She stared at me blankly for what felt like a minute, and when I asked how long it would take to remake it, her response was simply, "I don't know." No apology. No solution. No effort. My husband finally said, "It's fine," and she replied, "I'll just take it off the ticket." I was a server for 5 years. Your entire job is serving people and taking care of customers. Mistakes happen, but not caring is unacceptable. I tip well when people try. Today, I left $0 because the complete lack of concern was impossible to ignore.
