The two ladies who were working the drive through today first and second window (9/02/26) around 3:30pm were such a delight!! I was quite upset and their amazing customer service made my whole day. Very friendly and smiley it was so refreshing to experience!! The food was fabulous and was ready super fast. My double cheese burger was delicious and my happy meal made me happy. Zero is more appropriate. Today I accidentally ordered from this poor excuse for a restaurant again. The last time I wound up leaving without food because I had to leave and staff weren't responding. Today, the exact same thing happened. I sent a message to McDonald's last time, and never heard back. Now I know why. This place is only standing because people don't know before they order. I ALWAYS use the app so that the process will be quick and easy. I have no problem at other McDonald's. After waiting for 10 min in the drive through (I only ordered a medium fry), i was able to pull out and park. I went inside, and heard from a woman at the counter that she had been trying to get someone's attention for help, but nobody ever comes to the register. We saw someone walk by, an older African American gentleman in a dress shirt and slacks, and he looked directly at me after I said, "excuse me". Then he turned and walked behind the wall (it blocks the view of the kitchen). I finally had to leave empty-handed, again, because I had an appointment. I had lots of time beforehand to make a 5 min stop at McDonald's, but i wound up being late to the hospital, and had to come without food for my kiddo! Stay away from this one, guys! read more

This McDonald's is GARBAGE! Always an issue. Now they promised me a refund since they cancelled my breakfast order because I was stuck behind a slow person and didnt get to the 2nd window until 10:32am, I already got my receipt at the 1st window and told the lady this at the 2nd window and she said no it will be charged back to your card. I knew it wasnt gonna be and now I am charged, lost time waiting, and never even got my damn food. Avoid this crappy ass location if possible. Always a problem 75% of the time read more

They built a wall that looks so out of place it can only serve one purpose; so they don't have to see all the customers that get disappointed! There's more employees hanging out in the dining area then customers! The orders are always messed up and good luck trying to get help ... (they can't and don't want to see you) The outside lights are always off and it just looks sketchy and dangerous at night read more

Worked for a quick breakfast. The pancake meal with a coffee helps. When out on the road, this is one of my "usuals." We are all people of pattern seeking habits. Hence why I was glad to have this, before going a hundred miles plus. It definitely helped with getting a good start. This location is quite clean. Also it's never too busy which I enjoy. Every time here have been immediately greeted. The parking area is decent. As for the drive thru I'm not sure how it is, but will update next time visiting perhaps. I've had a better McDonald's experience elsewhere. While my order was accurate and the crewperson who took the order was friendly, there were some problems. The hash browns were overdone. The egg white mcmuffin was underdone. And the coffee cup had a slow leak in the bottom. It's a large restaurant and it was very clean. A small bunch of the senior coffee crowd was here getting their breakfast. Odd entrance that requires a good few turns to get to and from the Interstate. read more

The two young men I dealt with were very personable and helpful. I wanted iced coffee with extra sugar and the guy taking my order asked me exactly how many extra pumps of liquid sugar I wanted and we joked around about how extra sugar is certainly not the most unhealthy thing you can get at a fast food restaurant. The guy who made and brought my coffee, said " iced coffee, four extra pumps of sugar, I got you!" Just really friendly and made my day. read more

Absolute worst McDonald's ever. Live close by and visit this location on occasion. Every single time I've been there recently I've waiting at least 10 mins. There is nothing fast food about this place. Staff is rude and could care less that you wait at the intercom forever without being greeted or just the fact that you have to wait 10+ mins to get your food. I would consider driving 5-10mins out of the way just to avoid the frustration and rudeness of this McDonald's. Corporate needs to get involved and fix this issue that is only getting worse. read more

We asked if they had oreo mcflurries and they said no but we do have strawberry shortcake and m&m kind so we ordered one of each and then we wait in the long line for them to tell us that they didn't have any mcflurries available. Nice since they just remodeled this McDonald's. Never have had an issue with my order at the Drive thru which is rare to say the least at any Drive-thru!! The employees are mostly always polite and pleasant to deal with. They do tend to be a busy McDonald's but because they know this they are always adequately staffed and have enough employees on hand to handle to business. I actually recommend this McDonald's if you are going to eat fast food. read more

I got a bacon quarter pounder with cheese, and it had mold on the bottom bun.. no biggie right? I took it back up, they remade it and the mold was now on the top bun. After two buns with mold.. Absolutely terrible service, they will ignore 1 lane of the drive thru while letting the other one have multiple cars go through and order. The simplest of orders are 90% wrong. The workers at the window are constantly horse playing and not caring about the customers. The 1 diamond in the rough there is a elderly woman who works the drive thru. She is the best McDonald's worker i have ever came across but even with that, the place doesn't even warrant a 1 star rating. I do not jump to conclusions after 1 bad experience, this has been an on going problem for the past couple years and tonight was the breaking point when i arrived at the drive thru and was told to give them a few a moments and they would be with me shortly, that was fine i was in no rush. 15 min later another woman gets on the speaker and says, sorry about the wait but this store is closed. Mind you it was 10:20 when i arrived. The drive thru doesn't close until 12:00, I knew they were not closed, I knew arguing will get you nowhere so i just pulled away and parked my car in the parking lot across the street just to see if they were really closed. I consider myself very forgiving when it comes to McDonalds food because of the convenience of their locations. However, I think I have reached my limit with this location. The employees seem to be nice. The food, however, is horrible. We ordered two cheeseburgers and the buns were hard. I ordered a McGriddle another time and again, the bread was hard as if it were stale and/or toasted. Also, when I order Unsweet tea, the majority of the time, I will be given sweet. The convenience of the location is being outweighed by the inconvenience of receiving the wrong drinks and inedible food. I do not recommend this location. read more

I visited this location on February 17th and upon entry there was one cashier who seemed to be having some difficulty getting a customers order right and needed the manager's assistance. No problem everyone needs to learn somewhere. So after about 5 minutes another cashier steps up to take an elderly couple's order in front of me. After another 5 minutes they were done. I step a little closer and the second cashier walks away from the counter to go get other orders so I step back. The first cashier has finally finished up now and I once again step up and then she just completely walks away! Now I've waited a total of 15 minutes for 2 customers to order food! I only came inside to order since the drive thru window was backed up and thought it would be quicker. I guess I should have just waited in the drive thru as the first and second cashier never came back to the counter to help me so I just ended up walking out! I guess I'll just go to the Walmart McDonald's from now on as their customers never get ignored! read more
