Your restaurant at 417 Michigan Ave, number 3124, was disgustingly filthy. Not only was nearly every table filthy but cups and refuse littered the tables. What's more, you couldn't even provide clean trays (I asked--was there a short of trays? no. just no clean ones). I got very few fries for what should've been a medium and a lukewarm big mac. It took 20 MINUTES to wait in line behind 3 people, that's right, 3, as "uber" orders cut in front of me three times, and they were all of them two-bag, massive orders. wtf? guess u dont' care about humans anymore just uber. Then, when I reported how filthy it was, the clerk didn't even deign to apologize. UNSANITARY conditions not to mention awful - or nonexistent- customer service. $6.89 well spent, huh? they should refund my money. Well, since already filthy, I just left my half-eaten burger as an early Christmas present for employees who can't clean. Merry Christmas! read more

So I got here at ten o clock on a beautiful Sunday.I came this morning with my dear son. We were just gonna get breakfast and we're sitting there and It takes roughly about an hour of waiting then we got food and was cold!!! Which I thought was weird because we didn't tell them to make it cold.. turns out we actually love cold food!!!. Oddly enough they also knew we loved waiting, which is just like slay, I support that. Waiting is so cute. .
