Not the worst McDonald's I have been too. They were extremely busy. Friendly staff. Service was great.

The wait to the speaker box took about 10 minutes. The lady I spoke with at the speaker box was kind, we then had to wait again to get our drinks. The wait does take awhile, but I think that is due to the location with no other food places around for a while so everyone stops here. The drinks were good though. read more

Drive through has invisible curb at night. Clearly I'm not the first to discover it in the dark after damaging two (2) tires. This is the absolute worst McDonald's you can come across. The service is absolutely terrible, I went and got a smoothie and it was only 3/4 full and wasn't nearly blended enough. And on the same order they gave me a chicken nugget short. I call to leave a complaint and they couldn't even answer the phone. Also, I came here about a year ago and they charged me twice because apparently the card reader "wasn't working correctly" and I never got my money back. OK, I get it. It is a McDonalds. On a scale of 1-5, we never walk in with more of an expectation than a 2. Heck, I typically don't even review McDonald's... but this one was bad enough, it needs to be called out. Stopped in for two large iced teas. That's it folks, that is the order. Two large unsweet iced teas. Nothing more. $2 + tax. This is THE EASIEST order of all times. I waited 10 minutes... TEN MINUTES... at a register while multiple staff walked by and refused to make eye contact. Finally, what I assume was some assistant manager pointed at one of the many staff members (overstaffed comes to mind here...) and pointed at them to take my order. With a heavy sigh of inconvenience, they complied. Ashton was the lucky staff that got to take my order. Now keep in mind there is a line of people behind me waiting to give their orders and a PILE of people waiting for food that are not being served their orders that had already been paid for... ...I place my order, two large unsweet iced teas... ...I pay for my order, note you, this is a 'serve yourself' situation at the drink station... ...I'm handed my receipt, the cups are 12" from Ashton's hands... ...I look up expecting two large cups... ...I'm told I'll have to WAIT FOR MY NUMBER TO BE CALLED... 1. Drinks are self-serve. 2. There are at least 10 other people waiting for their food, that have been waiting for 10+ minutes. 3. Handing me two cups, 12" from your hands isn't "cutting in line" and most certainly would not be frowned upon by ANYONE ON THIS PLANET. 4. I'm not waiting to be served, I'm just wanting to get my teas and leave. 5. WHAT SENSE DOES THIS MAKE?!?!?! I would be one less body standing around, impatiently, waiting for my order! Admittedly after minutes of standing to the side, STUNNED, I realized the absolute ridiculousness of the situation. I looked at the 'assistant manager' who was standing, leaned against the wall, on their cell phone and simply said "I'm serving myself". I took my two cups, filled my teas, and left. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was heading to Fort Worth, and I always stop here because McDonald's is the only thing I can really eat while driving. I ordered my food on the mobile app, and I went in to wait for my order. 20 minutes later, my husband went to ask someone about our order. They said they didn't have that order. He asked if there's anything they could do, and the girl said she'd get her manager. The manager, Mary, approached us like we were a problem she needed to get rid of. My husband asked me to come over to talk to Mary, and she said, "I don't know what to tell you!" And then informed me that another girl, with somehow the SAME EXACT NAME, ORDER, AND ORDER NUMBER, came in and already picked up our order. She said it like she was accusing me of trying to trick them. After adding 40 minutes to our ETA (now we won't get there until after 10 PM), I was so angry and upset by her unwillingness to help us fix HER mistake, so we just walked out. Now I'm out $12 and 40 minutes of my life. Mary, if you're reading this, please do better. I've never met a manager with such little customer service! All we wanted was our meal. Ordered one Carmel Frappe at the window and waited 20 minutes for them to tell us to move from the window and park in reserved parking. Every thing on the menu is over 100 calories, that's not good for someone who isn't looking to become a fatty. The lady was so nice and patient with me as I was indecisive on what to order. I originally wanted the fish sandwich, but them calories were too much. I ended up choosing a cookie for 100 calories and a small fry. I got my sister a mcdouble with small fry as well. The wait time was the longest and I didn't have the world to wait patiently. I hated waiting that long honestly since we really needed to get on the road to Houston. I went into Mcdonald's at the loves in Hearne Tx. I placed my order on the kiosk in the front, I started watching the cook ( without gloves) preparing food! I walked closer to get a better view, I saw him putting my filet of fish together ( without gloves) I ask the lady that was working the register if they were supposed to be wearing gloves, she said YES I then reported him, she told him to put on gloves. He saw me report him and started back talking me. I politely ask for my money back, the cashier promptly refunded my money! The cook kept on smart mouthing, and followed me in the store! Still smarting off and threatening me, I didn't know what to do! So I went back out to my truck sneaking around so he didn't know which truck I was in. He then called the police! Currently sitting in the drive-thru for quite possibly the longest time I have ever waited for a sausage egg mcmuffin and fries. I didn't even want the sausage egg mcmuffin - I wanted just the sausage one because it's $1, but they adamantly told me they didn't have ANY $1 breakfast sandwiches...so I paid $3 because cravings suck. The worst place I have been to. I stopped at the connected gas station and the thought of french fries drew me inside. I quickly ordered the fries with one of the three people working registers (this number is important later). So I'm waiting for my fries and I can see the french fry station behind the counter. There are 3 fries ready to go and just a little left in the bin. So......I wait. I'm curious what is going on since there are three ladies just standing behind the registers, not doing anything at this point. I guess that someone else must fill the orders. I then look up and notice the roof has about 20-30 flies just buzzing around. I'm at a highway gas station McDonalds, so I shrug it off. 15 minutes in I ask the person who took my order what is up with my fries and she says, she doesn't know and literally turns away so I cannot ask any follow up questions. I notice that a man enters and orders a meal, and her register server pulls the burger and fries and gives it to him immediately. So I ask if I can get some fries and leave. She looks at me and just shrugs... I ask to see a manager and all the register workers look around and say, you'll have to wait for her to come back. I wait probably 2 minutes before a differently dressed employee walks in the area and I ask again to see the manager. Then my register worker just yells at the manager that I need to see her. The manager doesn't even look at me. She looks like she wants to quit life, perhaps understandably with the employees she was working with. She simply takes my receipt which was in my hand, looks at it and pulls the cash from the drawer and returns it to me. It was terrible. read more

I ordered in the drive through on the way through town. It took roughly 30 min to get a 20pc nuggets. I say roughly because I didn't look at the clock until it felt like it was taking a long time and only two cars had moved away from the window. It took 20 min from then for the next fours cars to get their orders. The pricing was also higher than other McDonalds we stopped at. $5.99/20pc versus $5.19 for the same thing purchased the previous day in Jacksonville. Summary: paid extra for a long wait. If I had looked at the reviews ahead of time, I would have continued to the next town and probably eaten sooner. read more

Me and my family were just passing through on a road trip and we stopped here and it was the most disgusting experience in a mcdonalds ive ever experienced. FLIES EVERYWHERE ON EVERYTHING.. workers were so miserably rude and inconsiderate even after i waited 15 minutes for a medium fry. They messed up an order and i personally saw one of the workers grab fries out of one bag and pour them into the other bag with no gloves or anything. It was late, we still had 30 minutes to get home, so I looked at the clock when we got in the drive through line, it was 10:04 there were only 2 cars ahead so we got to the speaker pretty quick. Ordered a twenty piece nugget and a cookie. Got to the window and paid in a couple more minutes only one car in front. We then sat,and sat,and sat. I could see the counter inside and only 2 or 3 customers were waited on by the 4 people working the front.
