If you do call I suggest you leave a detailed message of the cake you are ordering. But, you can walk in and pick out a cake out of the cooler and they will write a message on it for you. The door is open before hours to allow employees in but you can not order anything before the opening hour. Once we picked out our cake and had a message written on it we were on our way. Staff was friendly and upbeat. We did get there at 10:30 when they opened so there was not yet a long vehicle line at the drive thru. We picked up a Blizzard chocolate peanut butter cup cake and everyone agreed it was delicious. They do have minimum amounts of premade ice cream treats in the freezer for walk ins.
