Its Thursday 1AM and i go thru the drive thru. it takes the guy 4 times to get my order and then when we get to the window to pay we had to wait about 3 minutes so that he could finish texting. When we went to pay We gave him the debit card and he handed back our receipt with the wrong order on it again. We tried to get his attention but he was to busy already back on his phone. This is really sad. MANAGERS, You know that you can request that cell phones be turned off and even put away during your employees working hours. It might just raise your horrible rating. The ice cream machine is usually broken. It's hard to believe that every time they fix the ice cream machine, that it breaks again soon after. They claim they are open 24 hours a day, but if you go between 2-5am, there is a good chance they are wont serve you. The night shift employees are usually friendly, but sometimes hostile. read more

In drive thru, a sign stated that if a chicken sandwich was not suggested, it is FREE. At the end of my order, after I was given the total, I asked if I qualify for the promotion. I was told that that particular sandwich was not in stock. So, I asked if there were any other(chicken)sandwiches available. I was told that the sign only meant a specific chicken sandwich. I re-read the sign & suggested it be covered/taken down and was told, "If ya'll just driving up just hoping to get a free chicken sandwich, that's acting thirsty and weird!". Then I was asked if I wanted my order or did I just come to get a free sandwich, she went on to say that this will not be explained it to me again because it was just explained "a million times over and this is the end of it [the conversation] right here". She identified herself as the 3rdshift manager when asked for her name.. with the insults , the tone (yelling/rudeness) that was used and overall customer service that I was given, I'm sure to visit again and tell my friends about it(!!!). #LostACustomer read more

This has got to be the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. It doesn't matter if you walk in or drive through- you are going to wait. Think you will stop real quick and grab a coffee on your way to work? Don't do it- you WILL be late. Unmotivated workers with no hustle whatsoever. Ugh my worst McDonald's experience yet! I just moved to Michigan and I was told that this store is no good. I didn't believe it at first thinking McDonalds is always nice. I went in on a Thursday night at around 9:00pm to get some chicken sandwich. The line at the drive thru was going too slow so decided to go inside to order. There was a person before me waiting for at least 10 mins after I got in line, and I honestly thought his order was already being prepared so I was being patient. Little did I know that he was still waiting for a crew member to take his order! When it was my turn, the same thing happened and it took me 30 mins to get my order. I understand that the store can get busy but I hope they inform the customers about the LONG WAIT TIME - especially at night when there are less than 10 customers at a time. I can't imagine ordering in the morning when there are tons of customers! Yikes. The store is also SMELLY and DIRTY. Trash everywhere! The counters are as sticky as the floors. Yo! Who ever was working at the Michigan St. McDonald's tonight deserves some accolades. The restaurant was insanely busy. Cars lined up to the street. The workers were clearly swamped, but they kept plowing through the mess. During the few moments when I could see through the pick up window I could see one worker quickly multitasking in a professional and efficient manner. Our order wasn't screwed up even though I'm sure there were plenty of opportunities for such an event to happen. I recently moved to the area and hadn't been to a McDonald's since moving here, so I was pleased to see how convenient the location was. The service was pretty good, and I made it back to the bus stop within ten minutes. But the fries were cold and mushy, they got my simple "no pickles" request wrong, and the burger ended up giving me food poisoning. Now, I used to work at a McDonald's back home and I know that these three things should NOT have been overlooked, as they are all relatively easy to spot. Yet, they served it to me anyways. I have been to most of the fast food and fine dining restaurants near my home. After eating at all of them, it became quite evident that McDonald's pales in comparison to all of them. It's not like I am expecting some sort of luxurious experience, but for god sake, they lack even when compared to places like Popeye's and Burger King. I cannot count the amount of time that I have come to a McDonald's drive-through, with my hungry family, just to leave with a below-average meal and sometimes the wrong order. If I could give it negative stars I would. My boyfriend and friends went here to pick up some fast food before picking me up from work. The food took so long that my boyfriend had time to come pick me up and bring me back to the restaurant and our friends were still waiting for our food. Over 50 minutes for a chicken snack wrap and some fries. My fries were lukewarm, my boyfriend's burger bun was soggy. My friend got half his meal and they told him the rest was coming. It never came. It actually dropped off of the list of in progress orders without being completed. All of the fries tasted stale and cold. When my friend demanded a refund because his food NEVER GOT FINISHED the manager gave him attitude. Acted like he was being massively inconvenienced by having to deal with my friend, argued against a refund, blamed everything from his staff to the line of customers. We eventually got out food and my friend got his refund but did it have to be so hard? It's just fast food! And at least one of the guys behind the counter looked stoned. Seemed as though they ordered a lot so I didn't care because that usually means the food will be hot . I was told at the window "cash only". I said I didn't have any cash and she repeated "2.36$ is your total". Again I said I didn't have cash. As I was scrambling though my change in my car this lady was like "give me your card I'll see if it goes through" well it did! What kind of scam are they running?!!
