Being the only easily accessible fast food joint that kids will love, makes this place a busy spot on your trip through Grants. Service is a hit or miss but the newly remodeled inside provides a great atmosphere. The drive through is always busy and the inside is almost the same. Time wise, expect, to spend 10-20 minutes for food. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. This spot has some construction going on and the drive though line was very long at 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Both drive though menus had a nuggets and fries for 2 bundle - 20 nuggets and a basket of fries - for $8.99. However they said that wasn't available but I could order 20 nuggets and a large fry for $10+ dollars. I asked for ranch but they rang up BBQ then had an attitude when I asked for the ranch. The cashier was talking to another employee the whole time and barely mumbled the charge amount before quickly swiping my credit card and going back to her conversation. They second window only handed me 2 packets so I had to ask for more and they managed to give me another 2 packets. If you want McDonald's I definitely recommend finding a different one. read more

Ok, Yes, this is a 5 star review for a McDonalds, no joke. When going through New Mexico if you are lucky enough to pass by Grants you MUST , I repeat MUST stop and get a double green chili cheeseburger!!! I was told they don't have them all over New Mexico but this burger is the freaking bomb!!!! It's not like any other McDonald's burger I have ever had, in fact it is like a burger I would pay bucks for! It's juicy and yummy and amazing! Sometimes the chili bites and sometimes it doesn't so it's a surprise lol. Seriously though, Grants, New Mexico a must stop! Your welcome! read more

Traveling to TX, & stopped here for lunch. Usually don't do a review for McDonald's, but every employee we dealt with (3 in all), were so helpful & friendly. The restaurant was clean & bathrooms nice & clean too. Food was McDonald's (which we like), & was hot. The Coke was really good - many times those fountain drink dispensers are not set right & the Coke tastes bad, but this one was perfect. read more

The manager, Sonia, needs to chill! She was extremely rude to one of her employees in front of customers. Her employee is an elderly female with a cane, who was instructed by another employee to stay in the front and help clean because they don't want her slipping on a wet floor in the back house. Sonia, went up to this elderly lady and said "you either do dishes or go home!" I'm assuming she doesn't know what Americans with disabilities act is. How rude!!! Absolutely terrible... here it is Sunday 3 PM. Waited in line for 25 minutes to place our order. it's not like they were busy just SLOW like molasses. I asked what's the holdup and the gal just blinked. we got to the pickup window the next gal said it'll be a few more minutes. OMG can you believe it. finally, 1 combo arrived, and the gal said to pull up because the other burger wasn't done. UNREAL. because we had to wait again our fries, they gave us were cold and burgers burnt. sloppy service and crappy food. oh, and they forgot our straws. McDonalds you suck. you don't even deserve 1 star. come on McDonalds reply to my complaint ... I'd love to hear your response. read more

This is a really nice McDonald's! All our food was delicious and our order correct. And it was very clean!! Here are a couple cons: no mirror in the restroom (might seem silly, I know, but that's a major minus when your on a long road trip) also, people are forced to use the kiosk for ordering. I noticed this making several customers upset. Wasn't an issue for us, but I don't it should be quite so forced. Great McDonald's overall! read more

The service at this McDonalds was probably the best service we have ever had. The people in the kitchen and working the counter were so fast, efficient and friendly. The food, was hot and flavorful. I'm not a fan of McDonald's food, but this one offers a terrific breakfast burrito featuring hatch chilies. Service was prompt, accurate, and friendly. The food met my expectations, and the coffee lived up to their reputation of having good coffee. We plan to return tomorrow for an Egg McMuffin. My only complaint was the long take out line, which congested traffic in their parking lot. But they have a large parking lot and we managed. read more

Good place to stop but they aren't doing breakfast past 11am! Every McDonald's I stopped at from 800 miles away except this place served breakfast all day long. They claimed it was due to the pandemic but must be due to something else! I was craving for some breakfast food and it was not much past 11am....oh well I ended up only getting coffee and then going to the next McDonald's much further away that serves breakfast all day! Just an awful meal. I can' t remember the last time I had MCD, but I think it hasn't been long enough. I was running late for a meeting and needed something quick. I wasn't in the mood for a burger so I purchased nuggets. Each of the 3 (of my 10 pieces) were full of cartilage...just disgusting. I threw the rest out. I stopped around seven in the morning after a long night on the road to get coffee and something to eat. I walked into the lobby totally missing the sign outside that the lobby was closed due to renovations. Inside I noticed the renovations that were going on and noticed a sign that stated that you had to order on line. I didn't have my cell phone with me and proceeded to ask someone behind the counter how else I can place an order. I was ignore by everyone there. I continue to get the attention of whom I believe was a manager, (he was wearing a grey shirt and black pants ) I asked him how could I place an order, and with a very strong hispanic accent he yelled at me to get out. He continued to belittling me by asking me, can't you read, there's a sign outside you can't be here, and he yelled at me to get out again. I calmly walked outside filling humiliated. No coffee and a bad taste in my mouth for being treated so poorly. But am glad I didn't ordered anything there. None of the employees were wearing face masks. I will never stop at this particular McDonald's as long as that manager works there. He should not be working in customer service. read more

Fast, friendly, accurate I'm not sure what you expect out of your McD's but that's more than i expected... i had a long day at work and was forced to do an unexpected trip to the Grants area to fix some network issues. i was starving by the time i finally finished so i decided to swing into the first place i saw. I was extremely impressed and shocked. You can go to 1,000,000 fast food places and you won't find the level of cleanliness, customer service, and general excellence in service that I found here. The general manager was there supporting his staff, serving customers their food to their tables, and all of the staff was courteous and kind. The food was good and the bathrooms, floors, and tables were all clean. Major props to this McDonald's. Highly recommend stopping by off of 40. read more

I have to say that as fast food goes - this McDonalds goes over the top in terms of customer service. It was great to see this focus on the customers. When eating fast food it just has to be quick and ideally accurate in terms of the order. This place was certainly fast and well run. We even saw the manager stepping up to get folks their food. Instead of calling people up to the counter he was keeping track of who ordered what and brought it to them. There was an impressive level of teamwork at this location. It is rare that I give any McDonalds a review, but this one deserves kudos! While the exterior grounds were a mess the store was clean. This is the most disgusting place I have every walked into. Infested with flies . . The kid at the counter had to wave his hands around the entire time I was ordering.
