Went there at 10:30AM, their menu had switched to lunch, tried to order a McDoublr bundle. They asked if we wanted breakfast, so asked if they were still serving and they said they were done with it. So asked about the bundle again, she said there would be a wait. I asked how long and she said she didn't know. I've never been to a fast food restaurant that doesn't prepare lunch at lunch time and trying to order lunch gets asked if you want breakfast, then can't even serve breakfast. Terrible service, didn't even decide to eat there. Also the car that was already in the drive through was still waiting minutes after we had tried to order, so they have got to be pretty slow. read more

The food was what I expected from McDonald's; however, the service was absolutely horrible. The girl who took my money in the drive thru said nothing to me. Then the girl who brought out my food (after waiting for several minutes in a parking spot) just handed me my bag and walked away. I said, "Thank you," but she acted like it was my fault she had to walk my food out to the car. She obviously doesn't like her job and may need to find something different. read more

The best McDonald's food I've had in such a long, long time. Ordered the 2 cheeseburgers meal with large sweet tea no ice with no mustard and ketchup on the burgers. Fries are piping hot. Decided to give them another shot thinking they couldn't be worse. I was wrong. 36 minutes to get my online order while I watched the staff sitting in the dining room. I finally got my food and they just gave up halfway through a burger. There's a top bun and no bottom. Way to step your game up fry jockeys, the picture just went to corporate. read more

Went through the other night. Spent 25 for waiting to even place my order at least 10 minutes. Waited at the window another 10 or so minutes with about 6 to 8 cars behind me. Then they asked me to drive and park and wait. Nope. No way. I'll sit right here. Rude staff. Didn't give me all the fries they came with the combos and when I told them they want to see my ticket. Ummm you never gave me my ticket. So they put the other fry in there. Won't ever go back. Maybe if they cut their mile long nails they might be able to get some work done. And why are employees in the food business allowed now to wear multi color wigs down to their butt swinging around food and not either under a cap or pulled up. Horrible management apparantly. This McDonald's has been in our town how long! Long enough you'd think that a lady taking orders would know that you know they are serving breakfast or not! I left in time to get breakfast for my kids and just because someone doesn't want to work, you lie to someone who has lived here forever. But then again I should of known! And when I called and asked for a manager I got "speaking" in the most unprofessional tone possible which is why I'm making this post because I've already been lied to once this morning so I'm pretty sure I wasn't speaking with a manager! And if I was they need more training to! Just because we come from backgrounds of struggle doesn't mean you can't learn to act and speak like a manager when working! And after I told her what just happened, the response was, "I'll handle it" in a lower tone as if she wasn't the manager or was talking to the girl who lied to me! Either way there was no offer to fix it if I wanted breakfast or anything! All these changes adding business we need to swap this one it's been here long enough and we constantly have issues! A pretty amazing young man seemed to be a floating customer service rep: this young man saw my wife's cane slip on the rain slick sidewalk ... As the wife entered the store, he met her with a paper towel and dried the rubber tip on her cane. Later he was dry mopping, and interrupted his chore to open and hold the bathroom door for me. As we were leaving, he opened the door for us both. The food was the usual McD's fast food. But it was fast, hot, and fresh ... Very good coffee. Roy read more

I have eaten at alot of McDonalds in my life....but this one in Hawkinsville is the best.....I don't know why but the double hamburgers are the best....the bun is always soft and fresh....why double hamburger.... cause that's all I eat. read more

We were a group of 10 coming back from a a job site and wanted to grab some food to go before getting on the road for the next hour and a half. It was about mid noon when we stopped by here, you can tell this place gets a lot of business by the amount of traffic that passes. Not too busy inside though, but they were friendly and got all orders and we were out the door quickly! The food was average for McDonald's standards, but was good. This place is AWFUL!!! The cashier was taking fries out of my son's happy meal bag and eating them right in front of us at the window. The manager was standing right beside her, and didn't even say anything to her after we addressed the issue. Tried to call to get a number for someone higher, and she popped an attitude!!! read more
