punched in it from the employees long glittery fingernails. read more

The cashier that served us was incompetent and very rude. I ordered two icee drinks and a medium order of fries. The order took at least 10 minutes, and I had to ask another employee for my order before we received anything. When we finally got our order, the icee drinks were half melted. Also, the cashier gave us four dollars without even telling us what it was for. When we asked, she rudely replied that it was a refund. gosh first visit, . parking lot a mess of confusion no one knew how to navigate the weird parking lot. After a long wait in drive through on a not so busy day we get to order then told for our small simple order to pull into a wait slot along with several others waiting for food. Seems drive through is wait through kinda like culvers. the difference is at Culvers your food is hot. Stopped by around 1:30pm on a weekday, during early May of the Pandemic of 2020. Dining Room is closed per state order, so I did curbside pickup ordering off the McD App. Order was brought out timely, however, I was expecting more from McDonald's in terms of providing a sanitary and protective pick up experience. The employee that brought the food out was not wearing gloves and was using her bare hand to carry the soda cup with her hand and fingers fully over the top of the cup. If she is a carrier of the virus, I probably just caught it from her contaminating the entire top of the cup. To top it off, she never delivered a straw. I attempted to use hand sanitizer on the lid and wipe down the exterior of the cup, but I know it was almost impossible to clean properly. The food itself was very average and not very fresh tasting. I've been to this McDonald's many times and I would have to say this is probably the worst one in Ozaukee County without question. I would compare this one to probably the one on Brown Deer Rd in Milwaukee or Green Bay Rd in Brown Deer (which I believe may now be closed). If you're in Ozaukee County, I would recommend the Grafton McDonald's on Falls Rd. read more

This McDonald's location has always disappointed me whether it's the service or the quality of the food. The only reason why it got 2 starts is because today when I went a man named Chris was super friendly and nice. He got us our food on time. It was the best experience I had there yet. decided to try this location for the first time to see if it was any better than the other locations in grafton and cedarburg. i ordered the bacon smokehouse crispy chicken sandwich with large coke and large fries. i was given a medium coke (didn't bother arguing this because i didn't get charged for the large fries and drink) and told to park in a spot to wait for my food. finally, 17 minutes after i placed my order at the speaker i received my food. get home and the sandwich is soggy, underdressed (very little sauce or toppings), and room temperature. the fries were fresh so that's the only reason they don't get a 1 star review. this was during peak dinner hours, but they were by no means getting slammed with orders at the time. parking lot was sparse, only two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. don't waste your time. it might be right off of i-43 but there's better options nearby. read more

This McDonalds was okay our service was fast but when we placed our order we got one cup and was supposed to come with 2 cups I placed an order of 2 large mochas 1 smoothie and a kids cup along with a large sweet tea I did not receive my sweet tea cause it was behind the counter I did not get my kids cup instead I got 2 smoothies and when I let our cashier know he said " it's alright" and did not give us a kids cup and charged us extra for the smoothie. I went to this mcdonalds on 7/26/18 at 10:12am. This was my first time at this mcdonald's. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. When i got up to the window to pay and receive my food, the window was wide open but nobody greeted me for a good 10 minutes. Seems ridiculous right? Ive worked at a mcdonald's before when i was 14. Drive times are crucial. When i received my order the lady never said "hi how are you" instead she said " Lord help me i knew i should have called in today". no "have a good day" after getting out of the drive thru lane i opened my bag to find a sandwich i did not order and an iced coffee that tasted appalling. Unfortunately the cashiers name is not on my receipt and I was not about to turn around and go through that awful experience all over again.
