I stopped going to this location because of the service. I wanted a filet of Fish and decided to go to this location again because it was on the way. I ordered a filet meal with extra tartar sauce. I received a fish with no tartar sauce the box was clearly marked xtra tartar so I didn't check before leaving. The fries were cold. So nothing has changed. The service still sucks. read more

Ok so I have a few issues from my visit on 9/21/23 1. The manager was so rude! He was cussing at his employees! 2. There was almost a fist fight 3. There was vaping 4. My food took 30 mins to get out and half of my food was wrong. I ordered a double bacon qpc meal large with a coke and a pb crunch mcflurry. My fries were burnt and hard as a rock, My burger had plastic in it. You guys are so rude and treat other people without any ounce of respect or common courtesy. Your hours say you're open till 11, I came around 10:15. I tried going to the speaker, no answer. Not a big deal, whatever. I drive around the building and see 4 different employees in there. Im clearly motioning and giving them eye contact to either please help me with my order or if you're closed, just tell me that so I can leave. But y'all proceeded to ignore and not make eye contact, giving no freaking explanation. Treated me like I was invisible. I specifically said that I can't have bacon and asked if they could take it off. They said yes. The end result is this: a box of seemingly plain fries with bacon on top (literally only three fries had cheese on them). Their tea is ALWAYS disgusting. It tastes like sugar water. these guys will give you black coffee whenever you ask for a hot mocha, they just put whip cream on top w/chocolate drizzle on the whip cream, no !!! I've been here many times simply because it's the closest McDonalds to my place... and it is by far the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Every time I've been here, it's never packed or busy, just slow. It doesn't matter if it's the drive thru or if you go inside. The employees have always been nice though read more

Shenanigans. I literately just spent almost a half hour at the drive-thru. The employees must have given my order to someone else or something. Waited for almost 10 minutes at the window and then they made me wait in the drive through parking for over 10 minutes until I went back through the drive-thru to get my money back after no one offered me my food. All for some glazed chicken tenders. Shame on me for even wanting to try this. Seriously, we all have a craft and we all work hard, but the team tonight was akin to a paraplegic racing in a hundred yard dash. These people, no doubt, work hard. But tonight they failed. The only saving grace was the manager who gave me my refund, and I do thank her for that. And to think, I downloaded an app just to state my experience. That says a lot. This was the worst McDonald's service I have ever experienced. One of the employees barged into the bathroom and told me to leave and said I was taking too long, and said that I could not have any of my personal stuff on the doors. She also refused to get out of my face while holding the door (during Coronavirus) while forcing me to leave, and her mask wasn't even half on, which means she broke the laws they have for McDonald's employees. This store never gets your order correct and most times the food is cold. I tried the one in Willow Oaks and it was about the same. Order was wrong and the food was cold. It doesn't do any good to go to the drive through because you're going to have to park and go inside to get you order straight. I'm done with McDonalds. read more
