Fountain sodas are always flat and Gf and me within an hour after eating were both in the bathroom for the rest of the day when we got home. We loved Jersey Mike's. We frequented this location at least a couple times a week. We stopped going over a year ago when we received sub after sub made ignoring our instructions (for example "no tomatoes "). We finally returned a month ago (hoping the previous problems were due to a bad employee). We ordered multiple times a week this past month. The rolls are getting smaller and smaller and no longer cover the contents of the sandwich. 4 out of 6 sandwiches fell apart because the roll was too small to hold the sandwich together. I admit every sub came just as ordered and was fresh, but unfortunately we will not be returning until more appropriately sized rolls are used. At over $11 for a sub it's just too expensive for a sub that falls apart. read more

Had our first visit here today at a filthy unkept store. The countertops were dirty. The tables were all dirty and the employees were sitting behind the counter talking when there were no customers instead of taking care of the place. The sandwich that we received had so much mustard on it. We had to bring it back and have them give us new bread. Children running a business is not working. read more

I love a good, fresh sub and Jersey Mike's does not disappoint! When you order, they cut the meat and cheese right then to ensure it is fresh. They have fresh toppings and will add oil and vinegar to your sub which I highly recommend. They also have a selection of hot subs such as a cheesesteak. I have been told they are amazing. I haven't tried one because that fresh sliced meat and cheese always reels me in! But based on the looks of the cheesesteak, I will definitely be trying one in the future! I am from Philly so I am picky about subs. I know the difference between a hoagie and a grinder. This place isn't philly but its the best you will get for the area and they have a good selection of hot and cold subs. Get the Italian subs and other cold subs Mike's Way. Cheesesteak is good, not quite an amorosa roll but close.. Portions and prices are good also. Just another "sub" shop. In at 12:30 on a Tuesday. No line at all and thought to myself "sweet, quick in and out" I was wrong. Took a while to get my big kahuna and chipotle cheese steak. I know they have to dry it up but still took longer than expected for a lunch break. When I get my big kahuna, I open it and it's a sloppy mess. Rather than to complain about it, I attempted to eat it. It was very bland and tasted like cheese. That's all, melted cheese. Yes I know it comes with extra cheese but damn! I want some flavor too! I don't come here very often because I think you pay for the name and not the product. The ham is cheap grocery store deli ham sliced thin to "look" good. They slice all meats and cheeses on the same slicer with out cleaning it before. Real delis don't do this. They have a slicer for dairy and one for meats. Glad I'm not lactose! Ok been here for nearly an hour now and not one employee has come out to clean a table. I can count 7 dirty tables. In fact I cleaned mine before I sat down also. This place is super hospitable with a chick-fil-a-esque atmosphere. The manger offered to let me taste the sauce on the sub before ordering just to make sure I like it. It's a little on the pricey side as far as a cafeteria style sub shop goes; however, the portions are huge. I had the buffalo chicken sub which was pretty good. Being the first time I have ever went to a Jersey Mike's Subs this place was horrible. The sandwiches initially looked amazing as they were being made my husband and I placed our order I got a chicken Philly kahuna my husband got a steak Philly kahuna. As we moved up and could see the toppings I immediately changed my mind as well as my husband to not add the lettuce. The lettuce was piled high but all brown and they were just piling it on to people sandwiches. The tomatoes some of them looked very mushy and were brown. My husband ate his sub after he ate his stomach was feeling queasy. This was around 1230 yesterday Sunday, January 12th. My husband didn't feel so well throughout the afternoon at around 4:30 PM he was vomiting. It seems that he got food poisoning from the food at this location. It must have been the steak because I did not get sick from mine and the only difference from the two were steak and chicken. I am sure the steak was probably bad just like the tomatoes and lettuce. Remind me we will never attempt a Jersey Mike's Subs restaurant again that was our one and only visit and the rotten food did is in. read more

I recommend Jersey Mike's. For my first visit, I tried number 17: Jersey Mike's Famous Philly with grilled onions, peppers and white American cheese. It was really good. Subs are delicious! It's all about the bread which is a step or three above Subway. Meats are sliced per order, right in front of you. Very diverse menu. I've tried the Big Kahuna and the Rueben Sub, both very good. My favorite is turkey and provolone. "Mike's Way" is your favorite meat with lots of oil and vinegar and spices which is a delicious choice if your eating there. To avoid a soggy roll with carry-out ask for less. If you pay with credit card you have to navigate through a TIP screen which prompts you to choose a certain percentage of the bill as the cashier is watching. You can choose $0 if you like which totally ruins the pleasant experience up until that point. I don't know if this is common at all Jersey Mike's locations but having a sandwich shop/deli/sub shop beg for a tip is uncomfortable. Tips in the restaurant service industry were meant for wait staff who bring everything to your table. Lose the tip screen, pay your staff appropriately, and the place is perfect. read more

The Subs are pretty good, depending on who make it for you. I find that the amount of vinegar and oil added, when you ask for "Mike's Way", is too much. The food.has always been wonderful, but I had a horrible experience with this location. I ordered a cheese steak sub with lettuce, pickles, and mustard. I am very picky on what I like and when i got home, I opened my sub only to notice it was made completely wrong. It had mushrooms and some brown sauce on it with onions. I called and they said they would make another and I could pick it up. I drove back to the store , which took 15 min each way, only to find that my sub was given to another customer and I had to wait again! The cook made my sub and brought it to me himself. He was very nice, but I did not recieve any clear apology...just people blaming each other. They gave me a 1$ off my next coupon "in case I wanted to come back again".
